Fukuburger, flavors you'll only find at their restaurants. Delicious!

Colin and Mags have grown this Food Truck business into an iconic mainstream restaurant. Japanese fusion at its best with their signature burgers and fries! Everyone should try everything on their menu, especially my personal favorite, the Tamago (Egg) burger. Always fun to hear the "silly" names being called out for each order, hilarious! This location is near China Town is perfect sitting close to other great restaurants to eat at. Thanks you guys for spoiling us since the good ol' days of the finding and following their food truck!

I came by to try Fukuburger for a quick bite to before meeting up my friends at the casino for a bachelor party weekend. This location in Chinatown is a stand alone restaurant and has plenty of parking around the building. Also to note, there is a disclaimer/warning to customers to be careful of your belongings and luggage since this area has smash and grab thrives. The restaurant had a sign upon entering. The location wasn't too busy when I arrived there were about 10 tables inside for dining. I was on a time crunch so I decided on getting the Fuku Burger. The location lots of posters and sticker walls around the restaurant. There is a code needed for the restroom as well. My order was ready fast and I really enjoyed this burger. It tasted delicious after a long drive from California. The Fuku burger was bursting with all kinds of flavor. I had always wanted to try a burger here and am happy I finally ate one. Their flavor profiles make Fuku very unique and a solid choice for a burger in this Chinatown area. Overall, the burger was excellent and I finished it in minutes! Thanks, Fukuburger! ( ^_^)b

I have never been to this location but it is open late which is perfect when you're craving a burger. They do not have a plant based burger only vegetarian. It was pretty good. Good size portion and lots of fries. It was super busy on a Friday late night but we still have to wait pretty long for our order. Overall would go back if I'm craving burger and fries late night and want something better than your average drive thru. Pricing was about $40 for 2 combos with fries and drink. They do have some unique flavor combinations.

This was my first time at this location (I had the food truck years ago). Small spot, less than 10 tables + some bar stools. Chill vibe, good music, had to move tables bc the air vent was blowing directly on us and we were freezing! Service was on point and I love how they tell you to pick a funny name for your order! Burger was tasty, seasoned well and slightly crispy on the outside. It was bit underdone though and I'm not an oversized lettuce girl- can't we all agree to fit the lettuce to the size of the bun? Lol Fries were fresh and came out piping hot (which I love). I wish they had a better beer selection, but Hazy Little Thing did the trick!

This place was so good!! It is located in Chinatown, about 10-15 minutes off the Strip. It's a small restaurant with unique, anime-themed decor. We tried the tamago burger, kinoko burger, and jazz fries. I tried both burgers and liked both of them in their own way. The kinoko burger is very strong in pickled ginger flavor. The teriyaki sauce is sweet and more subtle in flavoring. The tamago burger was very rich and buttery; i would say the fried onion strings were the star of this burger. Prices were very affordable, especially given its location. Serving size was generous. The fries came with a lot of gravy and spicy mayo. The three of us were stuffed and were not able to finish our fries. We did find the food to be a little too salty for us, especially in combination with the gravy fries. Wait time was reasonable. The restaurant has a small collection of board games available to their customers, so we played Cards Against Humanity while we waited.

I love that everything is unfiltered fun, you know the meal is going to be good when they ask for a nickname for the order, and it can be *anything*. Restaurant is a little small, the place usually fills up so most tables will be taken. If you have a big party, it might be difficult to fit everyone at the same table. I got the tamago burger with fries. The burger was delicious, it had everything a good burger should have and more. The fries were also seasoned really well. The prices are very affordable as well, making it a great value I can highly recommend.

They don't have many vegan options. All I could get were the fries, which I did get. The restaurant is kind of all over the place with random stuff everywhere and they want you to pick a weird name for your order. I don't know just a strange experience. I'm just here for a trip, but am ok not coming back here.

Anime themed burger spot where you are actually encouraged to say a wildly outrageous or funny name so the server can yell the name when your order is ready! I got the tamago burger as the server recommended the tamago or buta over the classic fuku burger - after all, it is all the same price so it is better value to get something a bit more exciting. The burger came out fairly quickly and it was a good lunch (even without fries) portions-wise. I loved how perfectly runny the egg was, and the crispy onion strings were super flavorful while not taking away the overall flavor of the burger. This is definitely one of the better spots for a quick, delicious meal, and great value.

The store has many unique decorations. The staff are very nice and friendly. Our favorites are Fuku fries and Naga Dog. The fries are very crispy and flavorful. The hotdog had many different ingredients that created a very unique flavor. The Fuku burger was ok. The patty was a little dry for our order. We will definitely come back to try the rest :)

Phenomenal burgers! We had such a nice experience here. We stopped in and were looking at the menu for a while when eventually the owner came in and he kindly walked us through the menu. He was so friendly and gave us the full rundown of everything. He mentioned wanting to model the place after In-N-Out but wanting to put his own Japanese twist to his burgers. We got the tamago burger which has a fried egg in it and a side of fuku fries. Oh my god it was incredible. The patty was juicy and cooked perfectly - we got it cooked medium rare. It's really unique in terms of flavors - sure it's a classic burger with an egg in it but it's also made with wasabi mayo, teriyaki and onion strings. Everything worked so well together. Just a hands down delicious burger, might be one of the best burgers I've ever had. The fries were also unreal and highly addictive. You have to check this place out!

Looking for a unique burger in Vegas is tough, but this quick counter service spot found combinations unlike any in the area. The concept started in a food truck and grew a loyal following throughout Las Vegas. The brick and mortar location in Chinatown is as eclectic as its burgers. Decorated in a fun graffiti fashion, this design really works for the uniqueness of the experience. My burger was juicy and cooked perfectly. A big burger loaded with shoestring onion rings and the creative sauces. Very well balanced burger and crispy, seasoned fries. I highly recommend getting off the well beaten paths of the strip for this one.

Finally made it to Fukuburger in Chinatown. This has been on my list for awhile. Stopped by yesterday, May 25th, around 2:00 pm. We ordered the Fujuburger, Tamago, and an order of Fuku fries. The nice Asian lady/cashier offered us some water, which was greatly appreciated. Our order was ready ~ 10 minutes. Food looked amazing and the nice gentlemen/cook gave us some extra sauce and ketchup. Very impressed with our meal. It was hot, freshly cooked, and flavorful. What really made this experience stand at was the friendly customer service, too! Thank you so much, Fukuburger!

Fukuburger in Chinatown is a cool, quick spot playing good old hip hop and decorated like a Millenial's Supreme street art dream. As one of their target audiences, I'm rounding my rating up based on the vibes at Fukuburger. Word was to get the Tamago Burger from locals, and also I heard Jet Tila gets this burger when he visits. It has their special patty with a fried egg, wasabi mayo, teriyaki and onion straws. It's the messiest burger ever so be sure you are loaded up on napkins, but it delivers on taste. A disheveled delight! It's a great option when you need a quick meal that doesn't break the bank! All the burgers are just $10, as is the hot dog and their loco moco style dish.

My family made a reservation because they wanted to celebrate my birthday, so I was really looking forward to it. When it is your birthday, even a small detail feels a little more important. You want the night to feel special, smooth, and happy from the beginning. Unfortunately, when we arrived, there seemed to be a small issue with the reservation, and the table we were given was much smaller than expected. Since we were there as a family for a birthday dinner, it felt uncomfortable at first. I have to be honest -- my mood was not great in the beginning. It was one of those moments where you think, "Oh no, is this how the night is going to start?" But then the food started coming out, and Hachi completely turned the night around. The first thing that changed my mood was the beer. The draft beer was served in an unbelievably icy-cold mug. It was not just cold -- it looked and felt like it had come straight out of a freezer. The foam was smooth, the beer was crisp, and the first sip was so refreshing that I almost forgot I had been upset a few minutes earlier. That beer alone deserves applause. Sometimes a perfect cold beer can fix a whole mood, and this one absolutely did. The biggest highlight of the night was the tuna toro. It was incredible. The texture was so soft and delicate that it almost felt like cotton candy melting in my mouth. Rich, buttery, fresh, and so smooth. It was the kind of bite that makes everyone at the table stop talking for a second. We loved it so much that we ordered it three times. Ordering the same dish three times says everything. It was not a maybe. It was not a "let's think about it." It was a clear yes every time. The skewers were also very good. The grilled meats had a nice smoky flavor, and they were seasoned well without being too salty. They paired perfectly with the icy beer. But the shrimp skewer was especially memorable. The shrimp had that perfect bouncy, juicy texture. It was grilled nicely, still tender, and full of natural sweetness. Some grilled shrimp can become dry or forgettable, but this one had personality. Small skewer, big impact. We also enjoyed several other izakaya-style dishes. The grilled shishito peppers with bonito flakes were simple but delicious, and they helped balance out the richer dishes. The grilled squid had a great smoky flavor and a chewy texture that went so well with beer. These are exactly the kinds of dishes that make izakaya dining so fun -- one bite, one sip, one more bite, and suddenly the table is full of happy people. The sashimi platter was fresh and beautifully served over ice. There was a nice variety, including tuna, salmon, white fish, scallop, and ikura. Everything looked clean and fresh, and the presentation made it feel even more enjoyable. But honestly, the toro was the star. I will probably remember that toro for a long time. My daughter ordered tonkatsu, and that was also a huge hit. Sometimes at restaurants like this, kids' dishes can feel like an afterthought, but this tonkatsu was really good. It was crispy, flavorful, and satisfying. Seeing my daughter enjoy her food made my birthday dinner even better. As a mom, when your child eats well and is happy, the whole meal suddenly feels more peaceful. That is just the truth. Overall, Hachi started with a little frustration because of the reservation issue and the small table, but the food and drinks completely saved the night. The icy-cold beer, the amazing tuna toro, the juicy shrimp skewer, and the tonkatsu were all memorable. The food was strong enough to make us forget the rough beginning, and by the end of the meal, we were all happy. Las Vegas has so many flashy restaurants, but Hachi has that casual, comfortable izakaya charm. It is the kind of place where you order many small dishes, share with the table, drink something cold, and let the night slowly become fun. I would definitely come back next time I am in Las Vegas. Next time, I already know what I am ordering first: an icy-cold beer and tuna toro. And honestly, I may order the toro twice from the beginning, because one order is definitely not enough.

I ultimately chose the bento box, since I wanted to try a few different things. And that was a good move. Everything on that plate was amazing, especially the takoyaki. My friend got tonkatsu and corn cheese. Loved the corn cheese but the serving size was too small. I ended up purchasing: Tonkatsu Donburi, $13.75 prior to tax- This bowl was pretty big and really a portion for 2 people. I really wished I had ordered one of the mini donburi bowls instead since my husband ended up deciding he didn't want to share my meal and ended up ordering food at another vendor in the food hall. The bowl had a nice large piece of chicken katsu, plenty of rice, egg, onions, shredded seaweed and a sweet soy sauce based sauce. I really liked it. -------------------------------- (Total= $14.90 after tax) Wait time was about 10 minutes. I just had to wait for my number to be called before heading over to get my tray.
