We visited the Tiffany & Co. in Scottsdale, AZ two days before Valentine's Day. We selected a bracelet we loved, but were told they didn't have the correct size in stock. The sales associate offered to order it and gave us her card. The next day, unaware of that conversation, we returned to purchase the bracelet as a surprise. The same associate sold us the bracelet they had in stock, assuring us it was the correct size... but it was not. On Valentine's Day, in front of family at dinner, I tried to put it on... and it didn't fit!! The embarrassment and disappointment were overwhelming, especially knowing the associate had been aware it wasn't the right size. The following day, we went to the Tiffany & Co. location in Tucson, AZ to resolve the issue. The manager we spoke with was disengaged, offered little empathy, and showed no ownership of the situation. She didn't even make eye contact. When she recognized the associate from Scottsdale, her only comment was, "Oh, she used to work here, she's very nice." This completely disregarded the money we had spent, the ruined celebration, and the frustration we were experiencing. Then Max stepped in. Max listened with genuine concern, acknowledged our frustration, and assured us he would personally make it right. He handled the exchange and promised to secure the correct size. Nearly two weeks later, he called to let us know it had arrived. Due to scheduling conflicts, we picked it up while Max wasn't working and unfortunately, the same manager mistakenly gave us the EXCAT SAME INCORRECT SIZE again, failing to pay attention to detail or confirm the order. At that point, we were beyond frustrated and seriously considering returning not only the bracelet, but also the matching necklace we had purchased. The thought of walking away from the brand entirely was very real. But Max didn't let that happen. He personally apologized for the continued mix-up, wrote a handwritten note explaining the mistake, and followed up two days later with flowers and a message about "turning over a new leaf," asking for the opportunity to give Tiffany's another chance. That level of accountability, empathy, and follow-through is rare. This review is not positive because of management. It's positive because of Max.... He demonstrated what true client care looks like! The ownership without excuses, thoughtful gestures without prompting, and a genuine desire to rebuild trust. He consistently steps in to address issues and provide the leadership that the manager has failed to demonstrate. It's because of Max that the store maintains its reputation and that we are giving Tiffany another chance. Because of Max, we were reminded that exceptional service still exists. Thank you, Max! You truly make a difference and are a shining example of leadership and excellence for the Tiffany brand!

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the recent repair service I received at…read morethis shop. I paid $100 for prong tightening on three bracelets and two pairs of earrings. Unfortunately, the results were unacceptable. During pickup, I discovered a prong on one of my bracelets was broken. Well Katrina was checking my jewelry to make sure that the stones were not loose, pretty much every single piece of jewelry they had of mine was really never worked on. Katrina had to ask the jeweler to do the work right in front of me while he was tightening the stones on the jewelry he manage to make a pretty good indent on one of my rings from the clamps. I asked him if he would fix it, that it was not like that. And that's why he pointed to his colleague Katrina and whispered under his breath "She's a fucking bitch". I was told that it would cost $250 to fix the prong that was missing, which I find unreasonable given the poor quality of the initial repairs. Additionally, I called and asked to speak to the manager Katrina answer the phone and said she was a manager. While I was telling her about the situation she didn't even tell me she was handing the phone over to another manager. I thought she put the jewelry the messed up my jewelry on the phone but it was another manger - Moe. Moe told me he would fix the broken prong himself. However, not even five minutes after I dropped off the jewelry, he called me back and said he only does watch repairs. He offered me the option to wait a week for the repair or to pick up my bracelet and receive a full refund. I went and picked up my bracelet and got a full refund. To make matters worse, Katrina told me that the jewelry shop views itself as a family business and that the staff would never say that she's a "fucking bitch" because she asked him to complete the work properly. I find this unprofessional and unacceptable. Overall, the entire experience was rushed, disrespectful, and disappointing. if you wanna be jerked around, and treated poorly, this is the spot. I do not recommend this place to have fine jewelry worked on.
