Love these folks! I genuinely like going to the dentist and that should tell tot everything.

Beware of random charges and unnecessary procedures. My wife was seen and told she needed a filling replaced. She followed-up with two other dentists and neither said a replacement was warranted. I was charged for a"special" cleaning that wasn't explained or authorized. I asked for clarification and received three different answers. read more

Let's just say I have had one cavity in my life at age 49 and this dentist said I had ELEVEN Cavities and needed a ton of additional dental work. I saw two other dentists in Naperville for a second opinion and they APOLOGIZED for this dentist! read more

A really great find! I've had three appointments so far with Dr Wells and they have all been fantastic. I've had one check up and two cavity fills. They broke up each side of my mouth so it wasn't all sore at once. They take insurance and get you pre-estimates for anything you ask. They are heavy on preventative maintenance. Dr. Wells will walk you through any questions you have in a very thoughtful and informative manner. They see all ages, so although I don't have kids, I'm sure they would be as comfortable as a kid could be at the dentist in this office. They offer Pandora or Netflix while you're sitting in the chair, which is a great distraction. I would have zero hesitation recommending Dr. Wells and his staff. read more

I first went to Dr. Wells for a bad tooth ache. The tooth had been worked on three times. I couldn't figure out why I was still having issues. Dr. Wells pointed out the problem immediately and showed me on the X-ray. I was impressed. They also recommended that I receive a deep gum cleaning. Katie cleaned did the deep cleaning. She was AWESOME! I had very little discomfort but didn't even need shots. She was so kind and thorough. They use much more high tech equipment compared to my previous dentists. I like that he doesn't cut corners. I feel extremely confident in the plan of care. I would recommend to anyone! read more

I am terrified of the dentist! TERRIFIED, I tell you! But all the people at Dr. Wells' office are amazing! AMAZING, I tell you. From my cleaning with Andrea, to my night guard fitting with Erin, my fillings (womp womp) with Dr. Wells, and insurance craziness with Katie; this team is the greatest! I haven't been to his new location yet but I saw Dr Wells when he was with Delacy Wells Dental. He is the most caring, gentle Dentist I've ever found, and he is especially good at calming my dental phobias. It is very nice and comfy. Dr. Wells was very nice and he fixed my teeth very fast and I don't feel uncomfortable at all. He also happy to answer all the question. If there is anything, I still don't know how much I should pay. I hope not $1000 or so. but, so far so good. I look forward to going back in the future. read more

I just had my first appointment with Keven and I thought it went very well. The office is brand new- convenient location and comfortable amenities. All of the employees were friendly and seemed to really know what they were doing (on top of insurance implications, etc). Keven is good at answering any questions, and viewing your dental health on a comprehensive basis. He was also very thorough and did the entire cleaning himself. I just moved to the area and decided that after 6 years of not seeing a dentist it was time. I first went to Dr. Wells with a swollen gum and after looking at my gum he gave me several options and a 1 year plan of action to correct the problem. With my next visit for a routine cleaning he took the time to again address other issues I was having and again gave me another month by month plan for those issues. Dr. Wells is the best dentist I have ever been to, I would recommend him to everyone and will be continuing my dental upkeep with this office for as long as I live in this area. read more

Living Well provided excellent dental service and their customer service was great also. I had a very positive experience in the office with Dr. Kevin. Their office proactively contacted me about some potentially confusing billing info with my and cleared things up before I had the chance to call them about it. This is a huge plus for me, since I have had negative experiences at other offices when it came to coordinating with my insurance company. I would highly recommend Living Well to anyone else. Even if they are not in your insurance network, they will work with you to keep your out-of-pocket expenses as low as possible! Kudos! read more

I took my sons, age 2 and 5, here for the first time in February 2015 and things went very smoothly. They were a bit nervous before starting but the hygienist was warm and friendly and the boys warned right up to her. Dr. Wells was also very easy to talk to and he explained things in an understandable way. He was also very good with the kids and was asking them questions that helped them feel comfortable. A comfortable office as well as friendly and patient staff make going to the dentist as pleasant as possible. I haven't been to a dentist in quite some time, and need a significant amount of work done, but Dr. Wells and his staff explained everything and worked out a plan that I was comfortable with, no pressure to fix everything at once. They also offer a "dental saving plan" for those without insurance and/or high costs, and are willing to work with you. Very family friendly too, I recently took my son in for his first exam and they patiently explained everything so he wouldn't be afraid, gave him a goody bag and helped entertain him while I had a very long cleaning. His charges are very high. I blew through my insurance limit pretty fast!. No recommendation.

Beware of this doc, he's "crown-happy" and eager to pay off his crown making machine in a jiffy! We were moved to Dr. Wells' office as a result of my existing dentist selling his dental practice. At my first visit, I was told that I needed not one, but FIVE crowns and that it could all be done in one two hour visit thanks to his new crown-making machine that his staff was so eager to show me. Eight months earlier, I received a clean bill of health from my previous dentist. I was seeing my previous dentist for 11 years and would follow him to Oregon if I could. I went to seek a 2nd opinion from another dentist and found out that I only needed two fillings and a crown. I made an appointment with Dr. Wells to get the one crown done. Before the appointment, I get a phone call from his office to come in for a consultation. I leave work early to come in for consultation, just to get a lecture on patient-trust relationship, a referral to a prosthodontist..... and an earful because he was so upset about the 2nd opinion. Two weeks earlier, my husband also received the exact same treatment, after 18 years of clean bills of health from our previous dentist, he was told that he needed three crowns. My husband said "I told him: no thanks! I'll just take the cleaning!". It is clear that this doc would rather do $1000 crowns than $100 fillings all day long, so run if you don't want unnecessary dental work done! read more
