!!!!!!!!!!!!Beware of this company!!!!!!!!!! do not bring your vehicle here, I brought my truck here to get fixed because of an oil leak. He said it was my vacuum motor and charged me $1,098 to fix. 2 days later my truck was still leaking oil. I called them and he told me to bring it back so I did and then he told me it is my oil pan gasket and charges me another $1,000 when I got my truck back. I had rim and underglow lights on my vehicle, the front rim light was damaged so I called him immediately and told him about it, he said that his new employee damaged it by accident because the rim was too heavy and he will repair or replace and I can get that done and he will pay for it. I went and got quotes and sent them to him and he did not want to speak to me anymore after that. I also felt something was wrong with the motor so I brought it to the emission center and it showed that my oil pump switch is bad, so now I had to replace my oil pump. This family is not trustable please do not bring your vehicles here, his daughter when I went to the shop to talk to them would not even look at me, I could see the owner in the back ducking behind a vehicle and she snatched the paperwork out of my hand. I'm in the court process now. His lawyer called me and asked if I could remove my first reviews and they would settle out of court so I removed all my reviews that anybody could see and then they said they were not going to pay. I have all my documents showing the days that he had my truck my truck was passing no codes were getting sent and then right after I get my truck back my engine lights were on and my engine was acting funny. !!!!!! HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!!!!!....I had my motor go out and Tim the owner of this company gave me the cheapest price for a new motor out of other auto shops. I see why now I had my friend look at it because it was not starting and he found the starter cable wasn't even tight when he fixed it. My ac wasn't working when i got it back they said I had a leak and could fix it for 370.00. It worked completely fine before the work was done! I got an ac can at the auto store and put it in and its been good for months. My engine/coolant/ABS comes on all the time. I had it looked at and my sensors were damaged when installing the motor and to fix it was 2486.88!!! Tim is pretty knowledgeable and usually can diagnose the problem from our lame descriptions. He has also worked on our company cars and saved us a ton of money over the dealership. This place is an absolute joke. I went there, got some body work and windshield repairs done. The windshield wasn't done properly, with air coming in and whatnot, so I had to go back and have them do it over. The main concern though was that they cracked part of my dash while putting it in. I kid you not, 3+ months later, and 20+ phone calls later, it is still not fixed. Good luck getting a hold of Tim if you deal with him (he's nice but nice doesn't get my car fixed), and good luck with the many excuses. Oh and if you expect a call back from him, are you kidding me? In the 3 months, not ONCE did he ever call. And yet soooo many times he would tell me that he'd have the dash piece in in a few days etc., so I'd give him more than a few days, and call, and call, and call and oh finally there he is but oh an excuse. And if you want to discount my story as a one time thing, even the people who recommended this place to me told me they're very slow and don't call you when I told them my horror story. It's one of those places where it will take double the time, and it will probably go right (like all places), but when it goes wrong, wow look out. Many people tell me he's doing this on purpose so I eventually give up. He's a nice guy like I said, but I don't know what to do at this point. I don't even want my dash fixed anymore, just give me like $100 for all the BS. (Dash is $350 new, but he won't pay that he said, he wants to find one in a junkyard.) read more

The owner and his young employees are 'nice' at first, but this only goes so far. After paying a pretty penny for a repair which did not resolve my issue, Tim was impossible to reach for almost a month. The only way to really get in touch was by showing up in person, finally getting a second look and the work redone (without being double-charged, which I appreciated) my issue was gone. For 45 minutes. By the time my commute was over the issue returned, a month wasted and a bad taste left in my mouth. I've brought the car to a new mechanic who indicated the job was not completed correctly, and a belt which was replaced at a 400% markup was not necessary, as the previous one was found cleanly cut by a knife sitting in the skid plate, with no cracks/indication of wear. I honestly believe Tim runs a good operation and means well, especially as local businesses recommend and frequent his shop. However, his attitude on the last visit was dismissive and his goal was met; he was able to get rid of me. However, it wasn't because I was satisfied or done asking for another look, it was because he lost my trust. read more

this is the second time the owner has saved our butts! The first time my husbands tie rod broke on the highway . we had it towed to integrity ( because it was by the train) and the owner actually drove him home! 20 minutes away! as well as let us by our part. This last time we paid 550 for another part to be fixed at a car dealership. Well the mechanic didnt tighten the lug nuts! My husband was driving and the wheels almost came off! The owner ...again! drove my husband home and charges us a VERY FAIR amount. There are so few honest people out there. Especially in the auto repair industry. This place is the exception to the rule. Has been so honest every time. Told us when we didn't need certain things done , when midas told me the opposite. Very fair pricing. He even drove my husband home when he broke down. From lisle to DT Naperville. One a kind guy! I would not recommend this shop to anyone, if it had a no star choice i would have made that. I took my car there for a new alternator and all they did was recharge my battery. (charged me $500 for the alternator that they never put in) i had it towed back after the owners daughter stated she would pick up the tow amount, and after they looked at it said there is nothing wrong with the car, we charged up the battery and its working fine. she then charged me for the $175 tow after she said she would not and said it must be the battery. i went and bought a new battery and the next day (even though they said my battery is still good) it would not start again. i called them and she said she would try to see if the company would trade her the alternator but could not guarantee it would not cost me more. so i ended up going to another repair shop, they changed the alternator which was not working. (even though i had the new one put in a week ago with Integrity Motors). Integrity Motors do not do what they say or repair what they state, but they will sure be willing to charge you for it. I totally agree with the other review - an absolute joke. As a neighbor I thought he would be a decent person to take care of the repairs on my car. My car sat in his lot for 8-1/2 months before it was finished. The estimate he gave me for the repairs was way under what I ended up paying for the repairs. In the beginning he found all the parts but didn't order them. When he finally got around to ordering them, the parts were no longer available so he had to look again for the parts. So we waited and waited and waited. Every time he said the car would be ready, something always went wrong. Another part was needed, he got behind with other cars, etc. Always excuses. When I finally got the car, after 8-1/2 months, the car leaked water, the lights on the car worked momentarily and then went out again, the heater cord was leaking inside the car, which led to more parts being ordered and me waiting again. At one point, the brand new tire that he put on the car had a gash in it and I no longer wanted Tim to fix the car. He said he got the tire and the mounting of the tire done at a particular dealership and when I inquired with the dealership about replacing the tire again, they informed me that my car had never been in their shop. I took the car elsewhere and found out that I was charged double for the tire and the mounting of the tire by Tim. Bad service, shoddy repairs and extreme overcharging makes this a place that should have another name besides Integrity Motors. They have no "integrity" at all.
