I (like everyone else) knows how excited you get when something breaks on your car. I recently let…read moremy brakes go to far to the point they were grinding. A week after I herd the grinding, I lost all pressure in my brake pedal due to a broken brake line. I remember I had a 20% off card to e2 from the memorial parade they were passing out with free hotdogs. I called and brought my car up the next day. I walked into a beautiful waiting room thinking (this is to nice to be a car repair facility even the shop and bathroom were clean and organized as well). the lady at the front desk was very helpful and reminded me of a loving grandmother figure. Matt the mechanic (also very nice and informing and not confusing ) called me promptly with a estimate after they looking at my car. I called 2 other shops to see how much it would cost there. E2's estimate was 20 to 30% cheaper than both other shops before the 20% discount. They had the work done by the end of the day. Which I didn't expect to be done that quick. The work was quality and for one of the first times I didn't feel like I was getting ripped off at a mechanic shop. They have my future buisness and I thank you E2
