You can easily get an appointment when you need one. We never wait long. Dr. Chokshi is so patient and good (I am always so anxious, but shenputs me at ease). My kids love coming here since and have been coming since they were 2 years old. Prices are affordable, and recently when we lost insurance, Dr. Chokshi was able to work with us to keep our teeth healthy. There really is no better dentist.

After a heated exchange I asked for records and kids were switched. I took my daughter to new dentist and was told the four teeth there were pulled by Dr. Seth for install of braces didn't need to be pulled and that Dr. Seth used a 30 year old technique to do my daughter's braces in addition to many other things. I couldn't believe this now my son has an appointment and I'm upset because how many other things were told to us or done that didn't need to be done. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. I was very surprised to find that a 20+ years old filling fell out while flossing on a Saturday night. I felt the small hole in my tooth and immediately started to panic. I had this fear that the entire tooth would fall out and quickly turned to Yelp to find any dentist in the area that would be open on a Sunday. That was when I came across positive reviews for Dr. Baek at Healthy Smile Dental. Their operational hours listed was 9:00AM-3:00 on Sundays so I called at 9:01 pleading to seen. The receptionist was very kind and was able to fit me in at 10:30AM so I quickly rushed over there. They had me seated and took x-rays to show if there was any nerve damage. Dr Baek explained that there was a possibility of another filling falling out since the tooth wasn't as strong from prior fillings and the tooth next to it had a small fracture in a filling. Rather than just patching the problem up temporarily, she gave me a permanent solution that would still save my teeth from potential nerve damage and having to get a root canal down the road. She discussed getting a temporary crown and the process. Throughout the procedure she made sure to check on me and we made a follow up appointment for 3 weeks to complete the procedure. So grateful for a knowledgeable dentist that is open on Sundays!

It was my first time - the stinging and tingling over the next day weren't fun (but it's gone now, a day later) and my teeth are already pretty white naturally, so I probably won't be doing another Zoom session. But if I did, these guys would be my very first choice. It was cost-effective ($100-$200 less than competing options) and they had some limited availability (vs. other places, which were more expensive AND less available), so I can't say enough good things. The office looked clean and professional, and the dentist who came in for the quick inspection was extremely nice - Dr. Taqvi - and if I were living in the area, he'd be at the top of my list. The front desk staff was hit or miss - some of the folks were extremely nice and courteous, while others (and I think this applies to the call center staff in DG) were not so nice and not so helpful. I come to my very early appointment and the hygienist comes out to tell me I would need xrays, after explaining everything AGAIN, I promptly had my last X-rays sent over to them. Then the office manager comes out to tell me that my X-rays are fine but I would still need an exam since it had been so long since I had one with their practice even though I had seen a dentist for an excellent check up not even a year ago.... mind you a cleaning is over $150 out of pocket and over an additional $50 something dollars for an exam I certainly did not need. After the manager tried to bully me into the exam, I proceeded to walk out as I was told they wouldn't clean my teeth without an exam! How utterly unprofessional that first this wasn't clarified when on the phone initially and to be literally pressured on the spot after the fact was soooo bad. My daughter is still a patient there and I had been a good standing patient for many years to be treated with such disregard and to be turned away over $50 basically. I've personally worked in dental field for over 20 years and this was a very poor experience to say the least. I would see Patients come in all the time for just a routine cleaning without a hassle whatsoever. That's the experience you will get in a corporate owned practice that is all about the numbers and bottom line. I'm 30 and relatively new to having health insurance. I've always been cautious--some might say overly cautious--because I've heard too many horror stories about surprise medical bills and unclear insurance coverage. That's why I was very thorough in asking upfront about the cost of my treatment and whether anything might be billed later. I was told clearly that my insurance would not cover the deep cleaning due to a waiting period, which I understood. I made it very clear that I was fine paying out of pocket, but only if the amount I was quoted was the total and that there would be no additional charges later. I double-checked before both of my appointments and even again while paying--each time, I was reassured that the amount I paid was the full and final cost. Then I started receiving conflicting bills. One person told me I owed $325, another said $773, and yet another said $441. This inconsistency is incredibly frustrating and has completely undermined my trust in their billing process. If you're someone like me who needs cost clarity and peace of mind, I would not recommend this office. The care may be great, but the lack of transparency on billing is deeply disappointing. Both are friendly, professional and do excellent work in explaining every procedure that is needed, while making me feel comfortable and alleviating anxiety. I had a recent situation where I needed and implant and the referral as well as entire process and the way it was handled with Dr. Petrilla showed me what a professional yet extremely caring person she is. My last appointment was for the first part of my crown. Both Dr Petrilla and her assistant/hygienist, Cynthia, put me at ease. Cynthia was on top of giving me water rinses and making sure to keep my mouth clear with the suction tool. They are constantly communicating to make sure you stay calm and comfortable. I have had other hygienists at this practice and every single one was friendly and accommodating, while doing a great job with the cleanings. My husband found this practice, and the rest of my family comes here as well. We are referring more and more people here, and everyone is happy with the treatment they are receiving.

You wouldn't think much of them based on their location near a Dollar Tree in the northwest corner of Boughton & Weber Rd, but Solace is pristine on the inside. The waiting room is clean, tastefully decorated for the season, and every patient room has a TV. Most of their equipment is state-of-the-art. Dr. Zaidi is simply awesome, although his brother doesn't have quite the same rapport or gentle touch. All of the dental assistants and front desk staff are SUPER friendly, possibly the nicest people I've ever encountered outside of Chik-fil-A. They're a good-looking bunch, too, though that's neither here nor there. On a prior visit they were running behind which made for a much longer wait than usual, but that was an isolated incident and recently I was in & out quickly. They accept most insurance plans and copay amounts are generally reasonable. I can't think of a negative thing to say about them. * TL;DR * Do you swear to pull the tooth, the whole tooth, and nothing but the tooth, so help you god? They put you on hold if you get through and after a time, your call is transferred to another message that says they can't talk to you now, but you can leave a message. But there is no way to leave a message.

They have state of the art technology so I was able to get my teeth scanned at a 360 machine and their x-rays can detect cavities or spots that should be monitored. My dentist and technician were both super patient with me and super gentle. I definitely got babied and pampered during my time here. When my cleaning was finished, I was offered a scented cloth to wipe my face/mouth! Also, if you come earlier or have the time to stay later, they have a massage chair that you're welcome to use to really add to the dental spa experience! If you're searching for a family dentist and you don't know who to trust, these folks are your answer. I've never in my life been given noise canceling headphones and been able to watch Netflix at any other dental office in my entire life!!! That attention to detail is NOT common. And it obviously shows through their work too.
