Overall they did a decent job. However, I needed them to come back to load my pod. I used 1of the 2 hours so I didn't imagine it would be much more. After they came back helped load the rest (about) an hour I gave them $40 on top of the $300+ I had already paid. Anton texted me after they left and guilted me into giving $50 extra. Best moving experience! I highly recommend to anyone in need of movers. Scheduling was a breeze and the team was fast and efficient move out day. I requested an earlier time if they finished their morning early and they were able to arrive before my scheduled time. They disassembled and reassembled my furniture with ease. After we moved into my new place, I asked them to move some of my boyfriends furniture into the apartment from another floor. They went above and beyond by helping us move his furniture too. This moving company was terrific! They were on time and efficient. They charge by the hour and worked quickly. The final cost came in almost $100 under what I was estimating. I even thought I lost my cat and they used their phone flashlight to help look for him. I highly recommend these movers. And I did find my cat. read more

My experience with this pro was terrible. I told him that I had junk and i'm moving a 4 bedroom home. He told me it's $260 for junk and $110 a hour. When they arrived it was only one truck there. I called the owner and complained to him that this is not going to work and that my furniture and items from the home is not going to fit on the same truck as the junk. I need TWO trucks. so he told me he was bringing another truck. What he did was come get the junk and brought the same size truck. I said to the owner this is a 4 bedroom home! this is not going to fit! The owner continued to blame me for not telling them ahead of time the items I will be moving. I explained to him it wasn't requested and even if it was and i didn't respond that means you came to the job without knowing what to expect which is extremely unprofessional and unprepared. Please believe I told him numerous times the size of my home and the number of items I will be moving. Here's the best part. So because they didn't have room for my junk then they finally made room. at the end why they gave me a surprise bill charging me extra $80. I asked what that was for. and he said oh for the extra junk. I explained I will not be paying for that. and the owner laughed and was mocking me the whole time. I would never ever do business with this company and I suggest you pick another company. They will try to swindle you out of your money and also they was not prepared for my move. So unprofessional. Oh and they left some of my items bc IT WOULDNT FIT IN THE TRUCK! Now I am stuck trying to get them items moved. read more

Keep It Up gave a clear pricing structure, came with a 22' box truck and both of them handled the move efficiently and with care. They delivered on time and were very reasonable in the fees. They skillfully maneuvered the heavy and bulk items safely through both residences and avoided walls, lighting, banisters etc. they were able to disassemble and reassemble a bed and crib to move the items properly. They were prompt, polite and very efficient loading everything. I needed to move a room of furniture to a storage unit - which should have been a fairly quick and easy task. I had tons of issues with my storage unit reservation, accessing the space, and locating my unit on site. With my recent move, they reached my place ahead of time, without taking a break moved all the stuff from my apartment to truck and then to suburbs.
