I ordered a size that ended up being too small because it was the only size available online at the time. I was hoping it would work, but unfortunately it didn't. I emailed their customer service explaining the situation and noticed the larger size wasn't available online, but it was showing as available at one of their store locations. Their team went above and beyond. They were able to transfer that size so it could be purchased online, making the exchange process incredibly easy. Once I returned the original item, I received a full refund, including my shipping costs. That level of customer service is hard to find these days.
