Perfect, professional, and punctual. I have done 17 moves in my Air Force career and I wish these guys were available for each one. For starters the materials moved were extraordinarily fragile. I sent a picture of them the day before and they called me and discussed how they were going to move it! Additionally I was only able to provide them with 12 hours notice and they still came through with meticulous attention to detail they moved my fragile crates weighing over 500 pounds flawlessly. My movers Oleg and Nazar from Keep It Up were excellent. They arrived early and were in and out of my studio apartment in 1 hour. The pickup location was on the third floor and the elevator was not working. They handled everything without incident and the quality was great. The drop off location was about a mile and a half away where they were able to unload very quickly. They were very considerate of where to place each item in the drop off location which made unpacking very easy for me. Overall, they were very efficient and the value was great. Overall they did a decent job. However, I needed them to come back to load my pod. I used 1of the 2 hours so I didn't imagine it would be much more. After they came back helped load the rest (about) an hour I gave them $40 on top of the $300+ I had already paid. Anton texted me after they left and guilted me into giving $50 extra. My experience with this pro was terrible. I told him that I had junk and i'm moving a 4 bedroom home. He told me it's $260 for junk and $110 a hour. When they arrived it was only one truck there. I called the owner and complained to him that this is not going to work and that my furniture and items from the home is not going to fit on the same truck as the junk. I need TWO trucks. so he told me he was bringing another truck. What he did was come get the junk and brought the same size truck. I said to the owner this is a 4 bedroom home! this is not going to fit! The owner continued to blame me for not telling them ahead of time the items I will be moving. I explained to him it wasn't requested and even if it was and i didn't respond that means you came to the job without knowing what to expect which is extremely unprofessional and unprepared. Please believe I told him numerous times the size of my home and the number of items I will be moving. Here's the best part. So because they didn't have room for my junk then they finally made room. at the end why they gave me a surprise bill charging me extra $80. I asked what that was for. and he said oh for the extra junk. I explained I will not be paying for that. and the owner laughed and was mocking me the whole time. I would never ever do business with this company and I suggest you pick another company. They will try to swindle you out of your money and also they was not prepared for my move. So unprofessional. Oh and they left some of my items bc IT WOULDNT FIT IN THE TRUCK! Now I am stuck trying to get them items moved. read more
