    My Bracelet

What an unbelievable kind man I encountered today. I would highly recommend this business. I operate off of integrity and honesty. I do realize this is extremely rare now a days. I went into the shop today, with a bracelet that means a lot to me, but the clasp was bent and kept coming undone. Let's just say, this is my go to repair shop for now on. From my fine jewelry to my just gold items. Please, shop owner, if you read your reviews. Just know, I appreciate you. What a kind person you are!

Quality work. Reasonable prices. Family atmosphere. Years of community service, seen in its store displays and collections.

Unfortunately, they completely botched the job by cutting both the strap and the wire that connects it. I truly thought the watch was ruined and had pretty much given up hope. I could have taken it back to Louis Vuitton to have it repaired but I was sure it would have cost me hundreds of dollars to do so. Thankfully, I decided to bring it to Seattle Fine Jewelry for a second opinion. The owner, Ramir, his son Jordan, and their staff member Kaitlyn were absolutely wonderful. From the moment I walked in, they were warm, friendly, knowledgeable, and completely transparent about the repair process. Not only were they able to fix my watch, but the turnaround time was surprisingly quick. I also had my favorite diamond ring cleaned ("The Manicure" treatment) and wow, the results were remarkable. It came back incredibly sparkly and shiny, like it had been brought back to life. What really stood out to me was the atmosphere. Everyone was professional yet fun and welcoming, which made the entire experience enjoyable instead of stressful. Their prices are reasonable, parking is easy right up front, and the quality of service is top-notch. It's rare to find a business that combines skill, honesty, and genuine customer care like this. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Seattle Fine Jewelry and will definitely be returning for future repairs and cleanings.

Sarah was incredibly nice when they changed my piercing out for the new stud. It had a tiny chain on it that I thought had come off about a week later. I called and they asked if I knew what had happened like had it gotten caught on something but no- I just noticed it was gone one day. They said they would order a new piece and call me to exchange. A few weeks went by and I didn't hear so I called again and I was told they would give me a temp stud and send my piece to their jeweler. Okay fine- that works but it's an awful lot of trouble for me after spending $$$$. I went in to get the temp piece and immediately when I told their supervisor (short haired brunette) what I was there for- her attitude toward me and my sister totally changed up. She was short, didn't want to answer my questions and when she did she was pretty rude honestly. She gave me directions by basically pointing at things and being non-verbal. It was sort of embarrassing for her.. when Sarah took a look at my piece it was clear the tiny chain had gotten caught around the piece and under it so they just had to take it out and put it back in to fix it. Which was super embarrassing for me- haha. But they were gracious and had a chuckle with me. The three stars are for Sarah. And the other salespeople had all been kind aside from their supervisor/manager. So def stars for them as well! However- I wouldn't go back and I wouldn't recommend this place given how I was treated like a criminal trying to pull one over on them by the manager. When I left my sister mentioned that she had wanted to speak up for me but wasn't sure if she was just being too sensitive- I was relieved that I was not the only one who felt like they were being treated poorly. If you're going to spend that kind of money- you expect to not be treated like the gum on the bottom of someone's shoe.

They promised me that they would order an infinity symbol for the bracelet because they only had one at the time. 2 weeks later after no response from them, I call and ask about the status. They said oh no sorry we didn't order it. Then I go in a year later because it fell off and they wanted to charge me $60 to re-solder it. $60 when I paid $250 per bracelet? No way! So I asked to speak to a manager who of course wasn't around. So I walked out, and they followed me outside and said they will give me a one time exception to fix it. Then I go into today for my mom to get hers re-soldered. There were two employees (one with so many face piercings it was unprofessional) and one employee helping two ladies. She said I'll be right with you. 20 minutes later we are still waiting. Then the piercing gal comes and takes our bracelet out of the bag and takes it to the back room without asking. We ask her why she did that? She said well that's where she'll fix it. You never take someone's jewelry without their consent and let alone in the back room when we STILL HAD NOT BEEN HELPED. We told her, to go get it and we'll hold onto it. I ask how much longer, gal says she don't know. So after waiting 35 minutes we left. I absolutely despise this place. Oh and their cost to re-solder is $60! Robbery! If you want the worst service over and over I welcome you to enjoy this store. If you want quality customer service or staff that actually does what they promise - Go to a different store all together.

Jonathan was such a pleasure to work with - I was looking for a diamond with strong hearts and arrows and very specific specs and he sourced the perfect diamond for me! I felt that he listened to what I wanted and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. He offered his expert opinion but also ensured that my vision was coming through in the end. I even had a moment of cold feet and wanted to make changes and he was super accommodating through that process, even though I ended up changing my mind and keeping the ring as is. My only regret is not coming to Marci Jewelry sooner! I'm so happy with my ring and am looking forward to coming back and getting our wedding bands here as well :)

BEWARE: DO NOT SELL ITEMS TO THIS STORE!! They engage in self-serving business practices, are…read moredishonest, misrepresent information, and do not stand by their commitments. On 6/20/25, my daughter and I visited Marci Jewelry with a diamond ring we wanted to sell. We were introduced to their "diamond expert" Jonathan Borghes. He examined the ring (including the estimated size of the center stone and the white gold mounting with several smaller accent diamonds as well as other details regarding the large stone). He offered to pay $5000 ($500 for the mounting & $4500 for the center stone) in the form of a check written immediately. Jonathan went on to tell us he strongly believed he could get more than $4500 by selling the stone to his contacts if we left the stone with him. Of course, we wanted as much money as possible so this seemed like a good approach. During the conversation, we asked multiple times "if it took too long for him to find a buyer, could we request he send a check for the original offer" of $4500?" He assured us each time "oh yes, just call and he would send the $4500 original offer check". Based on Jonathan's confident reassurances and the store's longtime stellar reputation including online reviews, we decided to leave the stone and take the $500 check for the mounting since he had disassembled the ring. He asked me to sign a form he said was simply "my proof/receipt that the stone was left with him". Over the next few weeks, I contacted Jonathan multiple times for an update and each time was told "I need to make a few more calls, just need a little more time". On 7/22/25, I spoke with Jonathan again to ask he send the $4500 original offer check. This is when the situation became a problem and the poor business practices, dishonesty and misrepresentation surfaced. He refused to send a check, now saying the form he had me sign was actually something completely different what he claimed was simply "proof/receipt that we left the stone with him". He now called it a consignment agreement and stated that he wouldn't stand by his original offer of $4500. That in fact he would not pay out anything until he found a buyer. When I recounted our 6/20/25 discussion, he abruptly said he need to speak with store owner and would call me back. Not having gotten a return call, on 7/23/25, my daughter visited the store to get the check in person since I live out of state. Now Jonathan was refusing to acknowledge his agreements from our 6/20/25 conversation, calling it "all a miscommunication". The store owner refused to hold Jonathan accountable to his original offer. We took the stone and will pursue other avenues to sell it. Jonathan blatantly lied and the store owner refused to hold him accountable. We believe Jonathan intentionally misled us during the initial conversation, presented the enticing recommendation of getting even more than his offer of $4500 and then set me up by misrepresenting the nature of the form he had me sign knowing he would have "an out" and wouldn't have to follow through with his original offer. Rather than hold Jonathan accountable to his original agreement, the store owner chose to back his actions, a very poor example of leadership and customer relations.

I took in a wedding ring crown that has 5 diamonds on it since I had lost one of the diamonds. Upon bringing it in, Josh let me know they could fix it and was already bagging it up without even giving a quote. I then asked for a quote since I'd gotten one from the original maker of the ring. I had let him know the quote he gave which was $390-425 was higher than what they quoted. But ultimately decided I'd rather have it fixed locally than send it out since I didn't want to wait (which I voiced verbally). He took a closer look and said they could do it for $425. I said okay because after shipping costs, it would only be ~$40 more than sending it to the maker. He said okay, and that he'd pick out the diamond today and I'd have it back the following week. 2 full weeks went by before it was ready so I was already a bit annoyed since that was likely the same turn around if I mailed it to the maker! But then when I went to pick it up, the price was $595+tax. I asked why the price difference (and refreshed his memory on our convo at drop off) and he just said okay we can do it for $495. So not only did it take just as long, but in the end after tax I spent over $100 more than what I would have spent if I sent it to the maker.
