    Mandatory "Aftermarkets" charge on all their cars.  Anthony the salesperson told me this is added to all the vehicles on the lot.

    Whatever price you see on their website add $1890 to it. They have this upholstery warranty, car coating, and GPS tracker YOU HAVE TO BUY with ALL their vehicles. They tack it on as an "Aftermarkets" charge on the writeup. You can't opt out because they already added the coating to the car and installed the GPS tracker. The tracker they tell you is your benefit because you can connect your car to your phone to see diagnostic data, but in reality, it's so they can track your every movement should they need to repo the vehicle. You are paying them to be tracked. Don't lure people in from pricing online and then force them to buy an almost $2000 unnecessary package. I cannot find anywhere on the site where this mandatory "Aftermarkets" information is disclosed. Buyer beware.

    Never buy a car here. My brand new truck that had stock options removed without being told so until after purchase.

    DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM KEN GARFF NISSAN (OREM). I had to take in my brand new 23' Frontier for a recall. Which I found out about in an email from Nissan (not the dealership). I called to see if my vin number was part of the vehicles recalled. Waited for 20 plus minutes to confirm that it was. They don't have rental cars available for use and if they did they'd charge me for it. Other lots historically will give you a car off the lot for temporary use if need be. So yeah... I'm never buying a car here ever again. At every turn they've screwed me. Like removing stock options from the vehicle and not telling me until after purchase when I called trying to figure out how to use stock options based on their website. Yes I wrote this review on my Uber ride home from dropping off my brand new truck at the dealership. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM KEN GARFF NISSAN (OREM).

    I've always heard good things about Ken Garff dealerships, so I wasn't worried about buying a vehicle from them. I live about 45 minutes from the dealership, so it wasn't very convenient, but they had the truck I wanted. I figured after the first test drive, I would only have to go back one more time to bargain the sales price and I would never have to go out there again, but I was wrong. I ended up making four trips back and forth, returning the truck, leaving it there for a day or two, going back home while they tried to fix my problems and never ended up being happy with them. In the beginning the sales people were great but as soon as I gave them my money everything changed. The truck was dirty. I had them clean it two more times and they still didn't get it clean. I sent them pictures of sticky red sticky goo in the cup holders grab bars that were black from dirty hands etc. I washed the outside and one of the times I took it back to them they parked it under a tree and it got covered by all of the crap falling off of the tree and they didn't bother to wash the outside. I took the truck to get the oil changed since they don't do it and found the air filter had probably never been changed. Look at that picture, horrible, they dont do any service on a vehicle before they sell it. They also install a crappy version of anti-theft GPS tracking device that is their own proprietary system. You don't get any choice they just charge you $1,250 to put it in. I had nothing but problems with it. it took me a month of phone calls and emails back and forth between their support team to get it figured out, the dealership was no help. I called and emailed my frustration several times and didn't get any response until I filed a claim with the Better Business Bureau, then all of a sudden everybody at the dealership wanted to talk to me. They offered me $900 take care of it, but to me it is worth more than $900 to tell other people what a terrible experience I had with them. I wish I had looked at their two-star reviews before I decided to buy from them.

Yafeth was so understanding and helpful, even after our initial disappointment when the car we came to see was in the middle of being purchased. I feel bad that the majority of the cars we wanted to see were in their spare lot but the extra effort he made in keeping a smile on his face while I was being indecisive truly made me feel better and he didn't make me feel like I was being inconvenient. They had an older Tesla Model S for sale that me and my wifey were interested in. We found it online and messaged about it and they seemed to be good with us taking it for a test drive. We live about an hour away so we came into Orem to test drive it, and when we pulled in people inside looked over but nobody came out to the lot or anything. We walked around trying to find the car but we couldn't, so finally we had to go in and ask someone about the car, and someone reluctantly came to show us where it was. We asked for the person we had been messaging with and they told us that the individual was not in but they could help us. The new person then proceeded to show us the car and all was going well. When it came to it, we asked if we could test drive it and the person said yes absolutely. They went to go get the keys, but when they came back they told me they were actually "late for a wedding" and had to leave early so we couldn't test drive. This was off putting so I asked if someone else could show us the car and he brought his manager (at least that's what they said he was). The new guy said I wasn't allowed to test drive the car because it was a "performance car" and I could only test drive the car if they ran my credit, to (and I quote) "make sure" I could afford it and be approved for it. This immediately caught me by surprise, as the car was simply about $25k and was a USED HIGHER MILEAGE TESLA. I own a business and through my life have bought many cars, all of them performance vehicles or expensive trucks and never once had a dealership try to run my credit to verify I could "afford it" when inquiring. I politely asked why they had to run my credit as obviously that wasn't normal, but they didn't give me a straight answer and one of the guys actually even let out a sort of laugh when the other gentleman was "attempting" to explain. They were also highly condescending in tone. On the spot with that having happened we thanked them for their time and walked out, but we could hear them snickering behind us. Shame. We even had our checkbook with us as we were really interested in purchasing the vehicle on the spot. Guess they didn't want the business. We went here immediately after I got off work that Saturday and I wonder if they treated us this way because I had on work boots that had a bit of paint stains on them. Regardless of the reason this is not how a dealership should work. We put off leaving a review but I ran into the page here and see others have also had bad experiences and thought we'd finally share ours, in hopes of hopefully helping people stay clear. Absolutely disgusting behavior. Stay away and go elsewhere.

He was upfront and honest, which I appreciated, and he followed through on commitments to fix small things in my new car. He also wasn't forceful or coercive as some salesmen are. Another employee, Jameson, was helpful and knowledgeable. He happily answered our many questions and went above and beyond to serve us. I expect this from any business, but it was especially nice in a car dealership since I have had negative experiences in other places. The inside of the dealership is cute! There are a few vintage car items and orange highlights. It makes the place look put together and nice. There weren't many cars in the lot, but apparently COVID has made it difficult for them to acquire new cars. 24 Motors is a great place to buy a used car. They provide awesome customer service and ease the car-buying process.

At least it felt like it when a big coolant leak sprayed dexcool all over. 24 Motors to the rescue! This is a fair priced dealership with a straight shooting owner. They also maintain a service department, which just earned me as a loyal customer. I brought in my smoking truck, they looked at it, and it was covered in coolant. They cleaned up everything really nice to find the source, and in doing so, found a few other leaks in other systems. Not only did they replace my water pump, but also a few gaskets and hoses. They charged me almost $100 less than the two other shops I asked about water pump replacement, and all the cleanup and extra repairs were included. Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that they stayed late to finish it up on a Friday, so I could have it for the snowy weekend. Now I don't know if they would clean up rotten fish in an engine, but for professional, fair prices, and great service, don't drive up State St any farther than 900 N. Thanks 24 Motors, you've earned a customer.
