We were screwed from day one with a salvage title on a Chrysler Pacifica Limited. After finding this out, they didn't want to deal with us anymore and stated that car fax did not declare it a salvage title. However, most of the information was hidden, like it was in an accident with major damage on the report but we were not told or shown it. Now we are stuck with this car and upside down about $40K and they are not willing to do anything about it. Next we are trying to cancel the dealer warranty and can't get a live person to get it cancelled. This has been going on for a week now. I do not recommend this dealership at all. Wish I would have read the reviews before I ventured into this dealership. I came in to spend $60-70k on a brand new Armada. They have one. During the test drive I realized it was being used as a personal runner for someone. With personal stuff in the car. Andre was very rude. I told him that the tuck does not have all the bells and whistles I wanted. His response "Do you really need all that". I guess Andre knows what I need and want better than I do. Andre then offered to give me a crazy good deal. I asked him to run the numbers and his response was I am not going to do it unless you are a serious committed buyer. They have some incentives hidden in the "dealer discount" that they're advertising online, such as a trade in incentive or recent college grad. So without the extra incentives, their price is the same as others so they're trying to trick you into coming onsite, even if you call in advance to confirm the price like we did. This dealer is awful. We drove all the way from Illinois because they had the 2025 Nissan Pathfinder SV for a certain price on their website. My husband called and spoke to a Chelsea to confirm price was correct. I took a screenshot of price on way to dealer. When we started negotiating they stated the price had gone up and that was a Christmas price. Mind you we went the day after Christmas. This is because we were more of a cash customer versus financing and they couldn't bury costs into the price. The scam action at this place is incredulous. This dealership uses scam advertising, suggesting you won a prize, then, when you show up, they tell you that you get a $2 scratch off lotto ticket. It's unbelievable how many people I saw in the parking lot who were bringing in mailers and had believed they had won money. However, I read the fine print and called twice: in sum, their mailer says I won $5,000, but they really bs you about the subtle placement of the winnings amount near the print thar says you are a "winner". Bob Rohrman Kenosha Nissan - Bait-and-Switch Financing & Disrespectful Conduct I came in as a well-qualified buyer (827 credit score) with clearly stated terms: 4.9% APR, $26,000 out-the-door. The salesperson, Gabe, wrote those terms down and had me sign them. That agreement was later "lost" and replaced with a scratch-paper offer--same price, but no APR listed. I signed, assuming it honored the deal. It didn't. After hours of waiting--while staff laughed and chatted nearby, creating a mocking atmosphere--I was finally sent to finance. That's when "Mike" casually dropped the real rate: 6.9% APR. When I pushed back, he acted like that was the deal all along--even though I had signed for 4.9%. He offered me free undercoating as a make-good, then mocked me when I declined: "Oh, that's not good enough for you?" I walked. By that point, I had already updated my insurance (which I had to cancel), wasted most of my day, and lost all trust in this dealership. This was my second bad experience here. There was a car we were interested in and went on a test drive and right when we sat down to talk about finances, told them we were paying cash, the car got "sold." The 2023 Nissan Ariya Empower+ is filthy, has 2950 miles on it, there is baby carseat with half full baby bottle in the back, the interior is filthy with grease covering all controls and buttons of the car and a scooter is in the trunk. To top all that, the monthly payment now is double what we agree on over the phone. When I got upset and demanded to speak to Rima the liar multiple times to sort this out, they sent in their rabid hyena of a sales manager. They acted like they were doing us a HUGE favor to have ONE of the cars we were interested in test driving transferred to this dealership in a couple of days and then made it sound as if they expected us to commit to buying it.
