This is an update to my original review and a response to Phil's rebuttal. Phil is for the most part correct, in his rebuttal, except for his statement that I showed up without an appointment. When hauling a 45' fifth wheel out of storage in the winter it's not happening on a whim. I had worked with someone in the shop and coordinated a time I would be in. But that's water under the bridge. My first review was reactionary and with a bit of emotion. To be fair, Phil does do a good job and did spend a lot of time researching my issue. He is very knowledgeable, does good work and stands behind his work and equipment. That said, this, not my previous review, is more reflective of the quality of work by Phil and his staff. read more

Love this place since my first visit. Phil and his crew are always friendly and strait to the point. Fair priced and never try to sell me a bunch of BS like most automotive and RV shops. I have an older motor home 2004 Country Coach with a HidroHot unit which most shops wont mess with but they are happy to work on it. read more

I found Kendall County repair from the Yelp reviews. Phil got our RV in right away due to a soft floor. We dropped it off and within a week Phil called us back asking if we would come in so he could review the problems he encountered. He took his time pointing out all of the issues he found. He spent well over an hour with us. He was very professional and extremely knowledgeable on RV issues and he was able to help us work through this. We plan on bringing in our RV to him for general maintenance concerns and to have it serviced. Will certainly be telling all of our camping friends about his great service!! read more

I have had numerous vehicles of all kinds repaired here, and The only flaw is their honesty. You might not like what you hear but it's an honest assessment of what is needed to get the job done correctly. I have reccomend to family and friends with no complaints. We live in our motorhome full time, and had a slew of problems, from air conditioner , fridge, sound to cracks in the exhaust pipe and so much more. Nathan did a great job of giving our rv priority and working on it quickly. A couple days after we got it back, one of the things they fixed wasn't working anymore (front air), so we brought it back in. they fixed it (took about 6 hours, as there was a second leak they didn't catch the first time) and didn't charge us for it. We'll definitely be coming back here again next year when we pass thru Chicago. read more
