My eyes needed a prism in the lens to give me good vision. Other doctors didn't diagnose that, and I had plenty of problems with the glasses they prescribed. Dr. Wong makes my glasses perfectly, and he has very nice frames, from inexpensive to the latest styles. I totally recommend him! He takes most all insurances, and the gals in the office are nice and very skilled as well.

I read up on their reviews from other sites and through word of mouth and decided to book an appointment. I am very glad that I did! All of the staff were very friendly and accommodating - welcoming me as a came in and throughout the entire examination and fitting. The optical evaluation staff were supportive, listened to my experiences in sight, and took the time to complete things effectively and thoroughly. They engaged in not only "shop talk" about my vision but also "small talk" to make me feel at ease and get to know me. This was much appreciated. After the evaluation was completed, I only had to wait a few minutes for the results to be shared. Once that was done and the doctor recommended what prescription I needed and the type of glasses that would be best, I went over to their fitting and selection side of the office. The woman that helped me was very professional and nice as well. She had me take a look at the many types of frames they had and pick out some that hit the style I liked. Then she grabbed a few more that were similar and had me try on about four or five different ones to let me decide which were the ones I wanted. From there, we talked about lens. I chose to go with the transition lens (which, I have to say have taken some time to get used to; but it'll come). They placed the order and came within that time window they said. Got them picked up, fitted a bit, and was on my way. They seemed to get a wee bit loose after a few weeks and I was easily able to swing by and get a free adjustment. Now they fit great. They also are very easy to work with when it comes to insurance (which isn't always the case with doctors' offices). My only wish for them is that they were open a bit on Saturdays. For me, it's hard to get there from work on weekdays and had to wait for a day off to visit. Other than that, all was great and I highly recommend them.

I think that the waiting room cycled 3 times before I'd had enough. At 10:40 I finally went to the check-in desk and told the lady that I wasn't going to wait any longer and to cancel my appointment. She asked for my and birthdate and started looking for me in the computer. After not finding me she asked who checked me in. I told her that she had. She went back to looking for me, no apology or attempt to get me in right away. I will not go back.

In January I found a lump in my breast and got an appointment right away. I was scared beyond words but once I seen Dr.Smith he took quick action within minutes. His wife Liz did the ultra sound within minutes of him looking at the lump. I had an appointment today with a lot of concerns that I've been dealing with. Courtney, Liz and Dr.Smith are always willing to listen to me about how I'm feeling and what I'm dealing with. My mother, father and myself all go to this office. I had two cavities filled by them and subsequently had to return twice in the following week after having it done because I couldn't bite down on the tooth with the new filling without pain. They ended up taking the filling out and placing a temporary filling, stating that something technical must have gone wrong during the first filling. I still experienced pain with the temporary filling, so they told me I most likely need a root canal now. When I asked if they will be paying for it since the nerve damage was the result of a mistake they made in a filling, they said they would only be putting what I paid for the cavity toward the root canal, which was only about $50... the dentist herself didn't even come out to give me this news, the tech told me. Needless to say, I will not be returning to their office.
