They're extremely unprofessional,conniving,and rude.I went in a long while back and was left with brown dots of permanent skin discoloration after "electrolysis" was done by Yaheidi.When I went back to address these concerns,Kelly just stood in the corner all quiet looking stupid while Stephanie took a look and said it was "sun damage".If you do your research, skin discoloration (hyperpigmentation) is a very common outcome of electrolysis,regardless of who performs it and what settings are being used,and certain skin types are more prone, but of course Kelly didn't want to openly admit that.Kelly then quickly told me to leave or come back with a lawyer and threatened to call the cops if I didn't leave after I started asking questions and addressing my concerns,when I never got aggressive or hostile in any way.That clearly proves this is something that has happened before with other clients and she unveiled her guilty conscience by running to the back like a coward.Kelly even put her hand by my face in a confrontational manner as if she was going to assault me.She even had the audacity to laugh with Stephanie and accuse me of blackmail for requesting a refund.Absolutely disgusting and unprofessional behavior.Kelly had way too much pride and way too big of an unnecessary ego to not make things right and take accountability for her establishment's negligence.The fact they encourage adjusting settings based on a person's pain threshold is plain stupid and negligent because your skin will still get damaged regardless if you can take the pain or not.And that ignorant receptionist was making FAKE PHONE CALLS while I was waiting in the lobby to make it seem like people are scheduling appointments...just like how she made a fake 911 call as I was leaving.Stephanie is extremely sketchy herself for claiming over the phone she wasn't an electrologist that she's only an esthetician,but when I get there in person she tried to act legitimate by saying she is in fact an electrologist somehow all of sudden.And it's ironic how they choose to wear scrubs when they even admitted THEY HAVE NO MEDICAL TRAINING.This place is an all around scam preying on profiting off the vulnerable while trying to come off like they're legitimate medical professionals.All they're doing is aggressively plucking your unwanted hair that's still going to grow back and permanently damaging your skin in the process leaving you with brown dots.Any one who's ever given this place positive reviews is probably either paid for,a close friend,or they haven't waited long enough to see the hyperpigmentation they're going to permanently be left with.I question whether these people are even properly licensed.I have no idea how this business is still running because I know very well Kelly isn't paying off the lease with profits.DO NOT EVER GO HERE!!! read more

Shortly after I gave birth to my son my skin started looking horrible. The last 5 years my face has had dark spots and dry rough patches of skin. I went into Kelly Inc for a skin care consultation with Stephanie after I found them on Facebook. I was skeptical as I had been to a good number of spas for facials with very little or very temporary improvement to my skin. During the consultation she took a look at my face and asked a million questions, okay maybe not that many but more than I was used to being asked by estheticians. I love that she took the time to actually listen to all my concerns and even took notes. She came up with a treatment series and recommended I try it once to see how I liked the results and then call if I decided to continue treatments. After, she gave me samples of a few products that she said would help me get the results I wanted faster. The facial was actually relaxing which is not too common for clinical facials, they usually want to get you in and out and try to sell you everything under the sun, but she didn't. My skin was glowing the next day with a better complexion and over the following weeks the dry patches started to seem less and less noticeable. That officially sold me. My next appointment, I decided to purchase the Morning Glory, Antioxidant cream moisturizer and sunscreen that she gave me samples of. (I never knew there was a difference with sunscreens lol, apparently everyone should use one with zinc or titanium oxide) The staff there is nice and the atmosphere is very comforting. You can tell they all love what they do. I'm 2 months in and am addicted to miss Stephanie, I feel so much more confident in my own skin. Don't think twice and give them a try. I've used Kelly and Stacy for electrolysis for about the past 8 years. I'm trans. I started electrolysis in 2006 with what Kelly stated was the thickest beard she had ever seen. Since then, I'm had over 250 hours of electrolysis with NO scarring. Kelly treated me for over 200 hours. Stacy treated me for over 50 hours. The environment is confidential, clean, and sterile. It's not painless. But you can use topical analgesics for that. Electrolysis is not a quick fix for unwanted hair. It can take years if you have a lot of hair. This is especially true for male to female transsexuals. There are regrowth cycles and some hair will reappear. That's just the way skin and hair work. Anyone who tells you otherwise is simply not telling the whole truth. Everyone is different. So I can only speak about my experiences. I have been a client of Kelly's since I was 16 years old. I am now 23 and I am still seeing Kelly. I get nothing but amazing service from Kelly and her team. I have been a client at Kelly's for almost a year. I have done over 20 hours of electrolysis with Stacy. We have made great progress thinning and clearing away my beard and she has been super. She is professional, efficient and fun to talk to while she zaps away at my face for 2 hours at a time. And I am about 40 years older than she is. Electrolysis isn't quick (300+ hairs an hour on a good day v. 10,000 hair follicles in a beard), it is painful and it is permanent. Red dots happen but they go away. Its just part of the process. I wholeheartedly recommend Kelly and her staff. It is a warm, collegial, supportive environment and that is a good thing given how long the process can take.
