Pasticcio is one of the most memorable places I've ordered food from recently. I was recently working in the area and just completed a 12hr shift. I found this wonderful restaurant through the Too Good to Go app and also ordered an eggplant parmigiana sub. When I initially arrived at the store, I got there too early and they were not ready to give me my order. I felt immediately welcomed and made to feel at home. The restaurant was spanking clean and spotless. Not a finger smudge on glass surfaces anywhere and no crumbs or spills on the tables. Sneeze guards were crystal clear and the hospitality top notch. Whenever I pick up Too Good to Go order from restaurants, most places will just give me the food cold or room temperature. The staff at Pasticcio went above and beyond by reheating my box of amazing pizzas in their oven prior to handing it to me. HOW NICE OF THEM!! I was whining about how I needed to drive almost an hour home and whatnot and they made sure I had hot pizzas to nosh on while driving. I felt so touched and it made my visit so memorable. I know exactly where I will be getting food from and telling all of my colleagues about the place when I am back in the area. I am looking forward to returning again in the future and trying out their other menu items such as their seafood pastas and items with pesto in it! Already drooling thinking about the whole menu. We love Pasticcio. Nearly every Friday we order from there. Fantastic pizza, fresh calzones and strombolli. Any chicken dish to include grilled chicken on many of their great salads is delicious. And they have the best French fries (boom boom shrimp, guilty pleasure). Tiramisu is wonderful. So their food is awesome. So after all that- why not 5 stars? It's because you don't want to eat there. We ordered two pastas for takeout. They were warm even after bringing them home and each was well prepared any very tasty.

The salmon salad was so good, my friend and I had one for lunch and came back after shopping to get another one to take home for dinner. The management here will speak bad about you in spanish. I don't usually write reviews, but this experience was too disrespectful to ignore. My friends and I came in just to enjoy some food and hang out, nothing out of the ordinary. But we were given weird looks the entire time, like we didn't belong there. He was at the host stand talking to his other coworkers about her in front of her face! Their prices are pre-covid before this crazy inflation. And I hope it continues to stay that way. I got a huge cheeseburger and fries for $10. A "side" of fettuccine Alfredo which was definitely a full portion, for $6, and I forgot how much the chicken parm was-I think $12. The cheeseburger was so good that I went back the next day for another one. I don't know if it's a pre-made patty or real beef, but I know that it's darn good. The Alfredo was bland. Just tasted like butter and some people may like that. But it's the creamiest Alfredo I've ever had and the noodles had a texture like they are homemade. When I got home I added seasonings, broccoli and shrimp and it was amazing. I saw someone with a big salad and the best looking shrimp on top like it was from a fine dining restaurant. I ordered and spent $43.15 for one slice of pizza, chicken soup, fagioli soup, grilled shrimp salad, two sodas and slice of cake. I have been there many times for takeout and eat-in. The food is good, however, I had the following problem yesterday! The grilled shrimp salad is a large portion (which is great); when I asked for a container to take the rest home I was given a container they would probably hold 1/4 of the remaining salad. I then asked for a larger container and was told "you should have ordered it to go". I didn't realize I needed to order to go in order to get a larger to go container! The employee was not customer service oriented and his attitude was negative! Won't be going back there. As well there were other customers who overhead this and agreed if spending that amount i should have received a container!! read more

The first time I ordered from here was great. My husband had ordered a stromboli and pizza and I went to pick up the order. I assume the owner got my order and then asked me to wait due to the stromboli being burnt. They remade it and it was delicious. The next time my husband ordered and I went to pick it up was awful. The man on the phone was NASTY. My husband called at 8:30-8:45 the business closes at 9pm. He asked if the kitchen was still open and the man took his order but sighed heavily throughout it. I was on my way home from work racing home to pick this up. Got there at literally 9:03pm and this bald guy who is clearly the man my husband spoke with pretty much throws the order at me griping about how I'm late and they closed.
