This Walmart is an absolute giant. A real supercenter! It's got three entrances, a massive parking lot, and even on a weekday at noon, it was packed with people coming and going. The aisles were absolutely stocked like, everything you could want, from the pharmacy to the Walmart food section, pretzels, Subway sandwiches, and a lottery vending machine. Plus, the home improvement section was huge, and the garden area was bustling with life. I actually liked this Walmart more than some others in the area especially the one in Baldwin Park or West Covina because it was so well-stocked and, dare I say, a bit cleaner. I gave it 4 stars because overall, the experience was great though, I do wish that their paper shopping bags had handles, because, come on, it's a bit of a struggle lugging them to the car. And while I was happy they accept tap payments, no Apple Pay so, you know, a little behind the times. Still, the cashier was super nice, and I grabbed everything I needed. Upon me entering, I was greeted with a Cinnamon Sugar pretzel nugget. My clumsy self dropped the first one, so I was given another chance to get it right. Wrong self pricing had me shocked at the register. Only a $2 difference, but was still $2 I hadn't added into what I planned on spending. Came here the other day to buy some new sneakers for back to school shopping. This location was very clean, organized, and had everything we needed. The shoes were about $20 or less each. This place is horrible. The service sucks. they make everything complicated. Be careful there's a lot of weird people.

So far I have only done pick up orders here and they are pretty good at it. They come out quick and the groceries has been decent so far.

I came here to get a 75" TV as my 65" TV was not functioning properly anymore. I ended up buying a Roku TV which is now my third one of these. I still have both a 32" and a 55" Roku's that are still working great for a while now! The 75" would have been about $420 with taxes and all. But I found a 70" that was about $360 out the door. So I ended up getting the 70" as still was bigger, but the better deal! The store was clean. The workers helpful. The only issue I had was a back up girl worker in electronics told me I could purchase the TV and take it up front to have them hold for me. I had to drive back home to get a neighbor with a truck to come get it with me. When I got up to the customer service in the front, the lady told me that they aren't supposed to do that. She refunded my credit card and I still went to get my friend with the truck. When we came back I repurchased the TV again. What a hassle. Other than that the TV works great and am happy at home! read more

11/22/24 HORRENDOUS experience! Note to self, do not ever go back to this location!! I went in, parking lot was dark, chaotic, littered. Long lines...should've backed out but Zi was desperate. I asked 3 employees where I could find adult onesies--NOT a damn one would help me, two of them sent me on a wild goose chase & another was rude when I picked one up by the dressing room, saying,"these don't have tags, they're not for sale!" I quietly showed her the tag. But she wouldn't offer any help as to where I could find a onesie--only said, "everything is all out, what we have is what we have!" I bought the only only one I found, probably not my size but I will just return it (ugh) if I will find one at another location. I will check in the Upland store. 1st time and last time I come here. I had my cart with stuff I was going to but. I needed about 7 or 8 yards of the clear vinyl plastic. I pressed the service button (which I'm pretty sure it does not even work or gets ignored) a couple employees passed by. No acknowledgement at all. I finally asked an employee passing by. Was running errands September 6th and stopped here to get distilled water. Everywhere else I'd been, I could never find distilled water for sale. They were fully stocked at this location and even had 1 gallon bottles at the front of the store. Cost was $1. 10? So I went to the Walmart to take my daughter's foster child who wanted some eyelashes, mascara and a monster drink. I noticed that the advertised price and the prices that scan at the register were different. The eyelashes were $3.97 but we were charged 7.32 And the monster drink was advertised as $2.28 and the register price was $2.48. I mentioned it to Nubia and she never acknowledged me so I wasn't aware that she corrected the price of the lashes. If I had not mentioned this to her we would have been overcharged. I was sent all around the store to various places to locate the manager. By the way I didn't find one so I gave up the search. I believe this is deceptive. We still was over charged for the monster drink. How many customers a day at this gets overcharged at this store because they do not pay attention to their receipt? read more

You're on your own here. They open early, but it's a gauntlet of pallets and workers that won't budge an inch for you. Multiple floor employees refused to bother to look an item up or acknowledge whether or not they carry the item. At the front they weren't sure who the manager was. Cheap only goes so far. My Mom mentioned that this Walmart Supercenter on Mountain Ave in Ontario is humongous so I had to check it out. First time here... I came on a weekend. Parking lot is kind of tight IMHO. Lots of people shopping. Inside looks like a pretty standard size supercenter... maybe my Mom is used to seeing a non-supercenter Walmart. I ended up searching for some Mainstay flatware of utensils with fork, spoon, and knife. The set of 3 utensils is reasonably priced at $1.98. I wished it came with a case for storage, but it didn't. They only had black and green colors. I bought 10 of each color for work. I gifted each of my co-workers a set for future use in future potlucks... going green and ridding one-time plastic use. Yay! Btw, all Walmarts do not have the same layout. I had to ask a staff member to direct me to the utensils as they were not placed where I thought they would be. I did find them eventually. Thank you miss! It was easy and simple to go through self-checkout. I wished I could have scanned one set and entered 10 for each color set. I guess they want every item scanned. This is normally not my go-to Walmart. However, it is conveniently located near the 10 Fwy so it may be one of my top go-to Walmarts when I'm in the area. read more

Horrible experience. All shelves are filthy and look like someone decided to have explosive diarrhea right on top. Smears of mysterious brown line every tile as you try to traverse through this cesspool of filth. Horrible environment. Also the main entrance is blocked off and closed meaning you have to go around to the side doors instead. Make that make sense. This entire store is an embarrassment to retail as a whole. After showing him it where I got it, his assistance went as far as well these things get shuffled around all the time. After all that no resolution! I met the old lady- her name is Cheryl, doing cashier check out in front of Walmart super center in Ontario. She is super rude and not helping at all. She is racist to Asian, while I'm scanning the Walmart gift cards, it didn't go through, she kept telling me to do it myself, and I told her that it didn't go through, it said card invalid on the machine, then she said gave it to me, and she just started to scan it instead of offering to help. I WILL NEVER COMING BACK TO WALMART to purchase anything from now on. If I need anything, I will rather going to TARGET instead. 3.5 stars. I finally went back here today. I may have gone back just once since my initial review back in 2018. I went on a regular Wednesday at 11 AM and it was still a little crowded, which I think every place is nowadays no matter what day or time you go anywhere. I mainly went to get some different brands of frozen foods that I'm sure aren't at my regular local Walmart, so I wasn't going to take a chance going there. Fortunately, they had everything I was looking for! Prices were high on some things...$40 for a good-sized pack of Charmin toilet tissue?! Yikes. Fortunately, there was just one person already at the register when I got in line. BUSY AS HELL-icopter. So, the store is strange as some sections of the store are modern while others seem 90s-esque. For instance, the bakery is giving grocery outlet and not in a good way. The deli is also weird, it's too cramped and made for a previous decade. The rest of the store is nice. The clothing, grooming, and pharmacy sections were pretty large. If you're a sports fan, I recommend you come here! The aisles with non-perishable food and drinks were neat and organized. I just think this store needs more consistency and it will flourish. There's a Subway and a few other amenities like a blood pressure machine, optometrist, etc. Most of the staff is really nice here, the cashier I had was super polite and cordial! Keep an eye out in front of this Walmart as food trucks serving fro-yo, pupusas (Salvadoran food), and Latin fusion meals sometimes park at the entrance of the building! **COVID EDITION** Before arrival, be prepared to park far, because this place is always jam packed, before and after the pandemic. The parking lot is also a bit smaller than most Walmart's. So parking gets quite tight. Just as any other typical Walmart, items are usually cheap. A lot of items are stocked. Though, during the pandemic, no one social distances and it was super BUSY, I don't know if they limit the amount of people in the store, but we tried to leave quick. Another thing is, please pay with your card or go to self checkout if possible. So many people would have their carts full & pay with only cash.. and the lines would take FOREVER, causing people to be close and aisles to be congested. I'd suggest, to order online and pick up, to avoid the hassle. Overall, this location has almost about everything you're looking for, at a very affordable price. read more
