After waiting for 10 minutes for someone, I decided to figure out how to place it online...They could have told me to do that from the beginning. I wait for my food to get made and when I go back to the hostess to check she walks to the kitchen to look for it, but when she comes back, she doesn't tell me anything. Then I go to the other hostess and she finds my food. But after leaving and finally looking at the food my cousin got these pathetic, undercooked pieces of bread they want to call french toast with the chocolate chips looking like crap! I do love this place. Clean, good food, kinda pricey but I like it. The hostess was super friendly and sat us right away. Our waitress had most of not all the tables. She was nice. Food was good. My only complaint is that my waffle was cold, the portion of potatoes was ridiculously small and she brought me sweet tea which I hate. Eggs, toast and bacon were perfect. Terrible experience and will never be back for this average tasting food that has left us sick. Table of 3 and our food took almost an hour. Tables around us sat down, ate, & left before we ever got our food. (So much so a different customer told us "I would really mad if I was yall..." as she was leaving.) The worst part was the service. Probably the worst breakfast cafe I have ever tried. Bit of a wait but we were right in the Sunday post church breakfast rush hour, so that was expected. They gave us plastic utensils informing us that they were out of silverware. The waitress got us seated, took our coffee order, and then appeared to promptly forget we existed. after what felt like a half an hour we finally got our coffee and ordered our food. As an extra bonus the coffee mugs they use are square with a wide flat bit at the top, so drops of coffee will collect on the edge and attempt to spill off the side when you take a drink, good luck! After another small age and pushing noon the food arrived. I got the Benedict the eggs were tolerable, seems like they had some machine for them, but the hollandaise tasted like they used rancid butter. My wife had a omelette and requested the addition of broccoli to it. The omelette was overcooked and the broccoli was added by way of placing four lukewarm florets on top of the omelet after cooking. If your looking for a breakfast experience that feels like a punishment for forgotten sins against other cafes then this is the place for you for anyone else I would recommend any different establishment. read more

I ordered my food at 1145, at 120 it was finally finished being made. App said one hour tops I'd get my food, now it's looking closer to 2.5 hours. This was my first time eating here even though I live in Brandon. My ham and cheese omelette was just the right amount of both and a good size as well. Although I am not supposed to eat carbs I had to try the home fries which were just the right amount of crispy with great seasoning. Nine of us stopped in after a soccer tournament. The waitress was wonderful and quickly figured out whose bills were together. Although it was early afternoon most of us ordered breakfast. I had an apple cinnamon waffle and an iced tea. Both were perfect. My daughter had the Florida waffle which is her favorite. Others in our party had eggs, pancakes and stuffed French toast. We decided to give this place a try after hearing about it and it is 100% worth a visit. Not only is there a very large menu, but they go above and beyond with the food. We tried the banana nut and caramel stuffed French toast and everything was perfect about it. It's not too sweet, making it easy and light on your stomach without leaving you hungry. Our server, Naomi, was definitely one of the best servers we have had. She was extremely polite and made us feel welcomed. We received our food and refills without any issue. I'm so tired of getting my take out orders either missing items or the wrong items. Today I ordered a large breakfast order and it was missing one of the omelettes. It was their first on line order of the day (#100). There were no other customers in there when I picked up. Just plain lack of attention to detail. After calling them I had to go back there to pick it up and it was already cold by the time I got back home 5 min later. So I think the kitchen made the omelette but whoever is supposed to pack the bag screwed up. I've been missing condiments like syrup for pancakes or missing pickles on a burger in the past. I've gotten the wrong items like fries instead of onion rings or the wrong burger. I've gotten the wrong omelette order. I've been missing fries or chicken tenders in the past. He advised me that it wasn't his job to hear my complaint and proceeded to tell me that he is the top person and there's no one else who I can talk too. I placed an online order Sunday July 12, 2020. I received an error message so my order never went through but was charged the $60.73. I called Kekes and spoke with a Richard who stated he didn't receive an order at all. Richard said he is going to talk to a manager to see what options I have. Richard than calls me back to tell me the manager, who's name is Robert, stated for me to wait until the next day to see if it clears because he's busy at the moment. Wait what??!!! I decided to go into the store myself that same day and ask the two girls in the front (one who was extremely rude) that I was there to speak with a manager. My boyfriend and I waited over 30 minutes for the manager to come to the front (which I honestly believe he made us wait that long on purpose). At first he sent one of his servers to come tell me he was extremely busy with orders for me to come back later and I explained to the server that I was also a customer and if the manager wouldn't come up to the front that I was going to walk towards the back and talk to him myself. The server kept insisting he was busy and I kept explaining I am also a customer. After going back and forth with the sever for about 5 minutes the manager finally comes to the front and explains he will get with his manager since his manager is the only person who can see the purchases. He took down all my information and told me the manager will get back to me and we will have to reorder the food and make a purchase again when I clearly showed him I was already charged. Here we are Tuesday, July 14, 2020 and no call back from the manager and Kekes still charged me the $60.73. I will NEVER place a foot in this store or a credit card purchase online. Their customer service is horrible. The store also was not following social distancing protocols. Every booth was occupied and the line to get in was extremely long. They had a small bottle of hand sanitizer in the front they wanted customers to use when clearly it defeats the whole purpose of its use if every single person has to pick up this bottle to squeeze the sanitizer onto their hands.
