So coming here makes me so happy! I love a bagel with cream cheese. Literally all of their bagels are amazing. And the sandwiches are fabulous as well. This location is open 24/7 and always has fresh bagels or the guys are literally making fresh ones on the spot. It's expensive but you're paying for fresh bagels oven made. And fresh cream cheeses and more. The service is typical fast if it's not busy.

Although Kettleman's Bagels has been opened in this location for a while, it the first time we got a chance to try their Bagels here. We have had Kettleman's Bagels in Ottawa, so we knew what to expect. It was a Tuesday at around 1:00 PM when we arrived and there were only a few people in line. The restaurant was new, clean with brick walls and steel accents. As you walk in, there is an open refrigerator of drinks to the right and an assortment of cream cheeses to the left. Furter to the back of the restaurant is the area where you place and pay for your order. Even further behind that is the kitchen and ovens where they make the bagels (so you know they are fresh and hot). On the way up to the cash, we picked up two containers cream cheese: Hot Pepper Cream Cheese Garlic Cream Cheese We then ordered a dozen bagels which consisted of the following: 3 X Pumpernickel 3 X All Dressed 3 x Onion All the bagels were still warm when we got home, so they were definitely fresh. They were slightly crisp on the outside and dense and chewy, but soft, on the inside. So, the bagels are exactly what you would expect from a Montreal type bagel, and the same as what we had several times at one of the Ottawa Kettleman's locations. The cream cheeses were also very good as they were light and nicely flavoured. There are not many options for Montreal style bagels in the area and I would return again.

I like this place. The counter staff are wonderful. Lots of available items. The patio is outside the store. I like their bagels even though they're not 100% "authentic", I'm in, I'm out, they're polite, that's all that matters.

Disregard the picture a bit because I ordered this and ate it an hour later however, it was still very good. What I've heard from Kettlemans is they toast them in a wood fire oven which is super cool and tasty. The bagel itself was pretty good for it sitting for a while, on this particular sandwich you can really taste the swiss cheese and sauce. So if you like that definitely go for this one. Overall a great bagel sandwhich!

The poppy bagel doesn't have an even spread of seeds & whole wheat also has sesame seeds. Pumpernickel is like North American pumpernickel bread, but in the form of a bagel. Got the dill pickle spread. It was decent but lox is better. They have the Pepsi version of Coca Cola Freestyle here so you can mix and match your drinks!

The Kettleman's Special was delightful (minus the garlic olives). Ordered bagels to go with two packs of their cream cheese. A nice bagel establishment for the neighbourhood. They have plenty of cashiers so the line goes by fast. One star deducted because their bagels go rock hard the next day. The all dressed cream cheese was weak but the garlic one was flavourful.

4.5 These bagels are legit plain and simple. No lines both weekday mornings I've gone. Around 9am. Sesame bagels are top tier, so I mostly stick to those but on my recent visit I tried some of the herb and cheese ones. The sesame bagels are always warm when you get them and soft and omg just so good. Hella friggin fresh. I can't really taste the herbs or cheddar in the herb and cheddar bagel because the cream cheese takes over....speaking of which...The cream cheese is AMAZING. It's so fresh. If store bought herb and garlic cream cheese is your thing, then you will fall in love with the chive cream cheese. Those fresh chives are evvverything. I really don't mind paying $6-$7 for it. I also had the breakfast bagel and I had high expectations but it was kind of dry to me. It was missing something, like a tomato. You just get cheese, egg and bacon but because it's a bagel, which is dense, I feel like you need something more wet in the sandwich. I won't get this again but just gives me an excuse to try the other sandwiches. On my first visit, I purchased the 3 mini red velvet cupcakes from Cheesecake Factory and these taste just as fresh, as if you got it from the store. The cake was so soft and moist. Going to keep coming back again and again cuz damn these bagels are good. And I can't even, with the fact that they're open 24/7. How convenient lol.

My rating is 4.5. I'm rounding up. I have been waiting for what feels like eons for this Kettleman's Bagel to open up shop in Etobicoke. Its opening was delayed multiple times well before the pandemic hit. I am pleased that it's finally here! I first came across Kettleman's Bagel when I was in Ottawa back in November 2015. I love Montreal-style bagels. They are my favourite. This chain makes yummy ones away from Montreal. I simply found a location, got a dozen onion bagels, along with a chocolate puff to munch on as I drove home. It is rare to find onion bagels. I grew up enjoying onion buns from a couple of bakeries in the Beaches. I will always get onion bagels at Kettleman's Bagel because they are yummy and perfect. The last time I was in Ottawa, it was in July 2019. I drove back with two dozen bagels. I had visited Kettleman's Bagel at the Trainyards and got a free dozen of onion bagels as my birthday reward. It was such a generous gesture. I came to this location on a soggy, rainy Saturday. It is next door to Farm Boy. I may need to rename this plaza Ottawa Plaza, because it has two businesses that hail from that city. There was plenty of parking when I had arrived. A nice, older gentleman held the door open for me. It was such a kind gesture. I thanked him. I then asked if he could line up ahead of me. He insisted that I go first. Such a lovely man! I was in heaven. This location felt like the Trainyards in setup. You line up and browse the baked goods, jams, desserts, and drink. You then meet what feels like an endless variety of cream cheese spreads, lox, and more. I had a huge smile under my mask. I picked up the dairy-free cream cheese. I have never had it before. There must have been ten people in front of me in the lineup. It moved smoothly and quickly. I got a nice woman who helped me with my order. As usual, I ordered a dozen onion bagels. I also got a bagel dog, which is practically the same order as that in Ottawa. The woman said that it was only available in the everything seasoning and asked if that was okay. I had no idea that it was available in everything. I have only had the sesame version. Yes, I'll take it! I didn't want it heated up. I was going to devour it later. I got my rewards barcode scanned to collect points. Easy! I paid using my debit card. She had another colleague help her with getting my order together. This woman kept staring at me for the longest time once she was done. Finally, our eyes locked. You truly can't win a rude staring contest with me. She finally stopped after ten seconds. The woman helping me out said that there were freezer bags in my order. When I got home, there weren't any. It's the only reason why my rating is 4.5. It's not a huge deal, but they would have been nice to have, without my rummaging through everything to discover that they were missing. Oh, how I have missed these bagels! The onion bagel that I sliced open and smeared dairy-free cream cheese on was fabulous. It was soft and chewy where they should be. The cream cheese was perfect. I was such a happy camper. It was cool driving home with the smell of fresh bagels in my car. If I could get an onion bagel-scented air freshener, my life would be complete. This location isn't far from my workplace. I don't mind driving to Etobicoke to get Montreal-style bagels. It's definitely a nice reminder of Ottawa, but closer to home. I typically visit St. Urbain in Thornhill for my Montreal-style bagel fix, but it's nice to have another bagel establishment in the GTA. Kettleman's Bagel is open 24 hours a day. If I run out of bagels at 2 am, you know where to find me. (443)

Oh my - the absolute worst bagel experience. Ordering was quite slow, there's an abundance of workers making bagels but not enough staff taking orders. Online ordering does not really speed up the process as you still have to wait in line for an available cashier. Food we got: - The LGBT: a limited pride month bagel consisting of Lettuce, Guacamole, Bacon, Tomato. We got this on an All-Dressed (everything) bagel. This was good, LOTS of bacon and guacamole on the sandwich. That's where the good stops tho... - Blueberry Bagel with Peanut butter: Peep the "double-toasted" bagel which resembles a burnt bagel more. Yikes. Also, never received the peanut butter. - Latke: Never received it despite paying for it... From my experience, seems like forgetting things in your order despite paying is a trend. Open up your takeout bags and triple-check the orders, folks! Location-wise, quite convenient as it's right off the highway exit and very close to the airport. Convenient for this late night airport travels. I'd be extremely RELUCTANT to want to re-visit Kettleman's in Toronto after this experience. The location in Ottawa is much better.

Delicious, fresh bagels made right in front of you! they also sell variety of cheeses, meats and even different flavours of homemade cream cheese to accompany their bagels. They're a little pricey but well worth it in my opinion. You can buy bagels separately or order combos they offer as well. Staff were really nice and helpful for recommendations. Would definitely come back!

Big big fans of the OG location in Ottawa and this new location did not disappoint! Same style, same freshness, same 24/7 service and same goodness, just closer! We got two dozen bagels, plus a few snacks for the road. Highly recommend the bagel dog--it was crispy yet soft, and the hot dog has lots of flavour on its own! I'd pass on the pizza knish though, the hot one served was underbaked and oily and the ready-to-go ones were dense and not sure what that filling was but it was hard and somewhat chewy?

I was so excited that Montreal style bagels were finally coming to my area! The much anticipated opening of this place finally arrived!! I tried to go a number of times but the line was way too long, so when I casually stumbled across there today and there was no line I was thrilled! I ordered 2 sesame bagels with regular cream cheese, 1 all dressed bagel with spicy cream cheese and 1 all dressed bagel with smoked salmon, onions, olives and cream cheese The bagels are a little small but that's the Montreal style...NOT Brooklyn style I'd probably give this a 3.5/5 because the bagels were a little chewy, I couldn't tell if it was undercooked or just not toasted enough... The service was excellent and super fast so I bumped up to 4/5 I love that the bagels had seeds all over the bagel and not just on the top like some *other* places... All in all, I probably wouldn't wait in line for the bagels but I would definitely come here again if there was no line
