Steak omelet, grits, and wheat toast.

I came with a group of peers for breakfast. The waitress was bubbly and full of good energy for 8AM in the morning! I must say it was a pleasant surprise to have fresh squeezed orange juice. My steak omelet came out nice and hot. I happened to snag a picture of the eggs my coworker had. He was happy to know he could order a la carte with no issues. It was my first time at Keke's breakfast Cafe. The experience definitely warrants another visit at their family of restaurants.

Stopped by Kekes recently on Christmas Eve for some breakfast with my Mom. First time stopping by. The interior is clean and well kept. The staff greeted us immediately and service was great. Our waitress polite and attentive. The staff helps each other filling coffee and water and it never goes empty. The food was good. I had the Vegetable Omlette and my mother has a basic breakfast. Worth a trip. You can find better food but it's a clean breakfast stop with really good service.

Keke's is a good breakfast spot. During the time we came around 10am, it was pretty busy. Our service was great. Our waitress kept checking on us and refilling my water! Our food came out fairly quick. Food was tasty. The atmosphere is good and when it's busy (which it was) it does tend to a bit loud with other people's chatter.

I've never really tried brunch places before so Keke's it was based off of photos. It's located in the same plaza as Crunch Fitness and Chuck E Cheese in the corner. Parking is a bit rough so you might end up parking far. We went in as an 8 top and were told it would be a 30 minute wait. We were sure if we wanted to wait but ended up doing so waiting for the rest of our party. Hostesses were friendly and the tall young lady was great and excellent in taking photos! We were seated and our server was very patient and helpful. I showed her a pic on here of their banana shake but they no longer had it which was sad so I ordered the Florida Waffles instead without the blueberries. I also ordered the Turkey Club with kettle cooked chips and a pickle. It was delish and very big! No avocado to be seen in sight so if that's something you need for your brunch, go elsewhere or bring your own, lol. Overall, portions are bigger here but not necessarily better. It was an okay visit. Vibes were good and a good brunch place.

Make your own omelette. Bacon, ham, sausage and cheddar cheese home fries and English muffin.

Had breakfast there today and ordered a make your own omelette. I had bacon, ham, sausage and cheddar cheese. Home fries and an English muffin completed the meal. The omelette was done perfectly and the potatoes were seasoned well. The English muffin was toasted well and everything tasted great. My wife ordered a scramble bowl, but when she got it the eggs were raw. The manager came over and apologized and had the plate redone. It was perfectly redone. Cooks fist day doing eggs had a learning moment. Very happy at how fast they rectified the issue.

Kekes cafe was very good. We came here on a Sunday morning ... a little before the morning rush I guess around 9.00 am, and the restaurant had a few open tables and we were able to sit almost immediately. Service here is very good, our waitress was attentive and super friendly. She recommended the egg sandwich which was what I ordered and it was perfect. Not big but filling... Since I had asked for something not too large. Didn't want to over eat since I had a long drive back to Miami. Kids however ordered chocolate waffles, French toasts, eggs, etc. Everything was DELICIOUS. Endless cups of coffee which I always like... coffee was freshly brewed and actually good. Overall a great place and nicely located just like minutes away from I75. Definitely recommend coming here.

It's a pretty big cafe with big tables for a group of friends or large families. It seems to be a place for all age groups as I saw kids, teenagers, young adults, and adults. They had "How to Train your Dragon" the live action playing while I was there which is a bonus in my book. They also had some arcade games, board games, and lots of chess boards. Relaxed seating area and everything is a bit mismatched, but that just adds to the vibe. The bathrooms are STUNNING. I've never been to a cafe with a bathroom that fancy whoa. The service was very friendly, gave us recommendations based on the popular items ppl get. I got the velvet amber half decaf and my partner got the cinnamon toast latte. Both were great. They also serve Kava, Teas, mushroom gummies, and additives you can add to your drink. They also offer CBD consultation. Overall, I will be coming back to battle some of my friends in chess and do my study dates there.

Well, they've earned their rating with good reason!…read more A friend and I went on a bit of an unplanned adventure yesterday as the first place we were going to go to was closed for an event. After driving 30 minutes to that place in Plant City and realizing this, we decided, "why not drive some more?". Josephine's was on my radar due to their great reviews across multiple platforms, so we drove another 20-30 minutes to check it out. We arrived at the unsuspecting strip plaza, walked in to what was just one well lit, cozy strip in the plaza and were immediately greeted by Robby, the owner, who asked us if it was our first time in. We let him know that it was, and he proceeded to educate us on everything they have to offer, from their bar, their sandwiches, pizzas, salads, pastas, grocery and so on... the meatball sandwich was calling my name, along with their pizzas and their pastas - so many choices! I did land on the meatball sandwich and got a bag of chips and a glass of wine while my friend got the Italian salad and a coke. For note, this ran us about $45. It was well worth it. The meatball sandwich was 10" and was stuffed with fully ground beef meatballs, seasoned well and very cheesy - so good. I tasted the salad and it was great as well, with plenty of parmesan cheese to cover up the taste of leaves that I was consuming (I'm not a vegetables guy still). While we were dining at the bar, Robby took a bit more time to tell us how the store came to be, being named after his grandmother who, though she wasn't around to see what he had started, would no doubt be very proud as his/his employee service was excellent and the food was no different. At the end of our experience, Robby took our payment and we explored the store a bit. Robby was kind enough to offer me two of their mini cannolis and my friend a scoop of their salted caramel gelato on the house as a way of saying thank you for coming in; again, EXCELLENT service. Since leaving there yesterday, I have recommended the place to 7 people and will continue recommending it to more people due to their great value, service and delicious food. Huge thanks to Robby and the team at Josephine's for knowing how to do things the right way. I'll definitely be back.

We stumbled upon Josephine's Italian Market, less than 15 minutes from our home, and it has become one of our favorite special-occasion spots. The market itself is such a fun experience. They have a thoughtfully curated selection of imported Italian products, a refrigerated and freezer section with prepared foods to take home, shelves of authentic pantry staples, a small espresso and Italian beverage bar, and a fantastic deli with fresh meats like prosciutto, capicola, and everything you'd hope to find in a true Italian market. One thing that really stood out was how welcoming everyone was. I brought my toddler with me, and instead of feeling like I was trying to juggle shopping while keeping him entertained, the staff genuinely embraced him. They were so kind and engaging that it made the entire visit relaxed and enjoyable. Now for the food... absolutely incredible. Their Hot Honey Pizza is easily one of the best pizzas I've had outside of Italy, and their authentic Italian sub is unquestionably in my top five ever. The chicken cutlets, salads, and other prepared foods have all been consistently outstanding. I also love browsing their selection of authentic Italian wines to take home. Is it more expensive than grabbing pizza or subs from a chain? Absolutely. But the quality, authenticity, and overall experience make it worth it. We don't think of Josephine's as an everyday stop--we think of it as our go-to place for special occasions, family gatherings, or anytime we want to treat ourselves to food that genuinely reminds us of Italy. If you're looking for authentic Italian food, exceptional sandwiches, outstanding pizza, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere, Josephine's Italian Market is absolutely worth the visit. We're so grateful to have a place like this so close to home!

Naida makes some tasty Cuban sandwiches here for a good price. The star of the sandwich is Naida's roast pork. It's well seasoned and it totally makes this sandwich shine. I usually get it with everything, but I keep forgetting that they'll include onions if you ask for it "all the way." It's good with or without it, but I prefer it without. Just keep that in mind and be specific if you don't want onions on your sandwich. Naida also makes the best café con leche. I sometimes go there just for Cuban toast and that awesome coffee. It gives me energy! They have a small hot bar area of daily offerings with some kind of rice and beans. It may change daily. I haven't ordered a platter, but I will one day. They do have a tasty arroz con salchichas side item. My mom used to make it sometimes with those little canned Vienna sausages. Yeah, it's a comfort thing for me. They also make wonderful breakfast sandwiches and ham croquettes. El Cuba Cafe is hidden inside of a Circle K convenience store on Bell Shoals Road. It's directly across the street from Publix at Bloomingdale Square. I know it has Cuba in the name, but their is a lot of Puerto Rican representation here. That may also be why I'm so fond of it. It's also super convenient, and the service is great. I usually drive in the back way to avoid all the construction nearby. There's no dining area. You just order your meal and take it with you. It's a no frills kind of place. A real hidden gem!

The Elevated Egg Sandwich was incredible and easily the highlight of the meal. The potatoes were cooked perfectly--crispy, well-seasoned, and honestly some of the best I've had at a brunch spot. The warm syrup was a small detail but made a big difference. And the passion fruit donut holes? Absolutely addictive--we were already wishing we had ordered more. There were a couple minor issues. The eggs on the Tri-Fecta were ordered medium but came out more well done. Still flavorful, just not exactly as requested. The tacos were also very good, but the corn tortillas kept falling apart, which made them a bit difficult to eat.
