I was able to find the rear axle for my 1989 F150. I looked everywhere, but could not find one. Bonanza had two, and a great price too. Took it to my mechanic, and have been driving my truck everyday. The best thing is that you don't have to walk around looking for your part, then have to pull it off yourself. Then drag it up to the front of an yard and pay. They will pull the part for you and load it into your vehicle. I will buy from them again. DO NOT GO HERE. (I'd give negative stars if I could!) They will take your money and jerk you around. We paid $1250 (down payment) to purchase an engine from them. After multiple phone calls (2 - 4 a week) and HOURS of waiting on hold each time, to be hung up on and start all over, we were either told "at the end of the week" or "next week" which happened over the course of 3 months. We physically drove there 4 times, because they had PROMISED it'd be done by "Friday." It wasn't. It's so crowded, full of dead vehicles lining the driveway and all over the lot, it's extremely hard to turn around. Especially with a trailer! At the 3 month mark they told us it'd FOR SURE be ready by that Friday. So back down we went WITH THE TRAILER. Low and behold they didnt have it ready AGAIN!! We finally had enough of them jerking us around, my husband had them sign written paperwork stating they would deliver the engine free of charge BY WEDNESDAY or we'd get our money back. They no called no showed. We asked our money back and they had the audacity to tell us they were keeping a restocking fee. To restock WHAT?! We were NEVER GIVEN THE PRODUCT!!! You can't charge a restocking fee when the customer was never given what they ordered!! There was nothing to RESTOCK!! They finally reimbursed us the entire amount but only after we threatened legal action. We will NEVER use these sheisty con artists again!! And we will tell anyone one will listen what horrible, unorganized, lying, sheisty business people they are. Worst experience EVER!!! So the place is a scam more than anything else. Adversarial and confrontational at best. They have old cars there supposedly for sale but there just trophies for show rotting unless someone probably pays more than top dollar in as is condition, not to mention if a salvage title. So found substitute for part trim as car with right trim I guess was not available from verbal after waiting for employee for at least 1/2 hour. The substitute trim was not available for sale as this was part of a seat in poor condition that the business claimed I needed to buy outrageous price for neglected salvage item left open to the elements. So the owner showed up and took my info for exact part and never replied. He had to guide out as bothered sides of only narrow road in or out, was overcrowded with cars or parts. Had to drive backwards all the way out. A total waste of time and one of the worst experiences from any business in my life. I had to replace my window. They picked up the phone and talked to me even before they were open and they told me they wanted to double check the part visually before they told me they had it. They called back an hour later and confirmed that they had the window and it was intact. I went over there and I got the window. The person behind the counter was clearly very busy but took time to get my part and check me out. I also, as a person intimidated by sort of traditional culture related to cars, I was put at ease by the interesting and eccentric nature of the shop. I wish that I had read these reviews before I ordered from them. They seemed legit, and the price they wanted to charge was about what I expected. The gentleman on the phone took my info and credit card number and said he would have the part pulled and charge me when he got it. So, later that day my car was charged but there was no email or text with a tracking number. He said he someone would call me with it the following Monday (it was Friday afternoon). No call. Called Monday and he gave me a number for some shipper I'd never heard of that supposedly works with FedEx. The tracking number didn't work for them or FedEx, and when I called them, they said they only shipped heavy freight items (not the small item I ordered). Called back and he said the office manager would call me back. I eventually gave up and called my credit card company to reverse the charges. I don't understand how they can run a business this way. They wasted my time and theirs and in the end they didn't make any money. Don't EVER buy anything from the place unless you go in person and pay for the part once it is in your hands. After agreeing on a price and checking with them the stock number for the vehicle I drove 40 minutes to pick up the part, waited at the gate for 10 minutes and then another half hour while they did nothing just for them to try to give me a ripped seat and telling me that's what we agreed on, pulled up the stock number I gave them and the car that showed the good seat and they told me it was more expensive for that one and didn't honor the agreed on price. We called about the ETA 2 days later and was told that one of the salesman's mother in laws would bring it in her suv because she lived in the area and they didnt want to have to bring it themselves. It never came. We called the next day and was told oh sorry ya cant make it, maybe tomorrow. After going thru this over and over, every day, being promised one thing and being left waiting with absolutely NO COMMUNUCATION... We didn't get the door till over 2 WEEKS later after hours around 6pm. It arrived on a random tow truck, poorly strapped down, with a ton of damage. I called and asked our salesman Scott for any help. He said talk to Charles the manager. I emailed and called 3 times a day, EVERY DAY, trying to reach Charles and Scott told me every single time "um... he is not available." I sent many emails with pictures and all the info to see about a credit for the repairs or get a discount for the damaged that they were responsible for and was told no! A few days later, some random guy named Bob emailed me and said they aren't responsible for the damage or the delay in shipping, and asked if we had pictures of the door before it was touched. And refused to offer any help or refund or anything! They are taking advantage of people and highly unprofessional. Called in the morning and picked up the part in the same day! The staff was friendly and competent!! Even asked if we needed anything else! The only other thing I wanted was a tour! Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a business. I was looking for some parts for my car. When I first called Bonanza they said they had the parts in their yard. I got there waited almost an hour for them to look around their yard, no parts. They made a phone call and said they found the parts in their Pollock Pines yard and they would have them the following day. So I paid for the parts, call the next day and they say their employee did not show up for work. Bonanza said the parts would be at their yard the following day. I show up at their yard, no parts. They made up a lame excuse and then said they located the parts in the Bay Area and they would arrive in 2 days. I show up at the yard in 3 days and again no parts. Then Bonanza says they located the parts in Fresno and they would arrive in 2 days. I call before travelling out there again and their salesman says the truck arrived without the parts. I give up and ask for a refund. The salesman agrees to issue a refund to my credit card and I would see it within 7 to 10 days. ("Pat, I think I can solve the puzzle"). Correct, they never issued a refund. Then I get an email from the owner/ manager saying he would issue a refund. (Pat, I'd like to solve). Correct, refund was never issued. This miserable outfit is incapable of telling the truth. I contacted my credit card company and they reversed the charges. As an aside, before calling Bonanza, I called a few dismantlers in Sacramento. The last one I spoke with suggested I try Bonanza because they may have the parts for my type of vehicle. The Power Steering Pump on my 1984 Mazda Rx-7 GSL-SE gave up the "Ghost"..Went on that website Car-Parts.com to do a nationwide search and found one out in California at Bonanza Auto Dismantlers ....Called and spoke to Bob the day after Memorial Day to ask about the part and he answered all my questions and concerns....The price was very reasonable for a VERY rare part to find ....Sent me a photo of the part and sent it out on Wed and just received it today on Sunday! I am all the way on the East Coast ..The whole experience was very easy! Bob went Above and Beyond !..I will not hesitate to order more parts from them because I have a collection of Classic 80's Japanese Cars that will eventually need hard to find parts ....I wish i can give more than 5 stars ....THANK YOU SO MUCH !!! They've got everything there, even really hard to find parts! The waiting area is really cool. I saw a review that talked about it, and I was worried, but that person was highly overreacting. It was actually a neat zoo to look at. The bugs weren't that bad, and there's no smell unless you go stick your face over there. The seats are actually a good distance away from the amazing petting zoo. And there is a waiting area inside. The communication might be a little off, but I understood once I visited.
