If I could drive, I wouldn't have paid $15 for same day delivery. I was told I could cancel order and have it shipped to me. If I wanted to wait 3 days for delivery, I would have ordered the equipment for less on Amazon. One manager started talking without listening to me, told me there are a lot of scam websites, I probably got scammed, and that I was talking over him. I informed him that he was talking over me, I didn't order from a scam website, and that one of the managers confirmed my order was ready for Doordash to pick up. Another manager told me she's not responsible for what's on the website, and was unwilling to agree to suggest to higher management that they take the false advertising about same day delivery off their website. She said I should complain to Doordash. I said I have no contract with Doordash, Dick's does, and Dick's should take responsibility for Doordash failing to fulfill the contract on the website. She said it was probably in the fine print somewhere that Dick's isn't responsible for Doordash's service, or lack thereof. I received my delivery at 1:30 PM the following day, 17.5 hours after it was promised. Your company engages in deceptive marketing, and your managers are untrained in customer relations.

I was amazed at the selection of, well, everything! Most items there were not my style(I'm not a cowgirl) but they had some really cute plaid men and women's shirts that were on sale, so I snagged a couple for me and the hubby. Anyway, back to the boots. Ms. Colleen was the sweetest and most attentive sales woman I have ever encountered. She didn't make fun of me for not wanting to wear an animal and didn't try to pressure me with any up-selling. Colleen listened to what I wanted and after only a few selections, hit the nail on the head and I walked out with an adorable pair of black boots for $90. They also have a great selection of Dickie girl pants for just $29.99. I plan on coming back here for some of those and probably a few more plaid shirts as well. They are anchored by a few big stores such as Dillard's, Macy's and JCPenney, have several quintessential mall stores such as Hot Topic, Bath & Body Works and Finish Line...and of course they are connected to the famed mall restaurant, Cheesecake Factory. There are a few open spots along each floor, but for the most part, it appears that the mall is at least 70 - 75% occupied. One end of the mall is definitely slower than the other, which makes sense as the food court is on one end, and it is the more active and "happening" part of the mall. While most stores are chain, there are a few local spots from coffee shops, barbers, artists and even massage spots. The mall was clean and in decent shape for what it is. It is dated and you can tell no resources have been put into it recently. Overall, okay indoor mall that serves its purpose and doing good by hanging on!
