My girlfriends and I wanted to make friendship bracelets and the workers were so kind. Emma and Jada were amazing! They were very patient while took at least 20 mins to decide what we wanted. After we decided one of our friends realized she couldn't afford it. My friends and I said we could all split it three ways that way she could still get the bracelet. She was so happy we did this her and the workers were so kind abt it. Emma said, "Aw you guys are gonna make me cry". It made me realize how beautiful a girl friendship is. And by very well I mean it falls off every 5 min. so we put it away until we found time to take it to the store. I went here recently for a private event benefiting the Junior League of Tucson. I want to start by saying I'm a huge fan of any local business that gives back to community charities so they earn an extra star right away! The store is clean and polished with lots of great little vignettes of different jewelry ensembles from casual to very formal. My favorite part of Kendra Scott jewelry is their customized color bar. You can select from quite a number of settings and choose exactly what stone color combinations you would like. What's more is that they have a large interactive screen allowing you to play with the settings/colors and once you think you're settled on something they will pull it out and rough fit it to show you. Purchases are final on color bar products and they do warn you of that in advance, which I appreciate it. The staff were wonderful, not pushy but very helpful in everything. I think this store is going to be amazing! What I didn't like is that the jewelry is made in China. I make a consorted effort to spend my money locally and support North American made products. I would probably pay more for their jewelry and shop there more often if I knew that some products were North American made. Overall though great value for the money! As a male I do not typically go shopping for jewelry, but I went to get my girlfriend some stuff for Christmas and this was the best experience a man can get. Upon arrival the manager promptly offered free drinks of our choosing - very generous! This made the whole experience much more enjoyable I will definitely be going back to get more jewelry next time! My experience with KiKi from this store was amazing! I live in Texas and the Kendra Scott that I go to (Spring,TX) did not have the product that I wanted, so a sales associate at that location checked and found the Elisa necklace that I wanted in Tucson! I spoke to Kiki on the phone and she was VERY kind, patient, and personable. KiKi doesn't know, but she is the reason I will continue to order from Kendra Scott. The girls in Texas should definitely get some customer service/ appreciate tips from the Tucson girls! I truly felt valued. I absolutely love Kendra Scott jewelry. There is a customized color bar there that you can create your own jewelry which is pretty awesome. I used it and they made my piece right then and there. There are also a lot of other really great pieces you can get. I took my sister there and we got her a beautiful and simple necklace with her sororities Greek letters. There are pieces for everyone here. The store is clean and well managed. The girls were all very cute and friendly. If you go alone they make you feel like they are your friend helping you shop. Oh and you can purchase a piece of jewelry half off during your birthday month and they have other occasional sales. Check em out! read more

The store was beautiful and nicely organized. The jewelry is gorgeous and the store has had a lot of variety in jewelry style, color and etc. I went in a few days ago over the weekend to use my 50% off birthday discount and the store was moderately busy. I walked around to look at what they had but basically already knew what I wanted. I was in the store for 20 minutes without being helped. The sale associates were talking to their friends who were visiting the store or there would be multiple sale associates helping the same customer. I became very frustrated and almost walked out, however, I really wanted the necklace I've had my eye on for a month now. I had to interrupt a sales associates to have her help me. This was my first time making a purchase at Kendra Scott and I was a little disappointed. I've heard great things about this place. Horrible customer service at this location. It was a Monday, I had running shorts and a baggy shirt on (I went after the gym) and when I walked in, they just glared at me. They jumped to help another woman who looked like she had money, but completely ignored me until I had to ask for help. My experience with Kendra Scott was absolutely disgusting! My daughter and I went into the store looking for a few pieces of jewelry. There were four women associates there and none of them attempted to help us out( perhaps we did not look like we had money) another group of older women walked in and they were being attended to as if they were more important (they looked like they had money) Anyhow one of the pieces my daughter was looking at was basically taken away from her and given to the other woman because she wanted it even though we had been trying it on and had seen it first The saleswomen did not apologize or make any effort to offer my daughter a chance to order another or even have the chance to purchase it first since she had seen it first We had at least four hundred dollars to spend that day and we just walked out the door and we were able to go to Pandora and get excellent one on one attention from their very friendly and knowledgeable sales lady!
