Since the shop itself is more of a order and go set-up, seating is located directly outside of the shop. Service has always been good for me, and the wait times are never more than 10-15 minutes pending the size of your order and how busy they happen to be. My ice cream surprisingly didn't melt very quickly when put on the hot bubble waffle, it made for the perfect taco (and yes, that's how we ate it too). The ambience inside was a little small and didn't feel as inviting as most ice cream places but I took it to go and the manager was kind enough to bag the waffle and ice cream separately to keep them hot and cold respectively.
