Very responsive, helpful and accommodating. Picking vendors during COVID-19 can be very challenging. We were unable to do a tasting in-person, so Sam got creative with a cake tasting to-go box for us to pick-up and taste on our own. She packaged it up really cute and helped us not feel like we were missing out on a step of fun wedding planning. As a Bride, when you're balancing a million vendors to have someone who is kind and super on top of it to alleviate some stress, it's huge! She dropped off the cake on time and even worked with our florist to bring all the elements all together for us so I could mentally check it off my list. I can't thank her enough. They also have a great selection of cookies that are definitely not your run-of-the-mill selection. I love the nuts based cookies that have a textural mix of chewy and crumbly, while moist all at the same time. I can't recall their names but I would go so far as to say you can pick any (or all) randomly and just can't go wrong! The strip mall looked deserted and we wondered if the business had closed, or if we were sent in the wrong direction. This is a perfect case of not judging a store by it's location.
