BST was assigned for my tow and arrived 15 minutes earlier then expected in a sparkling newer RAM tow truck. The driver (Chris) jumped out and got my information from me, snapped a few pictures and inputted the vin; took about 3 minutes. Hooked it up and loaded it in about 7 minutes. I hopped in the cab and we were off, 5 minute drive. Got to know the driver a bit, he grew up in the bay just like myself so we had a hoot talking about all the changes we've seen. He's been towing 25+ years! Drop off took about 2 minutes. Now my Nissans a little beat up so I wasn't expecting too much but the care this man took was as if he was handling super cars; readjusting if the bumper was getting a little too close to the ground and double checking straps/chains truly put me at ease. Great experience, if I have a choice I am choosing these folks again!

Since we have AAA we called them first. After spending 30+ minutes trying to navigate their AI call center I finally got a live person after pressing 0 a dozen times. All to be told even thou we have towing coverage they would not tow a trailer. Found AC Towing and after one ring a human answered and helped us out. The team arrived and got the trailer loaded and back home in Elk Grove. Thank you so much for your great service.

This time we were told that the call-out was cancelled. They did not contact us, we had to find out by repeatedly calling them. We never received a reason why or who cancelled the call-out. Unless you like waiting in the cold for hours for people that do not show, I highly recommend that you do not use this towing company.

My insurance company roadside towing services dept called to check to see if tow truck showed up yet and while I was on the phone with them, tow truck driving was yelling at me saying "aren't you going to tell them that I went to El Dorado Hills Blvd. You not gonna tell them. Tell them, them that I went to El Dorado Hills Blvd". I mentioned it to my insurance company roadside service that tow driving is upset about it. They say they'll contact Kessler's Towing to clear miss-communication. Since there's only 2 sits in tow truck, my girls and I waited for my niece to pick us up and husband and son went with tow truck. My niece got loss trying to find us and my husband was busy giving her direction and tow driver went crazy on my husband saying " I know you don't like me and I can drop your car right here right now. You are not saying anything to me but I know you don't like me." My husband was not sure why the tow truck driver was saying that. Now, that we are home and save, we did some research and realized that if a tow truck driver hook up your car and you tell them not to tow it, you still have to pay them the tow trip which is the full amount as if they towed your car. NEVER EVER use this tow company. SERVICE IS HORRIBLE.
