If I could do 0 stars I would this is the day after visiting this dennys the food was horrible the sizler thing burnedy friends mouth and the toast was as hard as a piece of steal the cinnamon pancakes where horendis and the cinnamon stuff on top was crusty and odd the only good thing was the mint ice cream on top of one of the pancake sets the food gave me stomach problems. The server was very nice tho so props on him The resturante was clean but because it's Denver there was a group of scetchy people sitting the the corner of the resturant making me very uncomfortable. read more

The overnight staff here really suck. waited 3 hours to get food delivered after the fact that they gave my first order to someone who ended up stealing it. Had to place a new order and then they had the driver waiting so long to pick it up. 3 hours. absolutely ridiculous. read more

We sat next to this small group, The man was angry he had to wait 15 min for his food grumbling like a child about its taking to long. My guy calm down, the manager witnessed a head on collision and went to check on the people, meanwhile this guy is steaming about a 15 wait. Get over yourself guy, you're not the main character. So I visited this location a few nights ago and there was noone in the diner at the time but myself. I order a slam breakfast with biscuits and gravy and when he brought it to me, first off it took quite some time to come. Then the biscuits were as hard as a rock! Best i could do was scrap the gravy off to eat that and then all that came with it was eggs. Those were ok i guess. But all in all i was not impressed with this visit. But i still gave the kid a $10 tip. read more

This isn't the Dennys I typically go to but some friends of mine were hungry after a movie and this was the most central to where we all lived. We stopped in late at night and the first thing I noticed was how well lit the parking lot was. Trust me, for most people, especially us women, a well lit parking lot is paramount. We were all greeted as soon as we walked in. We were a very large party, fifteenish, so they took a minute to put together a place for all of us to eat together. The staff, and both our severs were exceptionally polite and attentive. The restaurant appeared clean and well maintained. Drinks came out fast and our orders were taken efficiently. The food came out quickly and together which drew huge kudos from all of us. Clearly their short order cooks could really sling some food back in the kitchen. The food was, simple, well made and the portions were reasonable. To this day, I love mozzarella cheese sticks at Dennys. Even the marinara is better than most places. Refills on drinks came quickly and there was no problem not argument over a dozen separate checks. This place really crushed it for my friends and I and it was strongly appreciated. The food came out lukewarm we were waiting about 20 minutes before we were served to even get drinks the server barley checked on us food that doesn't take along time to cook took for ever to come to the table waited 20 mins on top of the first 20 to be waited by our server and it was just a terrible overall experience wouldn't recommend way understaffed here someone get them some employees read more

I don't usually post negative reviews, but this warrants something. On Saturday, November 30th, my husband and I came in for brunch. Service was super slow, my food was cold, and everything was filthy. The menus were covered in filth. Do you not have side work with cleaning tasks to ensure a pleasant and CLEAN experience? As we were paying, we were asked how it was, my husband said 'cold' and we were given $10 off. The attached photos are from the jelly caddies and they need serious attention. Simply running them through the dishwasher won't suffice, they need to be scrubbed first. read more

We came in to check out the new place, but it seems like the place got remodeled seems like they could of train the employees as well.. we were seated and we waited and waited for someone to take out drink order the waitress kept passing but she wouldn't stop I finally decided to get up and leave, it was worse then and the employees now don't make it any better 4 employees just standing in the front register not doing anything didn't make this visit any better... seemed like a family member of one of the waitresses came in and they took their drink order right away... Just wonderful! Eva took great care of us for lunch! Christine came to check on us and was so sweet! They both took extra special care. Christine the manager was running to every table making sure everything and everyone was ok. They both made us feel so special like we were the only customers when they were so busy! Terrible service! Came in one evening with my husband and was told it would be a long wait to take our order because the only waiter in there had 3 tables ahead of us. Everyone around us looked hungry and defeated. Left and thought we would give it another try the following week with a group of friends. Was told we could not have more than 15 people in our group because it's too much for the waiter and cook to handle. Clearly you don't want the business! A man who looked like he was possibly the manager was on a personal call and ignored us. Customer service is clearly not your #1 priority! If your servers want to earn tips they have to work for them! How is this possible when you can't handle serving multiple guests? There are lots of people looking for jobs right now with this terrible economy so I advise you not to pass up on just getting a warm body in there. If you're hungry....... Don't go here! read more

The waitress was great! They only had one person in the kitchen who wasn't very experienced however, and because of that, the food, specifically the hash browns, tasted like plastic from being burned. My eggs that I ordered were also overcooked and tasted plastic like. Now I have sympathy for the cook and waitress but my problem lies with the manager. He paced past me and my fiancée's table while we were actively complaining and didn't even acknowledge our complains or even speak to us directly. When my fiancée asked for some sort of compensation for her meal because the hash browns ruined her appetite, the manager literally just took off $6. He gave a rude demeanor and was rude to his own employees who were struggling. Normally this place is pretty good, but tonight was the absolute worst experience I've had at the hands of the manager. We went in around 2am. Usually at that time we know not to expect so much, but to our surprise the server and cook at that time were decent. Our server was Marie, such a sweet lady and the cook did amazing on our food! We went 12/27 @ 2am. These two ladies rocked it! The staff has terrible customer service. Once I went to dine in and we were seated, then ignored for 20-25 minutes. The girl who seated us kept glancing over and walking past my table but didn't bother to attend us, so we ended up leaving. Also went in for a take out order and there was 4-5 employees working who all noticed me waiting to be attended. Not a single employee came up to me to ask for my order or let me know anything. They all kept looking yet ignored me as I waited for 15 minutes. Finally the manager comes with my order but doesn't bother to ask if it my order she simply tosses it onto the counter and continued working. There were also 3 other people who arrived after me waiting for pick up and nobody attended any of us. Please take your money elsewhere, this location sucks. read more
