Very professional, knowledgeable and helpful with no pressure that I have seen in other dealerships. You leave knowing you are cared about and can feel confident in your investment. I would not recommend this dealership. I purchased a preowned 2018 Pacifica with less than 30k miles on August 5th. Two days and less than 50 miles later, the car wouldn't start. The check engine light came on, and several check engine messages started to display. The most concerning of which was a Service Shifter message. The vehicle could not be shifted out of park. It was completely immobilized. Approximately 30 minutes later, the vehicle started, the check engine light turned off and started operating normally. I contacted the dealership who agreed to inspect the vehicle, so I drove it back to the dealership on August 8th. At first, the dealership seemed genuinely concerned and eager to help. They sublet the service work to Jake Sweeny Chrysler. One week later I received a call from Kerry Buick's service department saying they didn't find anything wrong with the vehicle and that it was ready for pick up. This was worst case scenario, and needless to say I was very concerned at this point. It's only a matter of time until this issue happens again, and it might not be in my garage next time. I drove to the dealership and spoke with Blake (a sales manager). I explained that I didn't have confidence in this vehicle and that I wasn't leaving with it unless they offered me an extended warranty at no cost. I was told that wasn't possible for reasons that didn't make any sense. I asked Blake to check if they had any other vehicles in stock that were comparable, but that was unsuccessful as well. The worst part of the situation is that Blake admitted to me that if the issue had occurred when I test drove the vehicle on August 5th they would not have sold the vehicle until they identified the problem because it would be a customer complaint waiting to happen. But since it happened 48 hours later in my garage, he was totally okay with letting me drive off in it. What started as a great car-buying experience has been completely ruined by this dealership's lack of accountability. All I can do now is hope this vehicle doesn't leave my family stranded somewhere. We purchased a 2023 GMC Sierra Denali recently and have been experiencing a shudder and shaking when driving since day one. We took it to the dealer to have it checked out. The service manager acknowledged the shudder and told us that it was in an acceptable range and that GMC has bad transmissions. When talking with the sales staff and sales manager, they also indicated that many people have had the same complaints. The sales manager took my information and told me he would check into things and get back to me. That was almost a month ago and still no call. I have since talked to my sales person and she also told me that she would get back to me. That has been several weeks now. I didn't expect when paying $75,000 for a new truck that we would feel like we are driving down a cobblestone road. Very disappointed. No calls, no response. NEW I bough at 2012 Buick Enclave here in March 2021, I drove it for about a month and the engine blew. It was in the shop for three months and then I got it back and after two weeks another part of the engine went. Back in the shop it goes. I got it back a week and half later and I've had it for about a couple of weeks and the check engine light is back on. They sold me a lemon. Do not buy a car from here. read more

I know I bought it as is but really 15 mins after I drove it from the lot it as a small issue and I am told to bad It's your classic salesman egos and some of them don't have a clue. Todd,Montana,Michael and a 12 year old boy that is somehow a salesmen to the GM are Just awful people I really don't know how they sleep at night. I was interested in a Buick Encore that was originally listed at $19,600. A few days later the price had increased to over $22,000. When I questioned the price increase, the representative told me that it was because the car was now certified. Another representative told me the car had been in an accident while being used as a courtesy vehicle and would let me know when it would be available to test drive. After ten days, they contacted me to let me know the vehicle had been repaired and we set up a day and time for a test drive. They knew I was coming from four hours away and would hold the vehicle until I got there. I received a text after I drove four hours saying the vehicle had been in another accident (that the representative didn't seem to know about even though this was on their watch) but they had a similar vehicle available. Very misleading and feels a lot like bait and switch. I test drove the other vehicle but needless to say we couldn't reach a deal. The person making the decision didn't have the decency to come out and talk to us. Beyond disappointed is putting it mildly. read more

I am writing this email detailing the terrible experience I had on February 16, 2018 purchasing a vehicle from Kerry Buick GMC. I first worked with Rick Mcdaniel and he was the consummate professional and I had a wonderful experience working with him. I was then turned over to Matt Painter and the rest of the sales department and my experience turned into a nightmare. My family has a long history of GMC ownership including working for General Motors. We are a GMC house including my fiance who is currently leasing a GMC Acadia. I have been researching cars to buy and I saw the current manufacturer rebates coupled with GMS pricing, my fiance in the household currently leasing a GM vehicle, I am a first time buyer, and I was trading in a 07 or newer vehicle. I found the car that I wanted. The internet price says $30,860. Due to qualifying for GMS pricing Matt told me I qualified to purchase the vehicle for $31,230.63. My fiance and I said to Matt I have to pay a higher price than what the dealer is selling the car for because I qualify for GMS pricing? Surely this was just a typo. Apparently this was intentional. I was then told I didn't understand the algorithm and he is simply shifting around numbers, it's simple math, and its just $370.63 dollars. I responded to Matt and said yes Matt I understand that you shifted an additional $370.63 on top of the dealer price hoping I would not notice. I have noticed and please remove the $370.63. After several minutes of aggressive gesturing, misogynistic tones towards my fiance, and overall intimidation tactics attempting to get me to waive the $370.63 extra Matt added to the price Matt finally told me he would remove the $370.63. Matt said to me we are talking about $370.63 its not that big of a deal. Yes it is a big deal because the $370.63 represents the destroyed confidence I had in the deal and Kerry Buick. Matt lied to me, I called him out on the lie, Matt doubled down on the lie, and then attempt to gaslight me when when I brought up the issue. I then asked Matt if he included incentive number 2 on the incentive list which is an incentive for having a GM lease in the household. Which I qualify for as there is a lease in the household. Matt conflated this incentive with incentive number 3 which states are you or anyone in your household currently leasing a non-GM vehicle. Matt used incentive 3 as justification for not allowing incentive two which is inaccurate. I qualified for incentive rebate number 2 and I never received the rebate. Finally, I asked about the $1,000 off the vehicle or a $1,000 gift card to Walmart, Home Depot, or Best Buy as I saw this came with every new car purchase and the deal was never mentioned to me. I was told that I already got a good enough deal and that I don't qualify for the deal because of the manufacturer rebate. I went back and looked at the ad and the add does not say anything about a manufacturer rebate cancelling out a dealer promotion. I called again the following day and again I informed Matt that I qualified for the promotion. This time I was informed that since any money came off of the MSRP I did not qualify. Once again another story that does not match the advertised promotion. I then call and reach a different representative in the sales department who tells me that I do qualify for the $1,000 off or $1,000 gift card and the fact the manufacturer has issued a rebate has no bearing on the dealership promotion. I then call back to Matt and inform Matt of this information. Matt then tells me sorry your not getting the gift card you got a good enough deal. At the end of the day I bought the car because I liked the Acadia. I however had a horrible customer service experience at a dealership that holds itself out as having phenomenal customer service. The entire store with the exception of Rick McDaniel was rude and snide to my fiance and I and made several off color comments to me such as "you beat us" and "you already got a good enough deal," and "I am just ready to go home" when referencing legitimate concerns of mine. I came to Kerry based off of the phenomenal self-proclaimed customer service reputation however I am never going to buy another car from Kerry. Thanks, Chris read more

I had the MOST Unprofessional experience with a service rep named Curt Williams at their service desk. No respect because I said recall when I should have said "Special Coverage Adjustment" he shut down mentally, mind you I tried to give him the Code Scan-Dashboard Light numbers provided by the certified mechanic. I ended up calling the 800 number which he told me to get off the website, I guess it was to much for him to just give it, so I get home call the number, they in turn call him back and while on a 3way call he hangs up on us. REAL professional right so the young lady calls another dealership who agrees to at least look at my car and run a diagnostic, Kerry never even offered that service of any type. Wouldn't even look up the Special Coverage Adjustment number. I had car here for service 10/30/2017 only to be out of town on 5/25/2018 to have same work redone that they claim was done. Someone need do a diagnostic on their service department and people skills. read more

I think their phones don't work? My fiancé bought a car that was supposed to be a certified preowned. A light came on before we even left and they told us to drive home and see if it would shut off. It didn't Turns out the caliper on the brake they just certified had a loose bolt. That caused $800 worth of damage. This is still the same day we bought the car. The dealership agreed we to pay to fix the problem that they were responsible for and all seemed fine. One week later the mechanic has not received their check, we don't have a car and it has been fixed for days. Every time my fiancé calls someone says they will call him back and they ever do. No one has confirmed that any check has been sent and those who claim it has give conflicting stories. No one seems to know where to find a tracking number. Now it's Memorial Day weekend and we wanted to take the long drive to see friends and family but now we have to sit at home and call call call until we get any answers. I would have given this dealership 5 stars until the second we signed papers and all went down hill. Liars...bait and switch. Tried to buy a car and their website broke down cost and rebates line by line to arrive at the sale price. It even broke out the savings line by line. Then they claimed they couldn't actually sell me the car at the advertised price because that the price also had a $2,000 discount in it for a trade-in. No where in the price breakdown or line item listing of the pricing details clearly shown in the ad on their website did it show the $2,000. Classic bait and switch scam by typical scam dealer. Swear to God...years ago I met( in a social setting ) a GM for one of the Kerry dealerships and I told him that I tried to by a car from them. He asked me if they tried to screw me and I said yes they did and he told me that they try to screw everyone so he's not surprised. That was years ago and I thought maybe they had changed. Wrong! Will not be back to buy a car! They owed us money and it took us from March 16 the day we bought the car until April 27 to get my money. The only reason I got the money that day is because I was tired of being pushed around and had to make an hour trip there to get it. I had been pushed off from people to people including Titus Ashley Bruce David and the manager Joe. Joe the manager would not return any of my phone calls I had called him four times on April 26 he would not return any of my calls. When I went down to get my check once again Joe would not come out and talk to me and he was too busy and that was at 10:30 AM. I would not get any apology from him for all the trouble and hassle we had been through. I had called several times throughout the month that I was waiting on my check and no one would ever call me back. I would have to be the one to call them back to or three times and then get pushed off to somebody else. I had bought a new Buick enclave and This is how we was treated. However we did run into one nice guy who helped us name Raymond. Raymond was the only one who acted like he cared and would tell us the truth. We got lied to by saying the money was sent to us and when we talk to the lady she had never cut us a check didn't know our situation and did not know who we was. Well, here I am again! About 7 months ago, I wrote a review on Google about Kerry Buick and at that time, said I wouldn't do any type of business with them again. Well I decided to take my car there for service 1. due to convenience since their 2 miles from me and 2. the service manager whom I've known for almost 20 years is someone I trust with my car. I dropped my car off at Kerry on August 9th to have the transmission looked at because it wasn't shifting in "manual" mode. I have an extended warranty but the transmission also had a 3 year, 50K mile warranty from GM. The transmission was installed 2 years ago and I was nowhere near the mileage so GM should've taken care of this. One week goes by and I don't hear anything from the dealership, so I call. There's no progress made and they were waiting for a response from GM. Another week goes by, still no answer from GM. Good thing I have another car, or I would be racking up charges in rental car fees waiting for my car to be repaired. I wait another week before I call again and there's still no answer or correspondence from GM so I ask the dealership about contacting my warranty company. It's now September 20th when this happens. It would be another full week before approval was given to fix my car! I don't place all of the blame on the dealership for the time it took to get my car repaired because my warranty company is extremely bad with paying for repairs and returning phone calls but I do feel the dealer should have been in contact with me more to let me know what was going on with my car. My car was finally ready on October 3rd. I pay my deductible for the repair and decided to take the car out and see how it runs. I literally went 2 blocks and my car stopped on me because it was out of gas! I noticed the low fuel light was on when I got in, so I was heading to the gas station when I headed out. it stopped literally 250 yards from the gas station! So i call the dealer and they had me call a tow company they use. I thought they were going to take care of this but I was stuck with a $50 dollar tow bill to tow me to the gas station. I should've just called On-Star and waited for them to come but it was my granddaughter's birthday and I was trying to get home so we could celebrate. The next day I stop by the dealership to see if they would reimburse me but I was told that it was my fault that I dropped my car off with now gas in it. My low fuel light was NOT on when I dropped it off and they claimed they only drove my car 9 miles. This has really left a bad taste in my mouth because I've had several really bad experiences with the Kerry Automotive group over the past years but I decided to give them a chance and got burned again! Now today, Oct. 12, 2018, the general manager emailed me to tell me that as of today, they would no longer service any of my vehicles. Like really? So you inconvenience me, ruin my credit with the yo yo scam you tried to pull on me when I bought my new car back in February, run my credit through 14 banks even when I was already preapproved through my bank, you want to get an attitude because I filled out YOUR review of YOUR service department, you don't want to have anything to do with me? Well that's all and well! I will be sure that everyone knows about the tactics and shotty service your dealership gives to its customers! WELL NEVER EVER AGAIN! I was warned, not to buy a vehicle here. It is a cesspool. Just like their lounge. Went in for my free oil change. I had an appointment at 10:30. If I hadn't walked outside at 11:15 and seen my car still sitting there, I probably would still be sitting there. Supposedly you get a free car wash, but my car was Just as dirty as when I got there. When I asked why it wasn't washed it was like,duh. They were supposed to fix the light in the radio screen. I was told we tapped on the dashboard and couldn't find the problem. My husband and I have been in search of a vehicle with a very narrow search window. There have been 3 vehicles that fit our criteria we found at this particular dealership. The first one was no longer available when we called. We called on a second vehicle and were told by Nick that he had to make sure it was still on the lot but would call us back within about 10 minutes. After 2 hours I called back and a woman stated that Nick was out in the lot making sure they still had the vehicle, but he would call us back shortly. I figured Nick had just gotten caught up doing something else and it slipped his mind. No big deal right? Well I never received a call back. After talking with my husband we decided to no pursue it any further just because we were not up for the continual phone tag. The next week they got another car in that we were definitely interested in. We called the dealership and guess what? Nick answered the phone. He stated they could not take a down payment to hold the vehicle until we could get there since it was a used vehicle. This was an issue for us as we would be coming in from 2 hours away. Even though we were not impressed by Nick's customer service, we thought this car is potentially a great deal so we will give him another shot. He told us that since we could not get there until the weekend he would call us first thing Saturday when they opened at 9AM to let us know if they had the car still. By 9:28 AM we had not heard anything, and thought well we will just go ahead and call in case they forgot or it is just busy. Nick stated he would call us back in about 10 minutes to see if they still had the car. Trying to avoid the 2 hour delay we experienced the last time he said this I stated that we would be coming in from out of town to get the car and will be leaving within the hour if they have it. He said his boss had just walked by and that he would check with him to make it more convenient for us. He got back on the phone and stated they still had it and that he would make an apt with the sales manager for noon to see that car. He also stated that he would have his manager send me a text message with their address and information on how to get to the dealership. (I never received this test message) We left shortly after and of course we were running about 15 minutes behind. I had called about 30minutes prior to arrival to let them know we were running behind and to double check to make sure they still had the car. He stated they did and he would make a note and let the sales manager know. When we arrived the parking lot was crazy. Between the cars that were lined up for sale and the customers' cars, we felt like there was no room in the lot and it was just chaos. As we were walking into the show room for our appointment, were stopped to ask if we could be helped. We stated we had an appointment with the sales manager. The man asked if it was on a certain car and we told him which one. He then stated well it had sold first thing this morning. Needless to say we were very disappointed. The sales manager came out and said that the person we had been talking with was in business not sales so he would not know for sure and that he should have let the sales manager know about this. I would agree with everything he said except for the fact that it is not our fault (in which we felt the sales manager indirectly laid on our hands) the person the company has answering the phones did not do his job appropriately. Then the sales manager stated well we cannot get you in that car but can we get you in another car? Are you kidding me? Do you think I would want to support your business in any way, shape, or form? NO! Needless to say we will not return to this dealership nor will we recommend them to anyone ever. Instead, we will write our review on every site out there so that potential customers get the true feel on how this dealership is ran. read more

I wrote a review on another website but feel it is worth reposting here: Went to look at a leftover new '13 GMC truck as the 2014s were covering the lot. Battery died during test drive. Salesman was very nice but forced by cocky sales manager to offer me $1400 for my trade. They stated the reason was because my particular model truck was no longer made (Mazda truck). KBB, NADAGuides, Blackbook all had my truck trade value of $5000-$7100 trade based on condition and history. I had a written offer from a local competitor across the street for $5900 for my truck. When I tried to discuss the price of the Sierra itself (online listed $10,000 less than the price they were trying to get me to pay!) they said I didn't get the special online pricing because I refused to finance with Ally and not trade my truck in. An absolute joke. I'm very suspect of all the similarly-written positive reviews on their Ford listing online, seems they want to sucker the next potential buyer in only to be insulted and lied to.
