This is an update to my previous experience. The manager, Kristen, personally gave me a phone call to review my last visit and I appreciated the acknowledgment of my experience. She didn't have to invite me back to prove their worth, but she did. The phone call itself was all I needed. I came in today and everyone greeted me/helped me with all of purchases. That is all I wanted. I do most of my shopping online because of experiences like my last but today was exceptional. If the employees at Kendra Scott are this nice every day, I will likely return in store rather than shop only online. Thank you again Kristen for making up for the last visit. The ladies here are always so nice when I come in! I dropped my favorite pair of Danielle earrings and cracked one of my stones. They exchanged the pair for me for a new one, no questions asked. Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had at a Kendra Scott. Very snobby women working and felt very unwelcome. The woman who greeted me was incredibly rude, as were the sales people who I asked questions. Also was unaware Kendra Scott doesn't do returns, only in store credit. I have shopped here for 5 years and had absolutely no clue this was a policy. As a loyal KS customer I'm incredibly angry that this policy wasn't made clear at at least one of my visits in store or my online shopping. Absolutely ridiculous. read more

Came here with my fiancé as she had a defective earring that needed to be exchanged. The staff members were extremely friendly and took the time to make sure they had the right piece in stock for an exchange. I appreciate good customer service especially when a client is exchanging or returning something. read more

Love this location! I was a little overwhelmed by the selection there was in such a small store but glad I had a variety of options to choose from. You literally have to squeeze through bodies to try to get to a display lol, especially if you're planning to visit on Friday-Sunday. I was super nervous about going into this store only after reading the not so good reviews from the Dallas location. Being a new Kendra Scott fan my husband surprised me and pulled up to this store and I ran out of the car and entered this busy place. It was a Saturday and this place was hopping. The staff was friendly and helpful. I had a necklace in hand but wasn't sure about the color and I thought that I as out of luck until the rep opened up a drawer full of FUN!! I got the necklace I wanted, and will be going to the Dallas location this Friday to get some earrings. (wish me luck!!) I hope they are as friendly as these girls. read more

I love Kendra Scott jewelry! I have purchased multiple pieces of jewelry there in the past year. Unfortunately, today, a sales clerk was incredibly rude to me at the check out line. When I walked in, they were very busy, and no one spoke to me, but I already knew what I needed, so I grabbed the pair of earrings and got behind a man in line- the ONLY person in line. After standing there for a while, the sales clerk at a different register looked at me and told me to hand over the earrings and that I needed to get in the back of the line, because I wasn't in the line formation. I know I look 15 and no, I don't have a Louis Vuitton purse...but I have never been treated so rudely. I told her that I was in line and had been since before all the other people that were now in line. She repeated herself & I think the look of shock was all over my face because a different sales clerk interrupted and said she would take care of me. Even though I definitely appreciated the kindness of the 2nd sales clerk, I will not return to that particular store again. I still cannot believe how rudely I was treated! Non existent customer service. I visited this store a few weeks ago set with the intention of buying a bracelet. I wasn't greeted on my way in or out which was the very least they could have done. I wasn't offered help while browsing at all either. I ended up leaving without a purchase and feeling so gutted because I really, really wanted the bracelet but I unfortunately, could not bring myself to spend in this store after what I experienced. I went in and looked around for a while. Not seeing the specific ring that I had decided I wanted, I made my way to the color bar where I was helped by Kaitlyn! She was amazing. She showed me their newest ring and was so helpful and patient as I tried different ring sizes, color combinations, and even got different rings from the back. Also before working with me she brought me a drink as well, which was so nice after the heat. She brought my final ring up to the front for me, and the workers were all smiles as I checked out. Worst customer service ever. They saw me with a credit card and just shut the doors and said they could not re open the cash register. I am a pharmacist and I know for a fact u can re open your books. I will never spend money at the store again. Terrible terrible employees who were more than likely more concerned with going out on a Friday night then making a sale. read more

I made the mistake of buying a few Christmas presents here. Turns out you can only return jewelry for store credit. The only note of this is a small sign that is completely obscured by all of the people crammed into their small store. I now have $150 of worthless jewelry that no one wants. I'll never take the risk of shopping here again. read more

I don't know where to begin with how awesome this store is! I am not a big jewelry person and my sister in law and her friends all love Kendra Scott. I thought eh I'm ok without no biggie- well let me insert my foot in mouth! I am addicted! One of my friends won a very generous gift card from the new store in Plano and treated me and some friends to some Danielle earrings in black and I also got a drop necklace in goldstone. Let me just say creating our own jewelry at the "Color Bar" was a hoot! I also found out you get a 50% off item for your birthday any day of your birthday month so you know I got the Rayne necklace in black! So cute and goes with all! Lets not forget my birthday gift from my sister in law- Elle earrings in ivory! I am already plotting on what to get next. The girls at the store are so nice and helpful and have great opinions and thoughts. Love love love! Lets just make a side note I own 4 pieces within the period of 2 weeks! #love!! read more

I love the jewelry and do own several pieces, yet the few times I have visited the Shops location the sales people have been snobby and ignored me each time. The only reason I went in recently was because I was in the area for another store. I browsed the items and made a purchase without one single staff member asking if I needed anything. The shop in Allen is much more friendly and inviting! Their staff is extremely courteous and helpful, no matter how busy they are. I will continue to visit the Allen location to make future purchases. read more

I entered the store with a smile but left with a bitter taste in my mouth. I went to Kendra Scott with my mom to look at jewelry to match an outfit that I needed to wear to a job interview. When I walked in I was instantly greeted by an employee but that was the only positive part of my experience. It was extremely busy and almost all of the employees were helping customers, all except for one lady. I knew she could tell that we needed help, I had made eye contact with the women trying to get her attention but she wouldn't help me what-so-ever. It seemed like she was in a bad mood so I decided that it was best to just wait for an another employee to free up and ask them for help. 20 minutes went by and all of the other employee were still busy so I gave up on the idea of waiting and decided to go ask her for help and I was completely let down. The lady acted like I couldn't afford anything in there and like I was wasting her time. It was clear she was looking down on me and it made me not want to get anything in the store. It wasn't until I picked up two pieces and told her I was ready to check out that she showed me any kind of smile or respect. This will be the last time I ever go into that Kendra Scott location, I hated the way I was treated and ignored. I understand that the employees work on commission and they don't want to waste time helping a person that may not by anything in the store but customer service should always come first. read more

I have been into Kendra Scott stores many many times, however, my experience last night was the WORST I have ever had. I went in last night and upon walking into the store was not greeted by a single one of the girls working. Okay, cool. I began looking around, was still never acknowledged. I could understand this maybe, had they been busy, but I was the only one in the store aside from one other couple who left shortly after I arrived. I continued looking around for about 20 minutes, still not acknowledged one time. The girls working were too busy trying on all the jewelry and gossiping. It made me extremely uncomfortable. I finally decided on a pair of earrings and walked up to one of the girls and asked her to grab them for me, she looked at me irritated and went to get them. When she came back I tried them on and then handed them back to her saying "I'd like to get these please" she rolled her eyes and responded, "just take them to the front they will take care of you there." Ooookay. I took them to the register, waited another 5 minutes for one of the girls to stop telling the others a story, paid for them and left. The girl who checked me out didn't even say "thank you" or "have a good night" or anything at all actually. The earrings I purchased were $120. I know that might not seem like a lot to some people but to a full time working mom like myself, that is a lot. It would have been nice to at least have some acknowledgment or appreciation, regardless of what I was spending! So disappointing. Even more disappointing considering these girls work off commission. read more

I went to Kendra Scott on my birthday to have a necklace repaired that was given to me as a gift. (It broke the second time that I wore it!) The store was not as crowded as I anticipated, which was refreshing. However, we were not greeted, and I had to ask someone to assist us. When I showed the sales associate the broken necklace, she simply offered to replace it with a brand new one! She was pleasant and efficient. I also used my birthday discount to purchase a necklace for my daughter. The process was quick and simple and we were out of there within 15 minutes. I was satisfied with my experience. read more

Terrible customer service! Sales person by the name of Kara M. rang up my purchase. When my husband and I asked for a small box or bag for my purchase, she and the other sales person who had been helping me with my ring fitting, hissed with attitude. After rolling their eyes, fluttering their lashes and making comments under their breath, they stiffly handed me a bag. Weirdest experience ever at a retail establishment. My husband took me to this store and I was using a walker since I just had knee replacement surgery. It was almost impossible to move around in the store as it is very small and crowded. They had a table set up in the walkway with a promotion and were in your face about it constantly. It was a free gift with a $200 purchase. The entire staff is incredibly snobbish and makes you feel uncomfortable. They are all young and seem very immature and into themselves and have attitude that is irritating to a customer who wants professional customer service. They definitely have not learned about customer service. I felt uncomfortable looking at the items and really just wanted to get out of the store. The girl who helped me constantly stood in front of the mirror and I couldn't even see the items when I held them up for viewing. In the end, I did spend over $200 and guess what? You know that promotion with the free gift they were making such a big deal about? They didn't even offer it to me after I paid for my purchase--just handed me my bag and that was it. I had to ask for it!!! Also, I bought one of the more expensive large pieces ($225) and the check out girl tried to cram it into one of the small felt jewelry bags. I asked if there was a larger size bag appropriate for that piece. At first she said no, just not wanting to look. Then she finally said she would check. Guess it was too much trouble. She did come back with a larger protective jewelry bag and the large necklace fit in it much better--not crushing and bending it. I was just amazed at that whole sloppy operation and the immaturity of the staff. My husband said he wanted to get out of the store as quickly as possible because of the loud annoying display by the staff. He said it made him nervous because they were all talking over each other in a very loud manner and trying to act cutesy and the bad acoustics in the store made the resounding of the noise even worse. The owner really needs to clean house and get employees that provide professional customer service. If they see the same comments over and over in reviews, it shows that the comments are valid and changes need to be made. read more

I was so excited to go in today and shop for a new necklace for my birthday coming up this weekend! I love the jewelry but the customer service at this store is just horrible! I went in and was greeted by a couple of sales ladies and that was about it! I started looking around and started opening drawers and looking at stuff. Not once did anyone offer to help! I couldn't find the necklace I was looking for so I finally walked up to one of the sales ladies and was told to "look in the bottom drawer over there"! Let me just mention that I went in at around 4:45 and there was probably one more lady in there. So the store was not busy at all and there were plenty of sales ladies just standing around! Anyway I found my necklace, paid for it and was told to go back again! Let me just say that I left so dissapointed at the horrible customer service and I will not go back! You just feel ignored and the sales ladies are so snoby! I will be going to Nordstrom from now on! so sad! read more

I went into this store to purchase a gift for my friends graduation as she loves Kendra Scott jewelry. As soon as I walked in the door I felt as though I was greeted with dirty looks and no one offered to speak to me. I wandered around looking at items and still, no service or help from anyone. Instead, they preferred to help the next person who came in. I felt almost discriminated again because of how I looked. It also seemed as though they just kept an eye on me like I was going to steal something. Eventually, I found what I was looking for but after about 30 mins of no service, I went to the register and all of a sudden their attitudes changed because I was going to buy something. I will never shop here AGAIN. Worst customer service I have ever experienced and the staff was rude and judgmental. I would give this store a negative score, but unfortunately a 1 star is all I can rate. They don't even deserve THAT. read more
