I would have done the work. But I simply did not have the time to work on it. Several days later I got it back. Still wouldn't start. They towed it home. Only needed a starter They replaced the alternator and the battery and I had to install the battery myself they left it on the floor board of the driver's side. That being said. I had heard better stories. So we took my wife car in over abs and traction control problems. They decided it needed new rear shocks and springs. New control arms in the front brakes and something else I don't remember as I'm not looking at the receipt of repair report. The main issue was never fixed $7500 later. It's going elsewhere. Big Mike's won't even tow my vehicles anymore let alone touch them. Thanks for nothing at all And to think I was going to put in an application for becoming a tow truck driver. Nope not anymore

When I called to discuss the warranty the one gentleman was rude and unprofessional, basically told me I was on my own. We just took a 1600 mile round trip with no issues at all in my older vehicle. I had an extremely frustrating experience with this installer. From the start, he was suspiciously…read morepersistent in trying to get me to come to him for the radio installation, offering various "solutions" to get me there, which should have been a red flag. When I finally did, he claimed my radio was faulty and spent 30 to 55 minutes just playing with wires without actually doing anything. I was skeptical, so I tested the radio myself using a multimeter and a DC power supply outside of the car, and it powered on perfectly. To double-check, I also tested it inside the car, and the radio worked just fine. When I confronted him, he tried to cover his tracks by reinstalling my old radio, which powered up immediately, contradicting his earlier claims about faulty wiring. He tried to brush it off with a weak excuse, but it was clear he was lying. This guy is a scammer--avoid him at all costs.
