You can easily get an appointment when you need one. We never wait long. Dr. Chokshi is so patient and good (I am always so anxious, but shenputs me at ease). My kids love coming here since and have been coming since they were 2 years old. Prices are affordable, and recently when we lost insurance, Dr. Chokshi was able to work with us to keep our teeth healthy. There really is no better dentist.

After a heated exchange I asked for records and kids were switched. I took my daughter to new dentist and was told the four teeth there were pulled by Dr. Seth for install of braces didn't need to be pulled and that Dr. Seth used a 30 year old technique to do my daughter's braces in addition to many other things. I couldn't believe this now my son has an appointment and I'm upset because how many other things were told to us or done that didn't need to be done. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. I had this fear that the entire tooth would fall out and quickly turned to Yelp to find any dentist in the area that would be open on a Sunday. That was when I came across positive reviews for Dr. Baek at Healthy Smile Dental. Their operational hours listed was 9:00AM-3:00 on Sundays so I called at 9:01 pleading to seen. The receptionist was very kind and was able to fit me in at 10:30AM so I quickly rushed over there. They had me seated and took x-rays to show if there was any nerve damage. Dr Baek explained that there was a possibility of another filling falling out since the tooth wasn't as strong from prior fillings and the tooth next to it had a small fracture in a filling. Rather than just patching the problem up temporarily, she gave me a permanent solution that would still save my teeth from potential nerve damage and having to get a root canal down the road. She discussed getting a temporary crown and the process. Throughout the procedure she made sure to check on me and we made a follow up appointment for 3 weeks to complete the procedure. So grateful for a knowledgeable dentist that is open on Sundays!

But if I did, these guys would be my very first choice. It was cost-effective ($100-$200 less than competing options) and they had some limited availability (vs. other places, which were more expensive AND less available), so I can't say enough good things. The office looked clean and professional, and the dentist who came in for the quick inspection was extremely nice - Dr. Taqvi - and if I were living in the area, he'd be at the top of my list. Now the not so good: Yesterday, it took quite a while for me to be called in the back, exactly 35 minutes. The tech apologized for the wait, which I did appreciate. However, the waiting room was also not up to par. When they first opened, the decor was very nice and trendy. Now the seating in the waiting area is very dirty, there are rips in the couches, and the decals are peeling off the walls. The other complaint I have is that each time I go for my appointment, I see someone different. I'd rather be able to see the same dentist. Since I've been going, I've seen at least 5 different dentists. I did really like all of them, but it's always someone different. I had a recent situation where I needed and implant and the referral as well as entire process and the way it was handled with Dr. Petrilla showed me what a professional yet extremely caring person she is. My last appointment was for the first part of my crown. Both Dr Petrilla and her assistant/hygienist, Cynthia, put me at ease. Cynthia was on top of giving me water rinses and making sure to keep my mouth clear with the suction tool. They are constantly communicating to make sure you stay calm and comfortable. I have had other hygienists at this practice and every single one was friendly and accommodating, while doing a great job with the cleanings. My husband found this practice, and the rest of my family comes here as well. We are referring more and more people here, and everyone is happy with the treatment they are receiving.

You wouldn't think much of them based on their location near a Dollar Tree in the northwest corner of Boughton & Weber Rd, but Solace is pristine on the inside. The waiting room is clean, tastefully decorated for the season, and every patient room has a TV. Most of their equipment is state-of-the-art. Dr. Zaidi is simply awesome, although his brother doesn't have quite the same rapport or gentle touch. All of the dental assistants and front desk staff are SUPER friendly, possibly the nicest people I've ever encountered outside of Chik-fil-A. They're a good-looking bunch, too, though that's neither here nor there. On a prior visit they were running behind which made for a much longer wait than usual, but that was an isolated incident and recently I was in & out quickly. They accept most insurance plans and copay amounts are generally reasonable. They put you on hold if you get through and after a time, your call is transferred to another message that says they can't talk to you now, but you can leave a message. I was immediately greeted upon walking in and the space is absolutely gorgeous and welcoming. When I was taken to the dentist chair, the screens had my name on there to welcome me. This personal touch is above and beyond and reminded me of how the TV screens look when you check-in to a nice hotel. They have state of the art technology so I was able to get my teeth scanned at a 360 machine and their x-rays can detect cavities or spots that should be monitored. My dentist and technician were both super patient with me and super gentle. I definitely got babied and pampered during my time here. When my cleaning was finished, I was offered a scented cloth to wipe my face/mouth! Also, if you come earlier or have the time to stay later, they have a massage chair that you're welcome to use to really add to the dental spa experience!
