We all know that visiting the Dentist may be scary and uncomfortable. With that being said, my visit with Dr. Kelly Lam was amazing today!! I had been here twice prior for some cleaning and all the ladies at the front desk greeted me with a smile. I've never had to wait an annoying amount of time before being seen which is a plus!!! Today I had some work done w Dr. Kelly and left feeling blessed. I have horrible TMJ and as soon as she knew that she made my visit enjoyable. Still, getting cavities filled is never fun but she talked to me through each process and made sure my jaw was ok every few minutes. If you are looking to change your Dr please come here. Their staff is like no other!! You leave feeling confident that the work was done right and you feel how they actually care to help you smile brighter!! This is my first review ever, but since I found Dr. Lam through yelp I figure I would come back and tell you my experience. I needed major work done from root canals, cavities, removing wisdom teeth etc... I have had horrible experiences with other dentists. Dr. Lam, Sylvia, Estee have all been great and wonderful. Dr. Lam has a nice, smooth gentle touch. I felt zero pain. She knew exactly how to numb me. Smiling used to be so embarrassing but thanks to Dr. Lam I am able to smile. After so many years I can finally say I have found my dentist. I was even able to get my wife to switch over to Dr. Lam. read more

Can't say enough about this place! They have become like family! Who ever says that about their dentist? Christina at the front desk practically knows everyone by name and always makes conversation with you while you are waiting. Dr Kelly and Estée are extremely nice and gentle! -- difficult traits to find in dental hygienists! My favorite thing is that each chair has it's own TV....we usually talk about what we see on TV while I have my teeth cleaned....it's a good distraction. Wouldn't go anywhere else! read more

Had my first appointment today and was nervous. I don't really like going to the dentist but based on prior Yelp reviews wanted to try this place. Everyone was very friendly, warm and welcoming. I felt more at ease. Sylvia was great and took her time explaining everything in the x-rays and photographs to me. Dr. Kelly is very professional and formulated a comprehensive treatment plan for me that was very acceptable. I will continue to see Dr. Kelly and her staff for my dental care and will hopefully go every six months like I'm supposed too. read more

Let's start off by saying I absolutely hate dentists offices. I am a chicken. I can handle broken bones, gashes where you can see bone, and blood and needles. But the dentist?? running away!! I have had the worst experiences, having my tongue drilled, bad dental work falling out and every time not being numb enough so I have major pain during procedures. Dr Kelly and her team are AWESOME!!! They always stop if I still feel pain. They have it noted that I have extra nerves or something so they are prepared in advanced. Everyone is nice, Dr. Kelly is super gentle and because they know how much I hate going they try to do as many different things I need at one time. (always up to me by the way) They send reminder calls and text messages which I need. They tell me ahead of time what my costs will be and never leave me guessing or shocked. They tell me everything they are going to do before they start and always answer any questions before during and after. Even stopped for me to use the ladies room! Been going to Premier Dental - Dr Lam for several years but it's time to change. Unfortunately I was greeted very rudely by her new receptionist when I needed to change an appointment. Unacceptable attitude! Next...During my last visit which was my 6 month check up, I was privileged enough to have her "dental candidate for hire/interviewee" conduct my exam. While I agreed to it, I said ok so long as Dr Lam also did a quick check up. Well, Dr Lam was kind enough to review my X-rays from behind my chair but too busy to greet me. She talked about my concern as if I wasn't even sitting in the room and never acknowledged my presence. It's obvious her practice has become all about making a dollar, running the business as an assembly line and no longer about building patient relationships! So sad! read more

If you have a dentist phobia like I had just forget about it and go here. Dr Kelly Lamm has the best staff who greet you like they have known you forever. I was greeted by Estee who made me feel welcome with her positive helping attitude and beautiful smile. Silvia was also attentive professional and really understanding while doing the exrays and setting me up to see Dr Lamm. And let me say that I know it's been a few years since I've seen a dentist and I can't believe the really cool modern technology she uses. The old style exrays is a thing of the past and you can see exactly whats going by watching the monitor screen positioned right in front of you . Dr Lamm is a sweetheart and one of the most caring and understanding dentist I've met. She's addressed every concern I had and prioritized all the work that's needed to get my teeth back in shape.
