Walked into Keratsini Greek Kitchen on a random weeknight and low‑key wished I lived down the street, because this gyro and fries combo was kinda dangerous. Grabbed the lamb/beef gyro with a side of Keratsini fries and it smacked. Pita was soft and warm, meat was juicy and seasoned right, and the tzatziki was super fresh and garlicky, not that bland grocery‑store stuff. Only knock is I wouldn't complain about a little more meat in there, but flavor‑wise it's fire. The real problem? Those Keratsini fries. Hand‑cut, salty, tangy, crispy, basically "don't plan on sharing" fries. I could 100% pull up just for those and a drink. Vibe is chill, order at the counter, staff is friendly and actually seem happy you showed up. Food came out quick, place felt clean, and it's perfect for a casual pull‑up after errands or work. Overall, easy 4.5 out of 5 - gyro is legit, fries are addictive, and I'd absolutely swing back through Annapolis just to run this meal back. read more

I returned to Keratsini's today for the first time this year. They have hanged the whole vibe from a more casual counter type setup where you could walk up and place your order to a full service, linen tablecloth style. I met a group of friends for lunch. They seated the eight of us at a long table and the setver agreed to let us do separate checks. People ordered a variety of items: spanokopita, a gyro, soup, a vegetarian mezza plate, the Gigante beans, and more. Everything was SO tasty. I will be returning soon with my husband. Visited on Thursday evening and was greeted by the friendly staff. Ordered gyros and Greek salad for eat-in. Food was delivered promptly and we dug in. I've been coming to this restaurant since they first opened in early 2020. The staff is pleasant. It can get quite crowded at lunch time, especially with to-go orders. There are a decent amount of tables inside - along the wall where you enter and four tops on the other side of the partition. They serve one of my favorite soups ever, avgolemono, but be careful because I've found a bone in the pulled chicken before. The whipped feta is delicious. I almost didn't want to share it, it was that good. The lemon potatoes are my favorite side. They have lots of seasoning and a lot of oil, so if you're like me and can't take one bite without getting something on your shirt, you'll need to be careful so the oil doesn't drip anywhere. My go-to order is the beef/lamb gyro. The pitas are soft and fresh, and I've never had a problem with the filling or toppings being too light. Check out the specials and dessert boards on the side of the counter before you order. They have a nice array of specials and yummy desserts sure to please anyone. read more

This is our first time here and was very surprised when our fries arrived with no ketchup. We asked and were told they were out. I said there is a grocery a few doors down. They have been out for 2 days. Dumbfounded. Simple solution, not done. Probably won't be back. The manager ultimately removed them from our bill only after we asked several times. read more

I sat at a table next to the window and it was nice and quiet while I enjoyed my meal. They also serve several different varieties if wine and I had a delicious Rosé. I would like to start off this review by stating that the food from this Greek restaurant is actually pretty good. However, the customer service is terrible. I have been eating at this restaurant weekly for a few weeks. On average I weekly spend 50-100 dollars on each visit. I would like to inform the public regarding my most recent experience at the restaurant. Today I was very excited to order 2 Gyros and 2 Lamb Kebobs. The lams was fantastic, which is why this place received one star. Both of the Gyros came to approximately 30 dollars with their online pick up service ( which already has a up charge for all of the items). Upon getting the sandwiches and getting them home I realized that they were made correctly there were missing items from the sandwich. I contacted the manager and explained the situation and stated that I eat at this restaurant at least once a week. Initially, Mike the manager stated he could give me a refund for the incorrectly made sandwiches but he would need to speak to the owner. He requested that I send him a picture of the incorrectly made sandwiches; which I did. He/Mike then contacted the owner and called me back to state that I could receive complimentary desserts for the incorrectly made sandwiches. i am not sure how two complimentary desserts even come close to the over 30 dollars I spent on the sandwiches. I would have expected a new sandwich or at least one new sandwich that was made correctly. Unfortunately , based on this experience, I am not sure about the next time I will eat at this restaurant. We are in town for a family event and came by for an early dinner. It was about 530pm on a Friday. There is no table service. You collect your own menus, silverware, etc., then return to the counter to place your order. Although after ordering and paying at the counter a server brought our dishes to our table. Basically a take out place with about 12-15 tables for dining in. The feel of the place is take out and spartan. We started with Fava smashed green peas with olive oil and onions served with pita bread. It was very good and the bread was hot. We also got the grilled octopus which was tender and delicious. The octo portion was much more generous than in our favorite Greek places. Our mains were yiouvetsi which was shrimp served over orzo with feta, and pastitsio basically a moussaka, with penne layered in with the beef. The béchamel was thick. Sides were lemon potatoes and green beans in red sauce. The sides were not memorable. Home cooking Greek food. Not high end but very good food. We paid ~$90 for two with a bottle of wine, a Greek merlot. Dionysos. It was very good. We say Food "b", service "c", hard to rate as there was none but the folks we interacted with were pleasant and helpful, ambiance "c", value "a". We would return when in the area. I ordered through DoorDash and everything came correct! I got a gyro platter with a Greek salad. The salad was good, didn't love the dressing but the ingredients were fresh. They lamb meet was very tasty and the pita bread was pretty good. Pita bread would've probably been better fresh/in the restaurant so I'll definitely go visit some time. The fries were very bland but I'd prefer to salt my own fries so that they aren't over salty. The tzatziki was tasty! Delicious greek food like your grandma would make. Lemon chicken with lemon potatoes is absolutely delicious. The gyros are excellent and the kebabs are probably the best I've ever had in the United States. They have all kinds of appetizers and everything's really delicious and just so fresh. First, let's talk about pricing. Minimum lunch entree is $20, plus a drink. They prompt you for at least a 15% service tip but I have to get my own drink, the tables are dirty, it's all high schoolers and there is no checking on me. I have to set my own table. Then the salad shows up. We all know Greek restaurants have the best salads. Salad is hardly dressed and the tomato is white in the center. In the middle of the summer. There's a wasp at my table. It's as if it's only teenagers working here, the owners are nowhere to be found and the manager is on vacation. If I'm paying $13 for my entree, hey I'm not going to take the time to write a not-so-ideal review. But if my lunch costs $30, I expect you to seat me at a clean table and be on the lookout for wasps. Kid comes over to drop my food off and can't even be bothered to ask if I need anything. Onto the good things: great ambiance! It is well-decorated, plays classic Greek music and the helpers are friendly. The platter has 2 approx 4-oz proteins, and they're juicy and well-cooked. We tried this restaurant for a Friday dinner and it was pretty good. The cuisine was fresh and tasted really good. The pitas are excellent. I had the beef/lamb gyro but it was a little light in the meat department . They also charged extra for the feta cheese which is odd for a Greek restaurant. We also ordered a french fries which were $4.99 and the order was a bit small. Kind of disappointing considering we are talking about potatoes here. Located in the shopping center with fresh market, DSW, Dutch market, Nordstrom rack. It is at the FAR end of the shopping center behind Verizon, or all the way to the right if you're facing Fresh Market. We almost missed this gem! Authentic Greek food. Family owned. Tons of vegetarian options. They have a salad with mint dressing and halloumi cheese I can't wait to try next time; I'll get it topped w/ grilled octopus! But for today, I had a dip with olives and some other spices that was a cool change from hummus and was served with warm, delicious pita. They make their own desserts! Can't wait to dig into the cheesecake we got to go. For entrees, they're ~$15-20/each but are sizable portions so you can count on having leftovers (or leaving very full). You also get a Greek salad and one side with each, so I found the price reasonable. My mom has been here many times and always gets the same thing, pastitsio, which is kind of like a beef lasagna (that's my American description). I got a shrimp dish with rice, which was also good. The green bean side was delicious, but a bit too much oil. Potatoes were good. Don't miss this addition of great, authentic Greek food to Annapolis!
