Michael's team arrived promptly, removed the old deck, and built a new frame that is far sounder and protected than the old one. He provided many samples to help us choose the best composite plank and we were very happy with the result. The builders did a beautiful job and their attention to detail was great. As a small example, I love how they cut the hogwire on the stair's railing to remain parallel with the rest of the deck. I've seen other builders who angle the wire with the stairs which ends up looking weird. They provided great input along the way, both practical and aesthetic which helped us with specific design outcomes. They even demolished and filled an old water pit which was a hazard for our kids and also affecting water runoff. Santos was prompt and communicative and he gave us the confidence to move forward. All that tells me is they're now out of work and desperate enough to go through 5 month old requests for quotes ... but too ignorant not to use 'not interested' as part of their reason. They lost me as a future customer and anyone I'd warn against using them.
