The move was a smooth process. The team arrived on time and brought the wardrobe boxes I requested, they also boxed up one box of items I didn't have a place to put. I did feel at times the team could have moved a little faster and completed the move before the 3hr. minimum, especially given the move was only a 4min drive away, but all in all I'm very happy with the service I received as was the landlord because the team laid down mats to protect the floors. One other item, I found it strange the team didn't have change when the client is encouraged to pay cash due to the discount. read more

Last week, I had Kerb help me move from Oakland to San Francisco. I requested a quote on the yelp app and they responded within a minute! Before long other companies started to blow up my Yelp inbox but I stuck with them because they could were very nice and professional to me. The others just wanted a yes or no answer within seconds which I found very rude and off putting. The customer service here is a very on point. I'm a girl who likes it very simple and professional so it works for me. Anyway, I scheduled a time within the week. They didn't disappoint me! The movers showed up 10 minutes earlier and greeted me and my family. They quickly wrapped my furniture with special wooden crates and packed all my other stuff in moving boxes. I watched them put all my family's valuables carefully and cautiously. I am very anal about my things and so is my family. We don't want anything cracked or scratched so the fact that they brought it all up to SF without any issues was a miracle. As soon as we got to our new home in SF and they dropped off all our furniture and valuables, I inspected EVERYTHING. There was no scratches, dings, or problems at all! Very impressive. We've had movers in the past bang up our property and damage lamp vases when we moved from Seattle to the bay so you have no idea how grateful I am that this time wasn't the case. Professional, capable, and helpful! Kerb just moved us from SF to Oakland, and we had a great experience. They arrived in a huge, really nice truck (two guys), brought us 5 wardrobe boxes which was so helpful, and didn't charge extra or complain about the flight of stairs. We had a LOT of boxes and decent amount of furniture to move, so it did take a while, but that was to be expected. To top it off, it was pouring rain, and the poor guys had to keep going out into the rain, but they kept our stuff clean and dry! We are very pleased with the price and service. Just recently, this company helped me moved and I couldn't be happier with their customer service. Not only was the price low for the distance but they arrived at the time they said, they were polite, helpful, answered all my questions to put me at ease. They were also very professional and I could tell they knew what they were doing because they were efficient. There were a couple of items I had that were valuable so I was a bit nervous with those but they used special crates to transport those items which I really appreciated. I had a lot of large and heavy furniture that I needed to move from SB to LA and I was so stressed out about it because I needed to be out within a very small time frame but I'm so glad that I went with this moving company through my friend's recommendation. When I initially used Yelp to find somebody, I chose a local South Bay mover that had outstanding reviews, so I was surprised when I got a call-back from Kerb (not the company name I thought I was calling). But the person on the phone was very professional and definite about all the details. The move itself was close to flawless. I was actually having three whole rooms moved from upstairs to downstairs and back for renovations. and the stairways are not easy. On both moves, the two guys called, showed up on time, followed instructions, and very effectively arranged everything into a very confined space (good sense of spacial arrangement).
