It's so crowded, full of dead vehicles lining the driveway and all over the lot, it's extremely hard to turn around. Especially with a trailer! At the 3 month mark they told us it'd FOR SURE be ready by that Friday. So back down we went WITH THE TRAILER. Low and behold they didnt have it ready AGAIN!! We finally had enough of them jerking us around, my husband had them sign written paperwork stating they would deliver the engine free of charge BY WEDNESDAY or we'd get our money back. They no called no showed. We asked our money back and they had the audacity to tell us they were keeping a restocking fee. To restock WHAT?! We were NEVER GIVEN THE PRODUCT!!! You can't charge a restocking fee when the customer was never given what they ordered!! There was nothing to RESTOCK!! They finally reimbursed us the entire amount but only after we threatened legal action. We will NEVER use these sheisty con artists again!! And we will tell anyone one will listen what horrible, unorganized, lying, sheisty business people they are. Worst experience EVER!!! And any 5 star reviews are probably the employees or friends...cause everyone I've talked to since has had the same experience as we have. HORRIBLE BUSINESS!!

With our truck broken down, we had been unable to bring our trash to be picked up for almost two weeks. Our driver allowed us to load the cans in our truck and follow him to the end of our road to unload them before trash day. He assisted my husband and was extremely kind throughout. I was connected through my insurance company, but given the experience, I would return and recommend Extreme Towing 10//10 times.

Since there's only 2 sits in tow truck, my girls and I waited for my niece to pick us up and husband and son went with tow truck. My niece got loss trying to find us and my husband was busy giving her direction and tow driver went crazy on my husband saying " I know you don't like me and I can drop your car right here right now. You are not saying anything to me but I know you don't like me." My husband was not sure why the tow truck driver was saying that. Now, that we are home and save, we did some research and realized that if a tow truck driver hook up your car and you tell them not to tow it, you still have to pay them the tow trip which is the full amount as if they towed your car. NEVER EVER use this tow company. SERVICE IS HORRIBLE.
