Six hours later the closet still had a very strong chemical odor from 565 Plus XLO Formula 2, and when I raised concerns about safety and my belongings, I was given contradictory explanations (told it was "safe," but also told not to smell my clothes because I could get sick). I'm now dealing with a headache and uncertainty about contamination of a non‑washable vintage dress and other items I sell. Very disappointed with the lack of clear warnings and honest communication about risks. I had no write up about what was done, by who, how much chemical and which chemical was used until I called to complain where the guy kept saying I would need to wash my clothes either way (I had washed all my damn clothes before moving here) took forever. . He then said he could come spray febreze. . And then said he could do that only Monday and today is Friday. Not only all of that, but he tried to tell me the aerosol spray only sprays upwards and doesn't fall on the floor as if that is how spraying and gravity works.
