I selected Kelly Ford because I needed the 150,000 Mile Service on my 2016 Ford Transit Cargo Van. We converted our cargo van into a DIY Camper Van right after we bought it. it weighs over 7000 Lbs and this requires me to take it to a Truck. enter for maintenance. I called Kelly Ford and spoke with the Truck Center Service Manager, Andrew. For the first time in my life, there were no surprises. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. In my experience they have done quality work on my vehicle. I recently had an oil change and tire rotation and had it completed in about an hour. If you use a coupon, make sure you read the fine print. I used a coupon for the synthetic blend oil change for $44.95 for up to 6 quarts. After 2 additional quarts of oil, taxes, and $7.00 shop fee, (whatever that is) I payed an addition $20. read more

I would not recommend this place to anybody. They don't care about their customers and will charge you 2 to 6 times more than any other place. Had a problem with a blower fan for some reason the fan part had to be purchase separate I did, then the fan part did not come with a screw to attach it to do motor. when all said and done it cost 120 dollars for a part that cost about 35 dollars aftermarket. So, I decided to return the fan he said because I paid cash I needed to wait for a check, huh. I never had a place to make you wait for a check. After telling the guy that's stupid I said I would pick up the check, oh no three days later guy tells me they sent it in the mail. So disrespectful they have no respect for the customer time or care about getting the customer the right part. I called one they for a tune-up they said it could be about 1700 dollars lol don't go here unless you truly have too. read more

I loved our entire experience. Tabby was awesome ! We dropped off car took it 3 days to fix a big repair transmission. All under warranty. At the other Ford dealership we were going to be charged , for theses repairs . I will only go to Kelly Ford. No more Ford in Vero beach or Palm Bay woohoo . I've worked with their service department 2 times in the past month and was not impressed on both occasions. The first time, my car needed transmission work. The service was slow and the staff did not make me feel like a priority at all. I called/emailed times to get the status of my vehicle and did not hear back. When I went in to pick up my vehicle, I mentioned to an employee that I was waiting for my keys. However, they left me sitting in the waiting room for 30 minutes before I was taken care of. After spending over $900 on a car repair, the least they could do was make me feel like a valued customer but they did they exact opposite of that. On the second occasion, I needed a part to be ordered to fix my back window. I took my car in on a Saturday morning and they taped my window (with packaging tape) and told me that they didn't have the part in stock. I asked if they could order it and they said they would call when the part arrived. I never received a call confirming the part's availability. After having my car window taped up for a week, I took my car to a different Ford dealership and the repair was done that day. They still have not contacted me and it has been at least 3 weeks since I took my car to Kelly. Overall, I was very disappointed and would not recommend Kelly's service department to anyone. I've heard good things about their sales consultants, but would never go to their dealership after the service experience that I had. read more

Took it in 3 weeks ago after having dealt with Palm Bay Ford. I was hoping this place would be more reliable. It isn't. I explained the problem I'm having. Even showed them the codes on my phone that the Ford app was showing. Naturally, their computer showed no codes. That should have told them something right there. Why is the vehicle sending codes to the app, but they aren't showing on their computer? Since Palm Bay had recently changed the fuel pump that they had probably messed up, they said my problem might be coming from break in and I should wait until I've put in a couple more tanks of gas and see if it gets better. If not, then bring it back and they'll check deeper. Well, after several more tanks of gas, it is getting worse. I called and made an appointment. It's a commercial vehicle so I can't just leave it sitting around for days at the dealer. They were well aware of this and that's why I made an appointment. Long story short, the vehicle sat there all day and nobody looked at it, even though I had an appointment. Today, someone finally looked at it and, you guessed it, they simply ran the codes and found nothing. They explained that they're backlogged and don't have time to properly diagnose it. Why the hell didn't they tell me that before I dropped it off? Why not when I made the appointment? Now I had to pick it up, unrepaired, for an upcoming business trip. The vehicle is getting, at times, only 12.3 mpg with a 3,000 mile trip in front of me. I had to call several times to even get ahold of the service adviser. I didn't get a call back when I called so I had to keep running after them. Friendly people, that's why they get any star at all, but the business practices of the service department are substandard at best. They don't give you the feeling that you or your vehicle is important to them. It almost feels like you are an intrusion on their time and not the purpose of their job. read more

Kelly Ford Collision Center. Walked in to get my vehicle fix and met John and Ms. Viko and I couldn't have been treated better. Ms. Viko took my information immediately, answered all my questions and concerns and John went right to my vehicle and looked it over, found immediately the damage and they set up to call me the next day with all the information. They took pictures also good ones that made the damage clear and easy to see as I have a light colored vehicle, brilliant silver. They both did as they said and three days later I was picking up the vehicle and you couldn't tell it had ever been hit. The place was clean, they were very welcoming and the price was so reasonable. Go to them for all collision needs no matter what vehicle you have. Awesome people. read more

Well, here is another bad review... took our car in to get an estimate on 2 repairs-convertible top would not go up and check engine light was on. I explained these 2 things to the service manager on the phone and scheduled the appointment. I was quoted $79.00 to just look at the car, I agreed and took the car in. They called later that day and gave me the verbal estimate for the 2 repairs. I declined to have the work done. When I picked up the car I was charged $188.21. I asked why and was told by Frank that it was a $79 charge per issue looked into and $16 for the estimate!! What a rip off read more

If I could give a (-*)minus star I would. I was hit head on by a drunk driver. My insurance company told me to take the car to KELLY FORD. Our ford had 25,000 miles. They have the worst collision center I have ever had to deal with. On the estimate was new parts, they put on salvage parts from a junkyard, and painted over the damage A/C, so it would appear that they replaced it. They didn't count of my son being a Certified Mechanic. He slid underneath our car and look up at the engine. The damaged A/C had a dent in it from the crash. My son came to the crash, and slid underneath there to check the car out to see if it was drivable. We had it towed. He saw the dent that day, and remembered it. When KELLY FORD, could not get anything to mate up, they added filler and painted when they repainted our car. We were called to pick up the car, and we saw the filler, and told the manager this is not acceptable, and was not going to sign off the insurance check until it was done right. We were threatened. The manager said if we did not give them the check they would impound the car. It was our only means of travel, and it had been in their shop for over a month. I signed the check under duress, and wrote it on the check, and I called my insurance company. I was told to take the car to another collision center and get another estimate. I took my car to LANE PONTIAC. I had dealt with them before. They repaired the car, and brought it back to its original condition. My insurance paid twice to get our car repaired. Dropped my car off the night before for an oil change any computer reprogram for the passenger window. The appointment was for 10 o'clock the next day. Called at one was told my service advisor was busy and she would call back, never called. About an hour and 10 minutes later I drove in to see what was going on they now had my car for hours past the scheduled appointment and they had not touched it. They told me at least another hour to hour and a half before they can give me any news as to what was going on. I took my car because my wife had to get to work. read more

Told them I had an appointment earlier that day and was told that I could come in after said appt and someone would be here that could do the job... even during lunch. "They rotate so someone is always here." So, after my appt I did. The dipshit in his little office told the nice lady up front that "everyone is at lunch... common sense." First off, piss off dude. I'm just doing what I'm told and I do NOT appreciate the snide comment. Secondly, I am disabled and can't just hang around the Ford dealership like normal people can. Have a fricken heart JA. They really make it hard to recommend Kelly Ford proper. I really hope I never deal with these people again. Ungrateful is the best word to describe this process. This review is for the body shop exclusively. I elected to take my F150 to Kelly Ford to get work done correctly by a factory authorized body shop using factory parts. When the estimate was accepted by my insurance company the repairs were scheduled to start three weeks later. The repairs were estimated to take 8-10 business days. After over 7 weeks of delays I was notified that my truck was complete. When I arrived to pick it up I found the pinstripe on the side that was repaired was not installed after painting. I needed to return to have the remaining work done. The reason for the low rating has less to do with the quality of work than it is about the lack of communication. I had to continually call, send emails, and even stop by when I would get no response. The lack of communication is simply unacceptable in a time when there are several means of doing so. Very disappointed in the quality of service which is a shame since the quality of work appears to be good. read more

No stars! 4-12-16 Called Kelly Ford, was transferred to (Janet service manager), went over all pertinent information about my truck, year, make,model,mileage,VIN, ext. I was told by Kelly Ford that my 2005 F 150 was under recall for fuel injectors and I could drop the truck off and the work would be done at no cost to me. I asked if they could come get my truck with a tow truck do to the problem I am having with the fuel injectors, they said no. So I had the vehicle towed to Kelly Ford. 4-13-16 I returned a missed call from Kelly Ford and spoke to ( Dan service manager), He told me the truck was on the lot but he had no information on it. I went over all the pertinent information that I went over with (Janet service manager), he told me Kelly Ford would start working on the truck.4-16-16 Three days from originally speaking to Kelly Ford, Kelly Ford called me(Traci service manager), to inform me that my truck was under recall but the mileage was over the recall limit, which we had already discussed all pertinent information including the mileage. Now they want me to pay $100.00 for a diagnosis and between $900.00 and $2000.00 for the cost of the new fuel injectors. Kelly Ford lied to me to get my truck to them so Kelly Ford could do the work and charge me. Now I'm out the tow truck, three days work so far and the work is not done and I my truck is still at Kelly Ford.
