I've been at this location several times and I have tried several items on the menu. Absolutely nothing has disappointed me. I love every single thing about this place! The staff is friendly, the menu is plentiful, and they give you big portions of food. Not that I need that... LOL, but sometimes people want that. I was so excited when I saw this restaurant was going in, because I've been to the one in Orlando a few times also. The service isn't good at all. There were more staff than customers yet our wait for our server was long and drawn out.. I guess we shouldn't expect to be in and out in an hour for breakfast. I've read some of the reviews and I guess some people are morons! This place is absolutely amazing, the service is impeccable. The home fries are a signature of this place and complement the meal with a great balance of flavors. I first went to kekes in Orlando and was ecstatic that they open one 5min from where I'm at. This place has the best omelettes and waffles I've ever had and the coffee is great. This place is a 5 star, do not let some inaccurate tasteless reviews detour you. This should be on your radar if your not familiar with the franchise. We are lucky to have them close by. read more

Everything I have had at this place has been delicious. My go to has been one of their many kinds of French toast. Yum! The people are friendly here too. There can be a wait at times but doesn't seem to be too bad unless you're ridiculously famished. Lots of booths to sit in but no outside dining. read more

We are visiting friends in the area and they recommended this for breakfast. Our friends ordered different bacon & egg plates which were well prepared and looked delicious. I had the French toast which was 3 thick slices mounded high with fresh sliced strawberries and bananas. My spouse had Eggs Benedict which was perfectly prepared & beautifully presented. Honestly, do not understand the positive reviews. Other than being friendly, the service was not good; it took a long time to get our order in, I was served coffee and cream without a spoon or napkins, we were served food without any utensils... The food is extremely pricey; 3 eggs, home fries, and toast was $10 plus an extra $5.50 for four of the smallest sausage links I have ever seen ($15.50 is a steak dinner elsewhere...). For a family of 2 adults and 2 kids (five and younger) we spent $60; inflation is no excuse for such insane prices. To make matters worse, the sausages were burnt on the bottom, the English muffin was soggy, and the home fries had minimal seasoning. "This place is a joke..." is the phrase that popped into my head when I came to the realization that we had made a mistake choosing this restaurant. I am NOT a breakfast eating person but for some reason I woke up on Saturday and said 'let's go get breakfast!' We choose Keke's cuz we had never been. Boy was I impressed. The staff, from the second we walked on, was so accommodating and friendly yet professional. We sat down and our server, Xavier, came right over. He was just a ray of sunshine. I just wanted to hug him. He took our order and the food was out so quickly. The food was excellent, I had two eggs over medium, turkey bacon and potatoes-nothing fancy but it was all delicious. So many times this type of meal tastes greasy and it didn't at all. Seemed like it was made in a brand new kitchen where nothing else had ever been cooked if that makes sense. Anyway Xavier made it all that more special - his cheerfulness and attention to detail was spot on. And as I watched the other servers and staff they all seemed to be astute to their customers as well. Mostly a young group of employees but all with a great attitude. It was very refreshing. First time at this Kekes once before and it was a blah experience and this was great. The server Greg was extremely nice, had individualized genuine humor instead of bs humor, and very over the top attentive also extremely knowledgeable recommended everything we got based on what we told him we did the same thing to try it out and he was dead on. When he thanked the vets next to us for their service and the vets said in 33 years they hadn't had one young person say thank you and then both tables said thank you after he left the table he won me over right then and there It's the small stuff that counts and it was nailed. We work real estate in the area and take clients out and will be having lunch with Greg in the near future as he recommended having the lunch menu now. read more

100% would NOT recommend this location due to their lack of customer service. I have worked in food services/customer service for several years and have never been treated as poorly as I have here. I never expected it, especially as a military Vet. I highly recommend for each employee who interacts with customers whether it be in person or by phone to be trained or REtrained on how to treat patrons with respect rather than cutting them off mid sentence several times. Went to get breakfast this past Sunday around 9:20am. Sat down after 5-7 minutes. Our server came to get our drink order and that took a few more minutes then regular. Came back to get our food order. Waitress kept coming back to check on us. Waitress comes back to say the sorry for the delay of food the food line prep was not fully staffed enough to get the pancakes together quickly which made no sense since pancakes doesn't take long to make. Then she came back 2 more times to see if wanted any free toast or anything else but we said no just our food. Saw people that arrived before us get there food then saw people after us get their food. It was 9:59 and nothing yet but when we saw two groups after us get their food we got up and left. She should of been honest and said that she forgot to place our order because that's the only logical explanation but she just kept dancing around it by blaming other staff and offering us free food to make the situation better but it made it worse. I have eaten here 2 times and ordered food 3-4 times for pickup never had an issue. This was horrible! The waitresses honesty would have saved us a lot of time waiting for food that was never coming. Should of just gone to Breakfast Station to get breakfast like my husband wanted but I said let's go to another breakfast spot to eat.....Big Mistake!!!!! read more

We went for breakfast and it was great. The wait was a little long but they got struck by lightening so nothing that they could help! We had a party of 9 and they sat us across from each other which worked out great. Very family friendly restaurant. I ordered the blueberry stuffed French toast and the eggs Benedict with home fries. Delicious!!!! I loved the homefries (I added peppers and onions to them). For just opening a week ago I felt that the staff was doing wonderful. Excellent service. I ordered eggs Benedict and had it delivered via DoorDash. My dasher apparently grabbed the wrong bag at the restaurant and by the time I figured it out, the restaurant was already calling me trying to find a resolution for this mistake. They drove all the way to my job to drop off my corrected food even though the restaurant does not have a delivery service. They went above and beyond in doing this, when they could have just wrote it off as the dasher's fault, refunded me and moved on. The food was DELICIOUS and I am beyond impressed with the customer service. It's one thing to have a good experience, it's another to have a bad experience turned into a great one. Just walked out of the Brooksville FL location after wanting to try your Cafe this morning. There were may 7 other tables, all having been served. We sat the for over 5 min and no one said a word, came by, or acknowledged us after the hostess sat us. I got up and asked her if we had been seated in the non service section as we had not been helped. Another waitress said she can get our drinks...she is a very nasty yet she probably thought was sweet, stated she is not our server but is "happy" to get our drinks. Just a rotten town...you know the "bless her heart" phoney tone. Well we gave her our drink order then asked ourselves why in the world are we going to give our money to a place with such crappy service. So we left and went to the McDonald's across the parking lot. While our order were taken with the same amount of enthusiasm, it was taken right away. Our server, Greg, did an incredible job attending us and provide quality service to make up for the long wait. The manager that helped us wasn't the best and condescending.
