If you're looking for a good cut from someone who is very talented and knowledgeable and also works efficiently then she is who you should go to! My husbands hair looks great! She listened to him and gave her professional advice on how to achieve the look he wanted and we explained how we have had some trouble finding someone in the past who knows how to work with his curly hair and she nailed it! They also got us in last minute which we're thankful for, He is very happy with his cut. I would recommend her to anyone! I really like the convenience and quality of my haircuts here and feel very fortunate having found this place after almost a year of futiley searching for a fast and consistent barber. The staff are always friendly & customer service-oriented. You also get great discounts on products if you are a member. I started the year with unhealthy hair and between repeat trimmings & using American Crew conditioner, my hair feels soft & re-vitalized...definitely one of the highlights of my year because my hair once felt like "cadaver hair". I booked an appointment at this location, I arrived 3 minutes late and waited another 3 to be helped and thè exceptionally rude, in professional who wouldn't give her name said I was late and cancelled me. Yes you read correctly. Then some other even more rude, unprofessional, ignorant, loud woman comes up making rude comments. If your gay stay away. The manager is equally useless letting her employees talk to a customer like that. Fag, asshole, we're a few of the word's said to me. I will never go back and will do everything I can to let it be known what kind of people work there. Tried booking online, set an appointment/ "check in" for SUNDAY at 10am, then received an email confirming for Monday. After specifically selecting Sunday. Not to mention, the doors being locked at 9:58 when they open at 10am. Clearly the staff at the Encanto location cannot show up on time. When you are in the service industry, make sure to be available for your clients in a timely manner. Stating walk-ins welcome but not having anything available is also poor for business. The concept is good but if it cannot be executed the business will fail. Looking at the reviews, I'm not alone and the owners/management could care less. Peace read more

This review is long over due. Keep it Cut is almost a weekly stop for me and should be. This has been my go to place when I need a fresh fade for over a year now. The location, pricing, availability and great customer service keeps me a happy customer. Everyone in here is friendly and great at hair. Alex (Alexandra) is my barber of choice. She makes the cuts quick but she is always a good conversation. She really makes the 20 minutes fly by. Most importantly the cut always comes out clean. P.S. Pretty disappointed in the quality of haircuts here. I guess I should've known better. Despite all of the decor and marketing, this is a barber shop; NOT a salon. I'm sick and tired of going to places where the stylist decides to cut my hair short to match what's 'in' or what they were taught at barber school. This places excels at short skin fades.... And that's pretty much it. Don't expect to get a quality haircut of any length for a man here. Extremely unsatisfied with the quality of cuts at this place. We took our two boys and the stylist was Anahi, my oldest sons cut was uneven way toooo short and nothing like the photo he showed her. He was unable to style it the way he wanted. My other sons fade was uneven almost as if she was leaning on one side. We ended up taking them to a barber who actually felt bed and fixed their cuts for free (I did give him a nice tip). We might try this place again sometime in the far future I'm a strong believer of second chances but for now I do not recommend it! Make your decision and try it if you like. It had no address on it and being new to Arizona I had no idea where the location was so I called every shop until I found her. Again, no disappointment. Great cut and beard trim. I've been going here since the Fall of 2020. I recommend any stylist at KIC Encanto. They are all great. For the past 12 months, Danielle has been regularly cutting my hair. Danielle (recently promoted to manager) is professional and courteous. She goes out of her way to make all clients feel comfortable. She values her clients and genuinely attempts to build relationships with her clients. Recently, she began cutting my son's hair, and she again took the time to build a relationship. My old barbershop was a 45 minute drive and I was with my barber for over 10 years & he always did his part, even tho I was spending over $80 a month and waiting 1-3 hours every time just to get a haircut by him. NOW ITS MORE CONVENIENT & MUCH BETTER.. I usually cut with Ashley & Whitney but to be honest they all know how to cut & keep you fresh!! Just be specific how you like it & I always recommend to show a picture of how you like your style because I believe everyone has there own ways, you can say. WALK INS are welcomed but always recommend doing an appointment online. I do UNLIMITED for $35 a month which is Haircut & Wash. I go once a week, but you can go everyday just to use it and abuse it lol. ***Mention your friend Andy N. I've been with Keep It Cut for years and finally cancelled my membership today. I ask for the same haircut each time and get a different result each time. The only consistency I've had was using the same stylists each time, which make sense, however all the good stylists leave Keep it cut and then you're left with the rest; and having to re-explain things over and over. On top of that, if you're a few minutes late they will cancel on you, but if you show up on time you'll still end up waiting 10-15 minutes anyway. Got tired of the crappy haircuts and service and canceled today. If you can find a good stylist there, the pricing is amazing and the environment is nice, but good luck finding a good stylist. read more

It's a haircut place. Sometimes I get a good haircut, sometimes I don't. Sometimes I get a good stylist, sometimes I don't. The haircut itself isn't anything different than you would get at like a great clips, but I do enjoy the ease of checking in online. I guess I come here because it's convenient, but I always feel "rushed out" even if I hate the haircut. One guy in particular just cuts real fast, takes off the black apron and sends you on your way without even letting you comment or look at your haircut at all.
