If yelp allowed me to provide ZERO stars I would select that option. I was referred to Kendall Ford via the Costco Auto Buying Program. Started out with Mike Moro the Internet sales manager contacting me to discuss what I was looking for in a Ford. We arranged for a time to meet and I showed up and was shown a couple of trucks. I test-drove them both. Very impressed with the Ford product... Then when it came to my request for the Costco price it wasn't shown to me. We played games at the table for about 15 minutes. It started with, "How much are you willing to spend per month on a car payment?" My response was, "I'm pre-approved through my credit union, what's the Costco price for the vehicle." This was met with blank stares and a request to see what I qualify for. Then the salesman came back with telling me he thought I could only lease. THEN they showed me a sheet listing a high priced top of the line Lariat truck in a color I didn't want, with no specs listed out, and showed me what my price would be per month if I financed through them!. My third request for the Costco price was met with "Oh this is better than the Costco price." I left with them following me out the door offering top dollar for either one of my personal vehicles. I've purchased over a dozen new and used vehicles through dealerships and private sales. I've even purchased through Costco. This was the most unbelievable experience I have ever come across. "Does this approach really work?", was the question I keep asking myself. If people fall for this I'm shocked. In my opinion the guys I met were shady and not to be trusted. Sad, as I had a great experience with Kendall Subaru in the past. Needless to say this experience left me with such a bad feeling that I sold my Kendall Subaru, told Kendall Toyota I'm not interested, and purchased a new truck (the exact one I wanted) from a wonderful family owned Ford Dealer in Albany. I am now telling this story to everyone I know. I will never give Kendall a dime of my money. Nasty experience and I would recommend one steer clear. read more

filled out the online credit app was told everything was good to go so i drove 3 hours from central or to eugene to purchase a truck only to sit there for another 3 hours to then be told they denied me the loan. it would be one thing to just show up and get denied but when they already have ur credit report and know u r driving 3 hours 2 buy a truck dont you think the right thing to do is call me back and say i wasnt approved for that truck instead of calling me every day for a week straight asking when im coming in to make me sit there for 3 hours to then be told no it was a complete joke the salesman knew nothing about the trucks i was looking at he didnt know what motors they had in them and was guessing on the options it had so after driving 3 hours and then waiting 3 more hours 2 be told no i went and bought a brand new chevy read more

Very crooked service center. Our 2012 Ford F-150 which to date has only 19,000 non towing miles, is rarely used and has the extended warranty is falling apart. Ardel from the service center said Ford approved all of our leather seats to be replaced, parts were ordered but he said it's best to wait because he and I noticed that the leather on the backs of the seats were bubbling and pealing as well. Long story short the breaks went bad within the first year, the leather is completely ruined due to bubbling, the power mirrors are broken, the cab light has mold in it, the break lights condensate with any type of moisture in the air, even while driving, the auto start only works intermittently, the chargers on the inside went out and the rubber on the center console is peeling. All of this falls under our warranty and Ardel's response, Ford won't replace anything, not my problem you will have to call the 1-800 number. Kendall Ford is absolutely crooked. I will post a link soon enough showing their photos and all information from the attorney generals office. Kendall ford has to be one of the worse dealerships in town. The attention to people's needs is nonexistent, their customer service is a joke, they are not friendly, they tell you what you want to hear until you buy the vehicle. then they can't remember who you even are or if you if bought the vehicle there. The ONLY reason I bought my last 2 vehicles from them was because I liked the model for the price. I will never do business with this company again. The service department is laughable, with 10 in the back at any one moment but no one can help you or pick up the phone. But the part I hated the most, was no one had the right answer for you, they always handed the blame to the next guy which in turn makes it horrible for the customer. I've purchased two vehicles from Kendall over the years and they are about as good as one could reasonably expect for a car dealer. When purchasing my last truck, I offered to pay $500 over invoice and was told by the salesman that they couldn't keep the lights on for that. I told him I was aware that the holdback they receive from the manufacturer would double that amount. He said "you know about the holdback, huh? " We had a laugh and closed the deal. I was driving from Seattle to LA and my battery went totally out... So I had to stop here with my 1989 econoline van. They didn't have the battery on stock, but found one, put it in, and had me out the door within about an hour and a half. Everyone was nice and the facilities were MUCH cleaner than the ones here in SoCal, so A+ for that. read more

Service was Neanderthal at best. The technician/mechanic seemed incompetent as though they had no previous experience at their job. Had to return truck to them 3 days after they had "supposedly " fixed it. Set up return appointment with the service consultant and found out when I arrived for appointment that the mechanic who worked on my truck was off that day. They wanted me to bring it back in the next day. That would be 3 trips for them to attempt to fix. Would not recommend taking my lawnmower to them. Very unsatisfactory service. read more

She is a class act and the dealership was a class act the whole process. Poor service and follow up. They were supposed to change a part but forgot to order the part and didn't tell me until I wasted an hour waiting for the shuttle driver. They never called back to reschedule and I mentioned this at my next oil change. Again no follow up. They didn't rotate my tires during my last oil change. Visited the dealership yesterday with a buddy of mine that was interested in a 2017 f150. Initially we were dealing with Tim Fox, a perfect gentleman. My buddy test drove the pickup and made an offer, close to the asking price. Then " Glen " joined the discussion. This is when things turned south. Glen was very condescending and at one point, pointed to me and said " I see your buddy is shaking his head over there. " He even asked my friend how he came up with the cash figure ( He was planning on trading in his pickup and paying cash for the balance... Ironically, he could write a check for any vehicle on the lot ). At that point I asked the bottom line... is his offer good enough or not? Glen said no so we got up and began to leave. Then Glen said " oh no... wait ". I added that he ( half our age ), needed to learn some respect. We shook hands with Tim who was very apologetic and left. My Experience with Kendall Fords service department is as good as it gets. I had a 2012 Ford F250 powerstroke that had an engine failure. I was completely panicked as this is probably a $10k-$12k repair. Tammy was my service advisor and did a fantastic job of calming me down and walking me through what I was going to need for the warranty process. They had my truck for 5 weeks and I heard from her at least once a week with updates and how things were going. She sent me photos of the work that was being done and was totally awesome to work with through the entire process. I got the truck back with a bill for $0.00 and they even returned a snap on screwdriver that had gotten wedged down in a void a year prior. I don't know what they pay her but she deserves more. I went in and talked to them on Monday, I was looking to see what I could do to get into a new Ford C-Max. Knowing that my credit wasn't perfect, I thought I would still at least try. I worked with Michael and Paul Ziehr. They both were very professional and personable. After working with Michael on the facts of the vehicle, test drive, and the beginning paperwork I was able to talk with Paul. I had explained to them what I needed and the reasons for that. Paul reviewed my credit and went over a few things with me. He told me that he could get me the loan, but that it would be at a higher rate of interest and monthly payment then what I intended. Paul knew what my goals were and didn't push the fact. Unlike most car salesman, Paul was straight forward with me and let me know what to take care of with my credit, and to come back and talk to him again after those issues were resolved. This is a rare attribute to have when it comes to car salesmen. I am glad that this was the case, and I will be talking with him again in a few months when I get those issues resolved. I called Jake, much to my surprise, he said "No problem, we'll take care of it." When I arrived at the dealership he had a loaner ready for me. 2 days later we had our truck back, no charge to me. So many great things to say. After terrible workmanship from an out of state Ford service shop my truck needed massive repairs. Kevin and Meghan went above and beyond for us. Helped to try and resolve our issue with the other dealer, allowed our truck to take of shop space while we sorted things out. They stayed in communication with us often. Due to high cost of repairs they were willing to work with us as best they could. I feel as if I have an ally in them and will not take my truck anywhere else. I went with some family today who were looking for a new car. Our family is getting bigger and with that we all needed to get a bigger vehicle. We started out at another dealership and were put off by pushy sales people and trying to up-sale us on a vehicle. We came to Kendall after another family member recommended them after buying their Ford Edge there. Upon arriving, we met with Alex and from the beginning he went not just the extra mile but went beyond. He drove us to all the Kendall dealerships in town and show us every car that matched what we were looking for. He even drove us to the bank on River Rd. so we could get a cashiers check for our down payment. During some downtime during the whole day with him, he wasn't on his phone checking emails or playing games. Alex was able to answer all our questions with confidence and clarity. After seeing how great my family was treated and how great service was with Alex, I'm now thinking about getting my finances together and making my way to Kendall Ford to buy a car from Alex. I've been to this dealership multiple times now and every time employees in several different departments have been extremely unpleasant and unfriendly. No one seemed to know what was going on with my car or was willing to help me resolve my issues. Had I not stayed on it I would have been pushed completely aside. As we live about 40 miles from Kendall, it was easy to do most of the buying process over the internet. After setting up a test drive time, we arrived at Kendall Ford and was greeted by Mike who then proceeded to show us the vehicles we were interested in (CMax Energi) and after the test drive worked with us to finalize the paper work including the trade-in we had. We never felt any pressure from anyone we talked to. From beginning to end, if car-buying can be called a pleasure, this was it. I had an appointment for service but when I tried to talk to a service advisor I was told to sit and wait for one to reach out. After a while of sitting and customers walking in and getting service on the spot, I decided it was time to leave and find another dealer who somewhat cares.
