Maybe they overcooked it, i dont know. They also wouldn't put any of the juice or boil in a separate container for dipping the crab meat. Most establishments charge you for sauce on the side which I was willing to pay for but the lady behind the counter refused. It was a very disappointing experience, and honestly they probably got these snow crab from a Costco or wherever they sell them in stores. If people are paying money for snow crab please ensure the snow crab has meat in them.

Also, don't be surprised if a few of your old favorites are gone or slightly different. Customer service has always been consistent for me...friendly, attentive, and welcoming.
