Had to have a couple interior windows replaced due to a furniture moving accident (long story, dont…read moreask).. called around to get some quotes and Carmel was able to come by pretty quickly. They were price comperative with others (can't ever use Gilpin again, just stay away), so decided to try them out. Took about two weeks to get the glass in, but they were pretty speedy about setting up the service appts once in (couple days delayed due to the big snowstorm, no blame there). Windows went in quick, were tight and well done. Definitely will call them again. Only reason not a 5 star is the delay in getting materials. May not be thier fault, but cold wind whistling in for 2+ weeks was pretty hard to be happy about. If I could give 4.5 stars,I would.

Seller advertised a white storm door with a full glass panel. It was a white, Larsen door. White in…read morethe ad., with full clear glass panel. This one matched the one replaced after storm. When we went to get it, I went to the address given and was directed to a unmounted grey door and told that is it. Since I didn't know if my wife approved PAULs changing the gray door for white door so I picked it up. Apparently, Paul had sold the other door and sold us a grey one we didn't need, and couldn't use and did not want. The mistake was readily apparent when we got home. We notified Paul immediately but he has chosen to ignore us for a paltry 60 dollars. The issue isn't the money, the issue is if this business man would improperly take 60.00 by false pretense, either he is not a good business man or he effectuates profit by deceit. Paul, can't you be a decent person, be a honest guy and correct your errors. Q: Why would someone trust you on a multi thousand dollar order if you can't be trusted in a small transaction, what would you do for more money? I WOULD NOT HIRE YOU AFTER THIS FRAUD!

I had Indiana Bevel (love this company) come and remove everything that Just Glass installed. Their 1st mistake was not even sealing the tall glass together. Took them 2 weeks to return. Then the shower leaked in 3 places. I had to remove the glass panels only to see that they actually drilled into the threshold. Water will find its way! Likely would have had rotten floors in 10 to 15 years! Then they never even followed up after my client left several messages for them. So Sad and their lack of care and communication is just beyond awful.

We were charged $5,600 for glass and install. Part of that fee was $800 for the glass to be treated…read morewith Hydro Clear coating on one side of the glass. Glass was ordered on Wednesday, May 17 and it was installed on Friday, June 16. We had originally been told by our contractor that it would be installed within 2 weeks. The following morning, my husband and I took a closer look at the install, and there were several indications that 1 of the 3 panels was installed backwards, with the Hydro Clear coating facing outside of the shower. We also noticed that the silicone job wasn't neatly done. There are even black marker spots still on the marble from the install. We immediately contacted our contractor, Brian McCarty of McCarty Home Improvement. Brian and Just Glass 3 way called me, insisting that the glass was installed correctly. They threatened that "they would do whatever I wanted, but it they came out and flipped the glass we would be invalidating our warranty." They were talking to me like I was being ridiculous and stupid. I contacted the manufacturer for Hydro Clear, and they were so kind to send me a coating reading. Only after us showing proof that Just Glass installed the glass backwards did they come out to correct their mistake. At that time, we pointed out the caulking. Instead of removing the silicone and redoing it, they trimmed some of it. It still looks terrible. It was done extremely sloppy and looks terrible. It's so bad that our contractor said "I think the silicone job does look terrible let me know what day I can stop by and I'll tear out all the silicone and do it myself I apologize." Contractor set a date to fix, and then ghosted us completely. It's been a month since Just Glass flipped the incorrectly installed panel, and the silicone still looks like trash. Also, neither Just Glass nor McCarty Home Improvement has provided us with an invoice, which is required to register the Hydro Clean. I would 100% not recommend Just Glass or McCarty Home Improvement.
