Don't throw your vacuum cleaner in the trash before having AAA take a look. Our 15-year-old vac is running like new again. Highly recommend!

Mike came out on time, quickly diagnosed the problem with our washer, explained it, fixed it, and educated us on preventative measures---and in our case, all for just the $59 service fee. Since our washer is getting older, he gave us options on whether or not it was worth it to pay for expensive additional repairs now or just get a new washer a year or two later when this one finally breaks. The cost was nearly the same, so we happily opted for the latter. Very thankful to him for educating us and letting us make that decision. Seriously, these guys are as knowledgeable and honest as they come. You will NOT be taken advantage of and you will be very happy you called them!

He did not show on 8/7/2026 even after I called to confirm. Highly disappointed, especially because my father referred him.

I was only charged a service call amount was a fair price. I learned, when booking the appointment, that the service call would come be subtracted from my total bill. I thought that fair. This is a small business, family owned and Joe is impressed with his company. I say, ignore the naysayers on this app and give this company a try.

In my experience, this company does not adequately stand behind its workmanship despite advertising a "100% guarantee." The original repair work on my ice machine was completed in mid-August at a cost exceeding $550. Within a short period of time, the unit began experiencing additional issues. In October, when the machine stopped working, I contacted the company and scheduled a service appointment. After performing troubleshooting on my own, I was able to temporarily resolve the issue and informed the company so they would not need to make a service call. At that time, I was specifically advised not to hesitate to contact them again if the problem returned. Now, in mid-May, the ice machine has once again begun intermittently malfunctioning. When I contacted the company regarding the recurring issue, I was informed that I would be required to pay an additional $100 service fee simply for them to inspect the appliance. Based on this experience, I do not believe the company's advertised guarantee reflects the level of post-repair support actually provided to customers. I was also disappointed in the manner in which the matter was handled by management.

Got my repair confused with another and almost walked out thinking I was under warranty. I stopped him to make sure I paid for any outstanding balance. 6/29/26. Paid $270. Total pd $365. Why was this not addressed on first call/repair as the real problem? Will advise (7/10 in am) on cost to replace or glue/tape!? Why am I going to be charged again for an incomplete repair that did not solve the problem and seems to be misdiagnosed? (I need to know if the original valve part replaced was actually the problem and did not need to be replaced?) 10.
