Better than ever. It's smooth as silk. My jeep wasn't driving due to the caliber system and also they repaired a coolant leak for me. Although this place had other cars to repair, they fit me in and I'm thankful for them. For honesty letting me know what was wrong and able to repair it. He was very up front and honest about what the possible issue was and how much the repair might cost. He was very professional, and did not make me feel dumb or uncomfortable for asking questions. Brought it in just before 4/4:30 pm and asked them to take a look to see how bad the damage was. They said they would look at it tomorrow since it was nearing the end of the business day. Totally understood and left my keys with them to walk home. While I was still on the phone with the insurance adjuster by the CVS next door, he called me to tell me they fixed it. I couldn't believe it. I was so worried about how I was going to be able to rent a car to get to work the next day. It turns out it was a missing nut/bolt (don't know where it could've gone). They replaced it, were super honest and didn't charge me for the lone screw. Whatever that screw would've cost them now has made me a loyal and returning customer. Weirdly that oil change was given for free as a 2 for 1 deal since I went in with my significant other. I decided to ignore them and just watch the oil. Went to get my next oil change back at the dealership and they actually said ABSOLUTELY NOTHING was wrong other than some air filters. Very odd! The next day they had my vehicle and they diagnosed it. The engine was blown or at least had a major defect and needed to be replaced. They didn't try to upsell me just to get money. They charged me $450 to diagnose and fix the problem. They claimed the rear brakes were installed incorrectly and needed to be redone (just had new brakes put in, in the fall). Not only did they fail to fix the problem, they failed to diagnose the problem. They didn't even replace both rear brake pads and rotors as they said they would. I'm now out $450 and in the same boat I was in but with uneven braking. After talking to the owner, it was clear they only wanted to sell me on more repairs. They had no interest in making it right. The guy is a salesman not a mechanic. Would not recommend.
