Doughy. Soft. Reliable. These little guys get absolutely demolished by my coworkers every single time, which tells you everything you need to know. No leftovers = success. This place is aggressively basic and I mean that as a compliment. No wild cream cheese flavors, no bagel flavors you need explained to you, no coffee that requires a TED Talk. They've got hot coffee, iced coffee, and both do exactly what they're supposed to do: keep you functioning. If I'm craving crispy bagels? I know where to go. If I want 47 flavors of cream cheese including birthday cake and Buffalo chicken? I know where to go. But if I want a good, doughy bagel that does its job and doesn't overcomplicate my morning, this is it. The two employees I see every Tuesday are amazing.
