They made my sons hair very short when I asked for a 1 I wouldn't go back wouldn't recommend.!

Visited this location for the first time about two weeks ago. So glad I did! It's so nice/cute inside! Didn't expect that at all! Staff are so friendly! I was able to set up an appointment with Melanie who I absolutely love! This girl will not do anything to your hair that you don't want. I had the worst experience here. I came to my appointment and to my surprise it was taken by a walk in. I sat there for 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. They said if I would like to wait for someone to miss their appointment I could but that they were booked for the day. Do not come here this is the worst haircut experience I have ever had. The Keep It Cut Concept is fantastic. I have very short hair that takes maybe 10 minutes to clean up. The problem is it looks sloppy if I let it go more than a week. Looks uneven and just not squared away. The membership lets me get freshened up on weekly basis at a great price. My barber Shelby is wonderful young lady who friendly, fun, and professional. For the love of Pete! Please invest in a new platform to set appointments. It wouldn't save your credentials. It books you on everyday rather than the day you want, if you can get it to make a reservations. Spend the money on a better platform. This current form is garbage! Staff is great but you guess are making the job harder! They do a good job and deserve better! They shouldn't also have to take time from the customer experience because owners don't invest in a better platform. This is bad business! You can't find a better deal on haircuts than this place. For $29 a month you get unlimited cuts. I've never been disappointed. If you're looking for a nice fade ask for Alejandra, she does amazing and clean cuts. Their mobile app also makes it very easy to schedule appointments and you can schedule days in advance. I go to this shop because it's convenient being close to my office. For the most part, they do a decent job. It is annoying though when it's clear that they know they are going to be booked heavily, 1 or 2 hour wait times, if not entirely for the day and they have only 3 or 4 stylists working at a time. This place is always busy and they even expanded into a second-floor yet it's never in use. They ask on every walk-in "did you book online?" No. For the owners of Keep it Cut, the reason why is because using the website on your phone is TERRIBLE. It's just not made for a mobile version. Please invest in an app. Also please staff a bit better. read more

Just got back from getting my haircut. Once again, since I checked in online I didn't have to wait, Frank did a great job cutting my hair and we we had a few good laughs about who knows what. Always friendly, speedy and I get the cut that I like. Have been coming here and the Arcadia location for awhile. Download the app and checkin online makes it less of a wait during busy hours. This place just opened in my neighborhood and I needed a haircut pretty bad. It's a full service men's barbershop with a membership option. I showed them a photo of what I wanted and the highly skilled young lady nailed it! You can just tell when you're getting a good haircut! She asked pertinent questions about shortness and did a great job. They even have an app so you can set up an appointment with your preferred barber. This place is a good cut for the price, but it isn't without its issues. First appointment went ok. Second...not so much. Made the appointment and got there on-time. No greeting from anyone so I stepped aside and waited. Can't stay there or your standing in front of chairs and people directly in front of the check-in. 10min goes by...nothing. Somebody walks in, they are greeted and sent to there appointment. Still no acknowledgement. I walked out. Who knows if they even noticed. read more

This place is awesome! When I first moved to the Phoenix area from Seattle it took some trial and error to find the right barber. Thankfully a friend recommended that I check out their location in Tempe, which was great! But since I live on the west side and work downtown, this particular location works best for me. First, you can't beat the membership price. Incredible value! With that aside though, they provide excellent service in a super cool environment. I would highly recommend Frank. He's personable, honest, and excellent at what he does. I was going to him when he was at the other Phoenix location and decided to follow him when he switched to this location. I've been going to KIC for a few years, and I've been to most of the locations. Each time I've found a barber for my Black hair. The Encanto spot in Central Phoenix is conveniently located. I love the online check-in system so I can go in, get my haircut, and go. I used to hate waiting at barber shops. The monthly subscription also saves money. I went in today with 2 years of hair growth and immense skepticism. I usually don't like anyone touching my hair, but I made an appointment with Frank as soon as they opened. He was super friendly, welcoming and definitely comfortable with a pair of scissors. I've never been more confident to trust someone with my hair. As soon as I walked in, I felt relieved. I had an appointment with Ashley today, and showed up 15 minutes early. At 1 minute after my scheduled appointment, the stylist decided to "fit in" another customer who didn't have an appointment. 35 minutes later, I'm still waiting. That kind of service, even from a single employee, is not ok. I cancelled my membership on the spot and won't be back. I was bouncing between barbershops around the city for a while. I never really found that excellent barbershop. I walked in to keep it cuts in search of that place. I was very skeptical when I first walked in, and I mean knowing this place is not a barbershop and that you can get a great quality haircut for $20 or get a monthly membership for $30 was unheard of. That was two years ago, and I can speak for from my experience that I "found that place." I have not found a reason not to love this place; all the staff is excellent. When you walk in there, you can feel the incredible energy of the team. They greet you with a heartfelt hello and a smile. The only tricky part of this place is figuring out which stylist to get my hair done by. All the staff is very passionate and knowledgeable in their job. My favorite stylist is MELANIE, every time I sit in her chair; it feels like she is a top plastic urgent for hair; she knows what styles are in and out.
