The employees, the clients/patients and I that were inside Commonwealth Hand Physical Therapy watched a person's van being towed away from O'Reilly's store. We noticed the very large parking area at their store with warning signs posted telling people that their vehicles would be towed away at their own expense if they were not a customer at their store. I understand that there are rules for a reason. I get that. As we watched the van being towed away, the owner of the van and her young granddaughter, who looked like she may have been about 10 or 11 years old, walked in the physical therapy business and looked very upset. I asked the grandmother if the van belonged to her and she told me that it did. There were no parking spots available at the physical therapy business so she had no place to park other than the parking lot at O'Reilly's. Upon further questioning from me, the grandmother told me that the van was their only vehicle and they had made plans to take their granddaughter to a Christian Youth Camp in Alabama. Now, the granddaughter may not be able to attend the youth camp because a lot of the money they were going to use to buy gas, food and lodging will now have to be spent to get their van back. I also want to mention that there was only one vehicle parked in O'Reilly's big parking lot. I took it upon myself to walk to O'Reilly's to speak to the manager to let him know that the little girl probably won't be able to attend camp now, due to her grandparents having to pay to get their vehicle back. I understand that there are rules for a reason. I get that but the lack of compassion from the manager was unbelievable! He was a real jerk! I could understand if their parking area was full but like I mentioned, there was only one vehicle parked in their big parking area. I told the manager that my son did a lot of business with them but he would definitely not be doing anymore business with them and that I would be sharing the incident with everyone that I know. I'm also going to contact O'Reilly's corporate office and share the incident with someone in a higher up position. I think the manager at the O'Reilly's here in Berea should be made to apologize to the grandmother, the granddaughter and should reimburse the grandparents for the cost of having to pay the towing company to be able to get their vehicle back. I think the manager's name was Dillion. He yelled it out to me as I was walking out the door. I don't know how people like Dillon can even sleep at night. Mitzi

Finally they got their money back after 2 and a half hours even though they had the paperwork to prove they bought the motor. It should not be promised a motor is good when its not. Its a shame they would not refund the money when they are in the wrong. This was a waste of time and money dealing with them. Dont go here!

The cashier 1st off gave me the wrong wipers, they had to then refund me and then charge me for the 2nd pair(repeat 2 more times). I informed them I just needed the wipers and my son would install them, It took them 3 hours to install the wipers after in said repetitively you do not have to install, my son will. Incident 2: Went into the store to see about getting a replacement FOB for my car. The older gentleman took his pocket knife and took the rubber(the lock, unlock, remote start, panic buttons) off, during that process his pocket knife shorted out my key FOB($250 to get a new key and have it programmed). I gave a bad review on google, Advance Auto replied to my review to call ########. I called that number to finish the complaint and then a couple of days past and the District/Regional manager called asking me to describe the problem. I did and he chuckled at the resolution. Every since then I have been getting texts/calls/emails asking me to complete a survey. I called the 800 number again to tell them to either fix the problem or stop with the emails/texts/calls. Take your business to another auto parts store or they will end up costing you more money in end. Will not spend another dime in that store.

They are very friendly in the shop and do great work. I have NEVER had to go back to them to tweak or fix a job I already paid for. The one con here is they are kind of hard to get into, so if you need auto repair right away you may have to go somewhere else, but if you can hold off until they get you in, you will be very happy!
