He was on time, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. He explained everything in a way that made sense, didn't try to upsell anything unnecessary, and made sure the job was done right. My A/C is now blowing cold again like it should, and the car is running perfectly. You can tell he takes pride in his work and cares about doing a quality job. On top of that, the convenience of him coming to me saved a lot of time and hassle. I'd definitely recommend him to anyone looking for reliable and honest mobile mechanic work.

However, I am very disappointed with the level of expertise and outcome of the visit. My 2014 Jeep compass has had the check engine light on for a week, steering locked up last week, and has had delayed clicking start. Justin arrived, I gave him the full history of my vehicle (no problems for 10 years) and the issues occurring the last month or so which prompted the call. He started running tests, even drove the car around to see if he could replicate what I had been experiencing. About 30 minutes into the visit he said he couldn't replicate any of the issues; that's okay, as I mentioned it only happened about 50% of the time. But he sat in my car another 20-30 minutes or so, told me he had to call his boss because he was completely stumped. Not really what you want to hear, but even I started making suggestions of what it could be so he could at least do something for me. At the end of the visit he basically just said "sorry I have no idea what's wrong, maybe replace your battery?"... the only thing he found was a sensor on my engine needed replacement, but it's totally unrelated to the other issues. I ended up having to pay $150 for literally no better idea what's wrong with my car and not feeling any safer to drive it. It was a huge waste of my time and now I'm out $150, and I still had to take it to another shop that already figured out the problem not even 24 hours later. Save yourself some money and go to a real auto shop. I understand that some technicians may be learning or lack the knowledge to dive deeper, but someone should be going with them to assist so your customers aren't left feeling robbed and confused.

I sat and looked at my phnoe for a little bit until the battery almost died (it was alrfeady low when I got there). They had charging cords on the coffee table with adapters for every phone. I plugged my phone in and sat it on the table and got comfortable for a longer wait, but moments later, true to the 1.5 hour estimate, they said my truck was ready. They advised me of some sort of leak on the front axle, but told me to check with the dealership because it might be under warranty. I appreciate that. I'll definitely be back for future service.

To be fully transparent, I'm very specific about a lot of things when it comes to my vehicles so there were things that I noticed that weren't right, a couple things still exist to this day that were caused by the shop. However, every time I told Miguel about these issues he immediately did his best to help fix them. And they did fix most of the issues I had. This is not a bad shop at all. The owner (Mike) told me that he could come out and try to start it for me with a portable battery. He arrived very shortly and got the car going. I went over to the shop, and despite having a very busy schedule, he got the car in and diagnosed a very dead battery (it was over 3.5 years old). They replaced my battery, and got me on my way under half an hour. This is just one example of their continuing outstanding service! First and most important is Kelly's Honesty and Integrity, he has them both in full measure. He is also very thorough in that he goes over your car with a fine tooth comb. He not only addresses the problems you have with your car but checks for any other problems that could arise. The first time I came to him was with a problem and a quote of close to $3,000 for repairs. He saved me just under $2,000. He also takes the time to explain what is wrong with your car and why. He will give you a list of what needs to be repaired now and what can wait til later. This is extremely helpful if you need to keep your finances in order while getting your car into working condition. What he repairs, is fully repaired and stays repaired because he gets it right the first time. I think he has a solid curiosity and imagination which drives him to finding the problem and understanding what it needs to be put back into balance. Kelly is an extraordinary mechanic. read more

I was optimistic, yet leery when a new mechanic moved into my business complex. However, I've been quite pleased with Robert Kelly and the services he provides. I own a delivery company and he now does all my maintenance and repairs for my work AND personal vehicles. He has always proven himself to be an honest mechanic. I'm impressed with all the vehicles I see coming and going from his place, as most of them are long time customers that have been with him for years. That is the sign of a good, honest mechanic. I helped her to research where would be the best place to take her SUV to be checked. 19th Avenue Garage kept coming up on here and on Google. Needless to say, these gentlemen are wonderful! So very kind and understanding as they knew she was going through a difficult time. They did a thorough check of her car. She had previously been told she had a transmission leak. These gentlemen did not find it. The "Check Engine" light, fortunately, was related to her tires. The batteries were old. There was some seepage from the brakes, but it was minimal. As for the brakes, they were still in good shape, but will eventually need attention. When she asked how much she owed them for their time, they told us "Zero". No charge! They understood she was going through a difficult time with her husband being in the hospital these past two months and assured her that her vehicle was safe to drive. They did invite her to return in six months for her next oil change and they would check her brakes again. Needless to say, I am so impressed with the kindness these gentlemen showed my neighbor, and that they could have charged her for their time as they did a thorough check of her SUV, but they did not. They have also won me as a customer! I will be taking my vehicle to them the next time it needs service. I am very impressed with this garage and with the gentlemen working there!
