INCREDIBLE experience. We had Anthony and Ronan for our original move out of our apartment. They were incredibly fast yet very gentle with all of our belongings. They consistently communicated with us and moved our items with care/ensured nothing was damaged. We expected the move out to take several hours and they were able to do it in about 2 hours (including driving between apartments!). After we moved in, we bought a couch that was way too big to fit into our apartment. We spent hours trying to fit it into the doorway / hallway and had no luck. We reached out to Anthony and he was able to come back the same day we messaged them. Despite it being an incredibly difficult project given the dimensions of the couch and the dimensions of our doorway/hallway, they were able to get our couch inside of the apartment without any damage to walls, the couch, etc. Anthony was incredibly positive, communicative, and problem solved throughout the entire process. We could not have been more happy with Arthur and his helper. Arthur fit us into his schedule and moved 2 truck loads on the same day. They were beasts moving our items! Like they weighed nothing. Nothing was damaged and they asked what room every piece of furniture and box was to be placed. We ended up needing them for an additional truckload the evening before we closed on selling our home. I was panicking thinking perhaps they wouldn't show up, but there he was, on time and they completely filled one more truckload. I highly recommend Arthur and his company Keep It Up. If you want to count on someone to move your possessions as if they were his own, hire Keep It Up!! I am SO impressed with these guys! They did an excellent job moving our family piano (a large upright, I'm sure over 500 lbs), were responsive, accommodating, and had extremely reasonable rates. I expected 4 guys to move the piano, or at least have a ramp (we have 7 steps), but when I told the guys this, they said "no, just two strong Ukrainians!" These two guys lifted a piano themselves and carried it up the steps... incredible! The piano was carefully wrapped and taped and arrived in great condition. I had their last delivery of the day arriving around 8pm, and they said I was the first person who had tipped them all day. Folks... these guys work HARD for very reasonable rates and to protect and transport a precious and very heavy instrument. Please tip your delivery people! read more

The best moving experience I have ever had, hands down! I spoke to Arthur only a couple of days before my moving day and he assured me immediately it would get done and fit my move in at the end of what was already a long day for them. They were communicative, on time, efficient, polite, thorough, affordable, reliable, safe (wore masks the whole time), the list goes on and on. I used Keep It Up for a local move from a one-bedroom apartment and it only took them 1:20 minutes from the time they got to me to the time they pulled out of my new home. Viktor and Mike moved us yesterday and they were absolutely incredible! I've moved a handful of times in the past 10 years and I've never seen anyone as good as these guys. They were like Olympian weight lifters. They we're picking up super heavy pieces of furniture like it was nothing. And they never stopped- for hours. I don't know what kind of multi vitamin these guys are taking, but it's working. On top of all that, they were super nice! Just two really cool, super laid back guys. I HIGHLY recommend the company and Viktor and Mike. Also, Arthur, who did the intake and setup the move- he was also super nice and easy going. This company is a gem. We've moved several times and this company was by far the best we've ever used. Their prices were very fair and there were no surprises like we've encountered with other companies in the past. We used them for loading our own truck for an out of state move. Communication was great. Arthur was very accommodating when we moved the packing date earlier because of pending rain and bad weather. Anton and Misha did a great job loading and packing our truck. They handled the furniture with care and worked well with my husband in organizing the loading. They worked hard and did a great job. My movers Oleg and Nazar from Keep It Up were excellent. They arrived early and were in and out of my studio apartment in 1 hour. The pickup location was on the third floor and the elevator was not working. They handled everything without incident and the quality was great. The drop off location was about a mile and a half away where they were able to unload very quickly. They were very considerate of where to place each item in the drop off location which made unpacking very easy for me. Overall, they were very efficient and the value was great. Arthur and team were phenomenal. He came home to gave me detailed estimate and we did finish within time. He was reasonable with pricing and pretty accurate about the number of trips. His crew was the best, polite, patient and hard working. They handled all items carefully and diligently. The whole move was smooth. They did disassemble beds, furniture and trade mill and assembled it back at our new place. These guys are pretty good. They showed up on time, they were very fast and organized, and despite the bad weather they finished the job in a timely manner. They were also pretty careful about carrying my stuff. There were small damages here and there which are most likely happened on the road, but nothing too extreme. The biggest damage I had is, I covered my desk with a really thick plastic sheet (covered it with my punctured air bed) and somehow that thick sheet was thorn a little bit and there was a scratch on the desk. read more
