These staff members are eager to please any and all customers with any issues that may arise, which attests to their customer service abilities. This also plays apart in the environment in this establishment. Starbucks has many amenities that helps to attract customers. One of which is the ability to access the internet. I have noticed many students studying online at Starbucks. They feel comfortable enough to come in order a drink, and complete homework. These types of amenities help Starbucks to attract all kinds of clientele. We cannot forget the main reason customers come to Starbucks. They are well known for all kinds of different coffee drinks.
