I had been going to this dentist for 12 years and switched as of two weeks ago. My daughter was placed in braces in the summer of 2022 and she still has her braces on. Roughly a year or so ago the office staff was changed and that's when we started to experience issues with scheduling. We would show up for an appointment and be told we didn't have an appointment or were unable to schedule an appointment. The final straw was two weeks ago when "office manager," Erica told me that my son had an appointment that was missed and I knew nothing about because they hadn't updated records to reflect my new information but keep in mind my daughter also goes there and they have correct information for her doesn't make sense. After a heated exchange I asked for records and kids were switched. I took my daughter to new dentist and was told the four teeth there were pulled by Dr. Seth for install of braces didn't need to be pulled and that Dr. Seth used a 30 year old technique to do my daughter's braces in addition to many other things. I couldn't believe this now my son has an appointment and I'm upset because how many other things were told to us or done that didn't need to be done. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. Well I haven't had any issues with the regular Dentist but had an appointment today 11/17/23 with the Orthodontist for a consultation for my daughter braces and this lady was so dry when entering the room. She did not introduce herself and definitely not friendly at all. You're examining a child and you're just blah! This place seems like they cater to the Spanish community anyways, I seen the interaction between others and let's just say it was totally different. My daughter felt uncomfortable and was ready to GO! and we will NOT return for any work whatsoever. It's way better dental offices that will welcome you no matter if you speak English or Spanish. This office overall does good work when they see you as a patient but in the last 2 or 3 years they are really bad with scheduling and act like they don't understand that some of us have to take off work to make these appointments. It has been twice in the last year that I was told that an appointment for my daughter was cancelled yet no one called me to tell me. I've been going to this place for a couple of years niw, I've had 3 different doc . I went for an appt yesterday and was looking around while setting my purse down, I noticed that things don't look very sterile. I noticed a lot of rust around some fixtures, and countertop looked dusty. I'm not sure if it's like to continue going there. The front entrance is inviting just not the bk., What's going on? I would hate to think that the equipment being used on me is not clean. She asked me to wear a pair of glasses, I was how there were cleaned before, I put them on. My daughter Kyleah Edison came in for a cleaning ( which was 10mins) left with the price of 8 sealants,that they wanted to do the same day and kept pushing before the cleaning. I think they didn't take the cleaning seriously after me telling them no to the sealants same day. My daughter left with sticky white residue on her teeth, which the doctor herself said EVERYONES teeth look like that after the fluoride. The doctor isn't very personable and I don't know if they really know what they are doing definitely glad we didn't do the sealants. The cleaning was less then 15mins and the results after a "cleaning" should not have been "sticky white residue". We usual go to Grove dental in Bolingbrook which I would recommend over this place. read more

I have been going here since 2014, and they have provided great service. they also provide text message appointment, reminder, etc. The dentists all have done a great job, most of my fillings are old and had to get crowns they all have done a great job and I am extremely pleased, even on short notice, I was able to get in for a temporary crown. The staff understands the situation consistently checks in with you make sure your ok and that your not hurting, they indeed look out for your best interest. The dentist was SO rude.... unfortunately we are on Medicaid for insurance after a job loss and we were DEFINITELY treated differently than we have been treated at ANY dentist office with regular BCBS insurance. It's a shame that they treat people with Medicaid this way! So rude, so unprofessional. The girl who did the cleaning for my daughter was nice and sweet, but the dentist was absolutely awful and down right rude! Never again will we come here. read more

I have Medicare Supplement Plan G Plus Basic Dental Plan PPO, so my long time dentist no longer covers my insurance which was sad, had been with her a long time, but to make a long story short. After 2 yrs of not going to the dentist due to COVID-19, being cautious, it was time to get my teeth cleaned and checked . I found Bolingbrook Dental Care from my insurance provider list, and I am glad I chose them. The entire experience was great, from the front desk to the assistant Nancy, & especially the wonderful work, care, kindness and professionalism from Dr. M. Suresh. My exam and teeth cleaning was exceptional. I had lots of stains on my teeth from coffee and 2 years of not having anything done, and Dr. Suresh worked a miracle on my cleaning. I also have a proposed treatment plan which I will need to work on little by little. I would recommend Bolingbrook Dental Care (Dr. Suresh) in particular since she provided my care to my family, friends and anyone who needs good Dental care. I wish I had looked this up before going. Need denture feline and was told over the phone $200.00.and up for each upper and lower denture. after arriving put in chair. They didn't know why I was there. Dr did not introduce herself or as me any questions. I asked how long to get this done and they were confused. Advised they had to wait for lab results. Huh! What's results? Their dentures. No questions. No consultation. Asked how long the procedure would take and received confused response of half hour. Finally they came back with an utterly ridiculous quote of $1000.00 for upper and lower reline and unbelievable $4000.00 for new dentures. This place looks like a scam to me. Dr. Huff takes such great care of me! I have never felt so comfortable going to the dentist. They really care about their patients and the staff are all so friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I only rated 3 stars as we have just started going there. My son and I have each only had 1 appointment so far. The desk staff is extremely friendly and seem quite knowledgeable when it came to our insurance - especially Lily. We saw Dr. Sanghavi and both she and her assistants were very friendly and seemed quite good at what they were doing. I did not have any problem getting appointments and particularly liked the text reminders that they sent out. read more

My daughter was seen recently for a consultation for braces. Her father brought her to her appointment since I was unable to get the day off of work. First, the office did not advise me to come in 10-15 mins early for my daughters appointment to fill out paperwork, after scheduling, rescheduling AND calling me 3 times to confirm her appointment. My daughter and her father sat in the waiting room for 40 mins before they were brought back. The dentist only spent 20 mins with my daughter and said that she would definitely need braces so they needed to get additional xrays and "records" for insurance purposes which would take an additional 45 mins. Unfortunately, my daughters father had to go to work so he wasn't able to wait an additional 45 mins however, I was close to the office (literally 2 minutes away) so I could've went there and waited with her. The office was not willing to accomodate for us and required us to schedule another appointment for the following week at 10:00am which would result in my daughter missing school for something they should've been done at her initial consultation appointment. Its not the patients fault that the office chooses to overbook themselves. Subsequently, my daughter went back this morning to get her xrays and the office told my daughters father that I called the office the day of her last appointment to complain and used "choice words" (I didn't raise my voice at them nor did I swear at them so I'm not exactly sure what they mean by that) and they told him that from now on my daughters appointments would have to be in the morning so they can "accomodate" for us. I have worked in the medical field for 9 years and I have NEVER heard of a dentist or doctors office not giving a patient the option of when they can schedule their appointments. You cannot FORCE me to schedule an appointment when you want. And I refuse to have my daughter continuously miss school because they refuse to allow me to schedule when its more convenient for myself, her father and around her school schedule. I would also like to point out that when I called to speak with a manager I was put on hold and than told that the manager was "in a meeting" and was unable to come to the phone. I know that was a lie because I'm pretty sure the office staff would be aware that the office manager was in a meeting without needing to put a patient on hold. Needless to say, I will be getting my daughters records and finding another dentist/orthodontist to bring me daughter to. And my other children will not be returning to this office either. I'm sure they won't care at all about losing multiple patients, but I will not be sad that I never have to return to this awful office ever again. P.S. I just called there to ask how to obtain my kids' records and was on hold for 17 minutes before I finally hung up. Not a single live person came to the line. That just made it even more apparent I just need to find another dentist!!! I guess I will be stopping there on my way home from work today. read more

I have been coming here for quite awhile. And the Doctors are great but the management and staff are the worst. This year unfortunately has been a horrible year for me with many deaths in the family and those funeral dates had ended up being on the same dates I would be out of town for funerals or just being there for my family for their loss and just basically mourning. Die to my reschedules for this matter they dismissed me without my knowledge from the practice and told me in order to become a patient again I would have to pay full price up front for an office visit and I cant pre schedule appointments I would have to call the same day and ask if there are any available appointments. How can anypne woth a life and job do something like this? After explaining to them the death of my niece and other events they showed no compassion or empathy and showed me the door. Horrible customer service and just really upsets me that they would do this to a patient with insurance. read more

Terrible customer service. I was a new patient, brought my records because I had been examined recently by my previous provider. I recently moved to Bolingbrook so I needed to transfer my service. Came in with my records, Dr. wanted to take a look at my teeth anyway, long story short, I had to end up paying them because my insurance would not cover their charge since the exam was performed less than 2 months ago (which I told them). Called when I received the bill, they answered in less than 2 minutes, asked to speak to a manager and call was disconnected. Called back and spoke to the "Manager" after I saw that she was not trying to offer any alternative or work with an obviously upset patient, I advised that I would pay their $55.00 but they would lose my business (my copay would have been more than 300.00 plus what my insurance would pay for the procedure I needed) and all she had to say was "ok" in a very nonchalant way. Called back to pay and get the "Managers" name and was placed on hold for over 20 minutes. If I could give them zero starts I would but no option for that. Spoke to a family member who went to their office years ago and had a similar experience. I sure wish I had spoken to them before I went to this joke of dental clinic. If you want to get ripped off, this is the place for you. read more

I needed a Local dentist office for my son and I, I wish i would've read the reviews before. Anyway I made an appointment to see a dentist i recieved a call the day of the appointment after i missed work and kept my child out of school saying that they can't see me because the system is down and they can't verify my insurance! really?? the day of the appointment you had a month to verify my information so i let it go. I called today to make another apointment and was told that my account is suspended because of a cancelation fee? I had no knowlege of an appointment I Spoke with Sydney the office manager she was very rude, had no compassion and on top of that told me that they sent my account to collections! I'm forced to contact Lisa Madigan and report this practice as being a Fraud! How many other people have they falsely charge a $25 fee for a missed appointment that they didn't know they had. Everything happens for a reason ,Thank you Lord! for not allowing this appointment to be set ,if you can't get the small stuff right why would I trust someone doing surgery on my mouth! Readers do your research first! there are several professional dentist offices in the area that are compassionate, trustworthy, skilled and Care about there patients. I called and made an appointment with Three Rivers Dental ,so far so good...Check back for information on a petition that i will be starting to take to the board. I am a homeowner and tax payer and i will not be taken advantage of. I know it's on $25 but how many people have been charged that fradulently!
