The review probably would go down a star had I actually had an oil change here. But this review is based solely on the car wash. Or rather the lack thereof. Are usually spend about 12 bucks for a middle of the road car wash for my jeep. The first time I went (3 months ago), I was impressed. My first impression was "I get all this for 12 bucks?". The Monday after that I go again, pay the same 12 bucks and considering the list of stuff that is offered that is included in a $12 wash, I was a bit disappointed. I was missing some of the stuff the $12 was set to include. Nothing big just a semi-buff dry to help the thing dry out, and a tire shine. On my jeep tire shine is very noticeable, They are 35 inch tires. So when it's not included you kind of notice. I figured maybe some equipment was down and that I can understand and forgive. I went again last Saturday and this time made the mistake of giving the place the benefit of the doubt. I paid 15 bucks which includes a little bit more and the two things that I mentioned were missing last time as well. Lo and behold, I get the same substandard version of the $12 wash again. Come on guys, get it together! I stopped going to splash in favor of you guys because it was readily apparent that their employees really didn't give any consideration to the fact that your car actually might get clean. I'm including a picture of just one of my tires sans shine. Feel like I just paid 15 bucks for nothing. In addition to this I went to their website, chose the contact us button and sent them a message and the system quickly shot back a reply of we will be addressing this shortly. Well it's been a week, nothings been addressed which kind of leads me to believe that they couldn't care less. Somebody please prove me wrong. We will see what happens the next time I go and spent 12 bucks not 15. Update: Left this identical review on Google and got a reply from someone I can only assume works there. They basically explained to me that they would like to hear more about the problem and provided a phone number for me to call that was supposed to belong to their service director. Long story short, called the number, it's disconnected. I'm actually tempted to drive right down the road and go there in person so I don't have to worry about digging around on the phone. read more

tried multiple times to get an oil change. over an hour and a half wait each time. yes it's "free" but a huge waste of time. no urgency from staff. would rather pay somewhere else than to wait in this line. read more

I was nervous to go to someone other than my regular mechanic, but I needed to fit an oil change into my busy schedule and these guys were in the perfect location. From start to finish, it only took 20 minutes including the free car wash! Everyone was super nice and gave me confidence in their mechanical ability too. This place has slowly gone downhill since it's opened. I work down the street so I've been here since day one. I only use the car wash area, whenever it's not broke. It's broken so often that it's not even worth getting the monthly bill sometimes. It's gone from actually washing your car to just spraying water on it with a piss poor attempt to blow dry it. Currently, there's these roller things at the end that looks like they are going to extend to dry your car but just spins there in space. Looks so silly. I'll soon be cancelling my monthly subscription. read more

quickly in and out, they all wore masks anytime they were anywhere near the car! with that said, it's first come first serve, all bays were full when I pulled in but i was still in and out in about thirty minutes with oil change and tire rotation! Will be back! read more

Out of convenience on my way home from work stopped there for an oil change not sure why there's a camera in the pit where the oil change is taking place not sure why there's a TV outside my car window because the guy in the pit had my view totally blocked couldn't see anything but pretty sure didn't get a new oil filter had to ask to have my tire pressure checked at that point I didn't even ask to have my windshield wiper fluid topped off Free car wash out of service. We have been coming here for 8 years to get the oil changed on our jeeps . Recently when we went there they raised the price to $95 for a full synthetic oil change . That's a crazy price . You can get that other places for 45 to 55 dollars . Don't waste your time is my opinion read more

Staff is very helpful, friendly and thorough. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. I have never had a bad experience. Some oil change places try to pressure you in to upgrading and/or replacing wiper blades, air filters or other services. At Speedy Lube they always ask but do not pressure you. I will continue to get oil changes at the Barberton location! read more

I spent NINETY minutes getting my oil changed today. And the guy I talked to didn't know how to pop the hood or operate the lights--on a Pacifica, which they sell there. I called to complain to the management. They must get all kind of complaints because he didn't seem too bothered. He said he hoped I have a better experience next time, as if me returning was a possibility. read more

I bought my new Pacifica from the place across the street and received free oil changes. I've always had excellent service from this Speedy wash and lube. They are quick, professional, and precise. I do upgrade my oil to the better oil but I never feel pressured to do so. I have bought new tires through them as well. They do a great job! read more

I used to love coming here because they were very nice and always serviced my car in a timely matter. I don't mind the wait but when two people cut in front of you and get serviced first after waiting for 45 minutes, I was very upset. And after we told what looked like the manager what happened, he basically said it's been worse and totally misunderstood the fact that we were upset because we were cut in front of twice and they didn't even bat an eye. I get free oil changes because I bought my car at Fred Martin but I would rather pay and go somewhere I feel they have better customer service. read more

Every time I come through the wash I am greeted by a professional and entertaining staff that expedites my car wash fast and efficiently. I can access the wash quickly on my way home from work on Rt. 224 and allow immediate acess to get back on the highway. read more

I only come here for the car wash. It's decent, except there is always grime left on my wheels afterwards. I pay for the unlimited monthly washes, however they're closed on Sunday and close at 6 during the week, which doesn't jive with my schedule. There have been several times I've come here to go through the wash, only to find it closed for maintenance, so ultimately I'm not getting what I'm paying for. read more
