I had told her about my negative experiences with the removal process and the rings of fire I'd feel. She explained what she was doing while she was removing the first set she had done on my nails and why the ring of fire happens all without any pain. I got to the salon no wait only two other ladies sitting getting their nails done, I was helped by an older lady she asked me if i was getting a manicure I said "no thank you just color change" she proceeded to file my nails i said "please don't drill or file " and she right away got upset and began handling my hands like she wanted to rush the service. She proceeded to drill my hands and I felt pressured because I had already said no twice about a manicure and drilling so I allowed her to finish the job because I felt bad about waiting their time . I'm on my fifth day of my color change and the stickers I added on have peeled off I was charged more than 25 cents per sticker. The gel has also started to peel off. I don't think she could understand me but please improve on translating to those who find it difficult to communicate to customers.

She used to work in Capitola, and I would travel from San Jose to Capitola every other months to get my nails done. So glad she's now in Salinas, the drive is more pleasant for my visit. I truly appreciate the strong quality nails and Helen's artistic talent. My nails lasted a whole month+ without breaking. I like everything French tips, so I would bring her an example picture of what I like and she would recreate the exact ones or revision a better style with a modern twist to it. She just gets my vibes these days! I just let her know what I'm wearing, the theme, and she just gets creative with it. Just sit back and enjoy the magical moment.
